xxxxxxAspect would arise from her spot in the grass, still barefoot, and walk around for a bit. A few times, she would stop to observe a bee collecting pollen from a flower or two. Other times, Aspect would stop to smell the crisp air that she had hid away from for days, sometimes even months. She decided to train some more, despite telling herself that she'd stop for the day. She was already outside, and literally had nothing else better to do with her day. So, "Back to work, I guess." Aspect would start with a few stretches before looking around for something to hit again. While air was a rather passive sparring partner, it wasn't the funnest to fight with...

Aspect decided to spar with a nearby tree she found, whose branches hung low like a willow. After a closer inspection of the tree, Aspect came to discover that the tree was in fact a willow, how interesting. Aspect would take a picture of the tree with her Galactic Interface before resuming her training session. She wasn't too sure what she could do with this tree, but the possibilities were endless as per training rituals. She remember seeing something from this cheesy kung-fu movie about a guy who would spar with tree branches, maybe she could do something similar to that. Aspect would raise her hands in front of her body, and begin to strike at the tree.

She decided not to go too hard on the tree, the last thing she wanted to do was to damage it. This resulted in Aspect striking in punches that started off strong, but ended gently. In a way, she was training her arms in doing exactly what she wanted them to do. More often than not, punches would be thrown in accordance to the amount of force pushing them forward. Through this exercise, Aspect will be capable of delivering punches in a variety of ways, all without being a puppet to the laws of kinetic energy. She hadn't realized how useful this exercise would be.

xxxxxxAspect would continue to hit against the tree, striking at it from multiple directions. Soon enough, she began to kick at the willow tree's thick bark, unintentionally causing some of the wood to chip off. "A-ah, I didn't mean to do that, oops..." It's funny how much compassion she had for non-sentient things, if only the same could be said towards actual people. She would kick at the tree from multiple angles, creating a few small-scaled craters in the wood. Luckily, they weren't too detectable, and would require a close inspection to tell something was off about the tree. Wait, why did she care so much about a damn tree?

It didn't matter, Aspect was just about done with her training. Maybe it is a good time for her to grab some ramen before heading home. After looking for her shoes, Aspect would slip them on and walk back to the tree she had been sparring with. It didn't look too bad for a tree that had been punched by a cyborg; in fact, the small craters made it looked seasoned, like it's been through some tough s**t. Aspect would deliver one more punch towards the wood before quickly withdrawing her hand, and shaking it off. "Owie owie owie... Stupid tree, nyah~!" she would kick the tree with her booted foot, which caused a few petals to land on her head. "Hmph!

She had to buy her groceries as well as get a little treat for her hard work today. She made sure to go a few times around the plains to make sure she didn't leave anything behind. One thing she hated more than anything was losing her stuff, or having people touch it without her permission. However, upon close inspection, it looked like she had everything in her inventory. "Well, time to go get some ramen!!!" She flew off after pulling her hoodie over her head. She wasn't too certain if she chaos had subsided back at the city; there's only one way to find out.

The Saiyan soon arrived at Plains, looking around at it’s green and empty landscape, finding it to be a most sutiable location to train. With a smirk he initiated something he often did not do, meditation. After stripping himself of most of his clothing, aside from his pants, Pars sat in a cross legged position, hands on knees, eyes closed, and dived into the ocean of subconscious and soul. While he did not particularly enjoy this peaceful kind of training, Pars admitted it’s usefulness. He always prefered more physical training than any spiritual kind, always loving building up sweat and warming his body to its healthy maximum. This feeling increased even more so during the cold as he tended to not wear too much when training to avoid overheating or dealing with unrestrained movement. The minimum cloth he wore during his training sessions were often limited to just his pants and MAYBE his rolled up sleeve shirt, but he felt that during this spiritual training he should be as exposed as he could to the surrounding environment, taking in it’s energy, air, temperature, everything to feel connected to the place he meditated in in order make himself feel peaceful, which was a task in itself. So he had focused on his past to keep him in focus and at peace to aid in the raising of his ki.

Unfortunately Pars felt energized, in a not-so literal sense, after that fight with the Wrestler, he wanted to work on becoming stronger even more! Sure he defeated that mass of muscle, but it was only because he had help, and that was something that made him consider his fight with Ares less than a victory it was still one but only by circumstance. He wanted to be able to take down bruisers like him with absolutely no issue or help and of course he wanted to just become stronger in general, after all there was someone he needed to fight, simply to confirm his own strength. This meant he needed to build up everything he had, from his offensive ability all the way to his Ki, every part of him needed work if he wished to fight Geridza at his full power. The Frost Demon that raised Pars despite his being a “catastrophe waiting to happen” according to most of Geridza’s subordinates. Indeed they had much fear instilled into them thanks to few run ins with Saiyans and rumors about them, the amount of destruction they could bring about had traumatized all of them.

There were times on the ship Pars was raised on where a few of the Bounty Subordinates that worked on there had spent their time picking on the young Saiyan. They did such things as stomp on his tail as hard as they could, lock him inside the darkest space inside the ship, make him eat rotten food, set the end of his tail on fire, and many other things but would most of the time simply beat him senseless, never near, not even close to, death as they all knew very well what happened when a Saiyan survived a near-death experience. Many would have lost confidence during such harassment, flinching at the slightest decibel of a shout, the slightest touch of physical contact, the lowest hand raising, especially if one’s parental figure had done nothing except encourage such treatment. But not Pars, despite his age, he had a great deal of mental fortitude, whether it was because of the fact he was a Saiyan or that he had gotten it from one of his parents, Pars never gave into any of the bullying but instead used it as motivation to grow stronger so that they would fear him as a individual, not a Saiyan, rather than try to instill fear into what they were afraid of. What acted as a determination point even more for Pars was none other than Geridza and his lack of acknowledgement. Pars couldn’t care less whether or not Geridza actually gave his “adopted” son fatherly affection, the only thing he wanted from him to acknowledge Pars as a threat just like the rest of his subordinates.

These thoughts during his meditation had given Pars deeper determination, and oddly enough more peace of mind. This was because Geridza was a source of inspiration to Pars and as much as he would not like to admit, even a emotional anchor to the lad. Whenever the bodyguard had found himself in times of worry, although rare, he always thought of Geridza and how he would start making fun of Pars if he ever saw him in such a state. One of the things Geridza enjoyed doing was to swing pars around by his tail as a way to help “think more clearly” as though pars was some tool. This had inadvertently, at least to Pars’ knowledge, helped him gain mastery over his tail and thus allowed him to fight back whenever Geridza or the bullies grabbed it. One particular moment involved Pars being chased by five of the more violent bounty hunters on the ship who wished to cut off his tail, one simply wanted to be able to say it to increase their respect, two wanted it off so they didn’t have to worry about a Oozaru Pars, and two others simply wanted to put Pars in pain out of hate and fear. The eleven year old Pars was cornered during this chase by the five and had decided to fight back, and amazingly he had chased them off with his fists and surprisingly his tail.

Pars would never forget the look on their faces when he started fighting with his tail and became immune to the paralysis effects. Though of course the first time Pars revealed this to Geridza, which he did through getting out of being swung by the tail and attempted to punch the Frost Demon in the face, he was met with a look that held no acknowledgement and a swift tail slap to the face that sent him into a nearby wall of steel. That did nothing to pars’ own determination and he had worked even harder to master more of his body. He did many things to help improve his own skills while on that ship; he used the ship's gravity chamber, he did pull ups with nothing but his tail, he stood outside on the haul of the ship and blasted ki out into space, he utilized the bullying he received to help with his endurance, durability, and reflexes, he used the pieces of scrap and pushing off bounty hunters who tried to attack him to help with his strength, he fought with the bounty hunters and attempted many brawls with Geridza to help raise his skill in physical and energy based offense. In its own weird way Pars had everything he needed to train with on that ship, even when no one really chose to spar with him. This of course didn’t bother Pars as much as it should or would have, he was fine all on his own. However there was one person on the ship that actually gave Pars some attention.

This Person was a Snackian, a lion-like humanoid who was well known as the ship’s veteran, being the former Captain before naming Geridza as his successor, now he served as the ship’s second strongest fighter who could give even Geridza a run for his money. The blue lion-man went by the name of Umabok, a former noble of the Snack race who was slandered into becoming the captain of a Bounty Hunter group. He had met Geridza when the Frost Demon was just a boy, accepting him onto the ship after he held Umabok’s ship doctor by the neck and threatened to shoot a hole through his head with a ki beam. That was enough for Geridza to have been approved as a promising crew mate in Umabok’s book. The relationship between Umabok and Pars was no more than that of two people who had nothing against one another, but neither could really see any good points on one another either. Indeed they had pure neutrality towards one another.

However because of the fact Umabok was the second strongest person on the ship that was once his, Pars felt the same need to fight him as he did towards Geridza. The young Saiyan had no other thoughts on his mind than if he defeated Umabok, Geridza would acknowledge the youngest member of his crew and thus begun Pars’ string of challenges to both the current and former Captains of the band of galactic bounty hunters. Despite what most would say, Pars was smart enough not to take on both at the same time, at least not with his current level of power. While Geridza was a mix of both physical and energy based offense, Umabok was pure physical, apparently not having a single energy based attack in any inch of his disposal, he even hesitated on using simple ki blasts. This was because the old lion was stubborn on keeping fights to bare minimum only, only flight and speed being used along with his powerful fists. This was not honor nor pride that filled his reasoning behind this, it was simply because he enjoyed a fist to fist fight more than anything else. He liked the feeling of bone cracking and breaking against his fists, flesh being pushed in by his knuckles, the gushing of blood from either his knuckles or his opponent’s mouth, all of it and more, in fact he would even fight dirty if it meant he could enjoy the fight more.

Pars saw Umabok as nothing more than a Old Man that mildly tolerated a overly determined and violent brat. Typically Pars tried to make trouble for the old lion, usually by launching small ki blasts at him while he slept or an attempted sucker punch. There was a deep emphasis on tried. For every trick Pars pulled, Umabok met his failure with a bruising punch to the cheek that often sent the child careening into the walls of the ship. These punches were scary and Pars still believed them to be. During one instance, Umabok had punched Pars after the Saiyan tried to set his beloved beard on fire; it was safe to say that if Umabok punched even slightly harder, he would have breached a hole in the ship with Pars’ headless corpse.

From an outsider’s perspective, one would say the two were a rude and tired grandfather and his unruly and troublesome grandson. Though if anyone were to say such a thing, both would deny and dismiss it as fast as they could. Umabok was the only one, before Geridza took on Pars as a student, to give Pars any semblance of training. It was never direct training, but he did give Pars tips and the occasional challenge that took the form of a bet with other crew mates. Pars of course, although he always dismissed it as the old man actually caring for him, reluctantly took any advice and challenge given to him by the lion he needed to defeat. The way Pars saw it, Umabok was the only other person he needed to defeat on this ship other than Geridza, and the old man took some form of pride in that.

As Pars focused on the forever embedded memories, as he deeply meditated and looked back at his time on Geridza’s ship, he could feel his body heat up. He had no fever nor was getting flustered over anything, it was in fact his ki rising up from the depths of his being and encompassing his entire body. If an outsider were to witness what was before them, they would come across a meditating long haired fellow who had become outlined by an aura, his body even gaining a slight hue from his energy. His hair flowed softly from the gentle energy that was dazzling from his body, his face had a determined yet peaceful look to it, and everything that was near his body seem to have gone still. The occasional animal did approach him, mostly birds who felt no threat from his at his current state. Although Pars didn’t like to feel peaceful for too long, he did understand why people enjoyed it, but his Saiyan blood had kept that feeling of understanding in check.

His focus was deep enough that Pars didn’t even feel the wind blow against his skin nor the chill that came along with it. He didn’t notice the few birds resting on him as they recovered their stamina to continue flight, or to simply use Pars as a way to ward off any nearby predators, though few seemed to actually be attracted towards Pars, giving into the peacefulness he let out and simply wished to enjoy it with him. If Pars was awake and less focused he would be shooing the feathered creatures away. While he didn’t hate animals, he truly gave it his all during training, not wishing to be interrupted for any reason, unless it involved the prospect of a good fight. Though if said birds were persistent he would likely allow them to perch, so long as they didn’t try nesting in his hair. Okay maybe he would allow that, but it was a very strong maybe.

The grass he sat on had some dampness to them, making the underside of his pants somewhat wet. Before long they would have some green stains to them along with a few blades of grass, but what did Pars care? A few stained clothes meant nothing to a man who could literally shoot out beams and fly. There were many things in his everyday life that Pars had rarely found as a inconvenience simply because he had too much strength to even consider these problems as viable problems. Whether they were stains on his clothes, dealing with a bratty client, or even some drunkard who needed to pound on someone, though they always ended up as the ones pounded on. He had become bored and tired of everyday life on this planet and it was his reason for taking on a job as a bodyguard in the first place, at least he could fight.

If things had continued to bore Pars on Earth he would have left. But he couldn’t, if he could he would have done it long ago. The only thing that kept him here was a promise he made to himself: that he would not set out into space until he had enough power to give Geridza a punch strong enough to make him bleed. He didn’t need to defeat Geridza at that moment, a simple blood spitting punch would be enough for Pars until he got stronger. Though there was an exception to him leaving Earth and that was if there was something out there strong enough to get Pars’ Saiyan born desires going. Though he lacked the tools to go back into space as the pod he arrived here on was currently somewhere in the wasteland he had previously trained in.

That time was one Pars would never forget, no matter how much time went by, no matter how old he got. After Geridza’s cowardly second hand had gotten Pars wanted by the authorities which would force Geridza to comply with either arresting or killing the Saiyan. It was during this event that Geridza had beaten up Pars before “accidentally” throwing him into the Saiyan pod he was found in which happened to be at the ship’s loading bay. From everyone’s perpective, once Pars was thrown into the pod, he used it to escape the much more superior opponent. But in actuality Geridza had set up an automatic launch with a countdown before leading his Saiyan into it. The beating was simply to stall time for the pod’s launch countdown to reach a point where it would launch the moment Pars was thrown into it.

What Geridza did at that moment was the only act of care he ever gave Pars, the only time he ever acted as a father figure should. This not only filled Pars with appreciation towards Geridza, but also filled the Saiyan with plenty of frustration. While he appreciated what the Frost Demon did, Pars felt pathetic for making the power Bounty Hunter that his one and only student actually needed help in such a turn of events. Logically Pars needed all he could get with everyone on the ship, including the entire Galactic Patrol, after him. He had only enough power to deal with the fourth strongest group of crew members and who knew what the Galactic Patrol had at their disposal. But the Saiyan pride within him that was rooted in the progress he made with both training and his bond with Geridza would not allow him to think of such things.

Just thinking about such things had started to affect Pars’ focus, something he couldn’t have at this moment. One could even see his brow visibly twitch from the frustration that was building up from simply thinking back at that moment. This would quickly stop as he went back to focus on things that did not frustrate him such as his training, the adventures he went on, the people he fought while under Geridza. It bears saying again that many of Pars’ happiest memories were on that ship. It could have been because the social environment on it was very Saiyan-like and as a Saiyan Pars felt more comfortable and in place in such environments. Being apart of the ship and its crew felt very natural to Geridza, so much so that he had lost interested in learning anything about his actual race.

As he meditated Pars began to feel his energy rise up more and more, feeling the well that which it came from slowly grow larger to fit more water that was his ki. This feeling was always odd to Pars, but he was happy to feel it as it meant he was getting stronger, that he had more energy to work with. The Saiyan enjoyed overwhelming his opponent, whether it was with a flurry of strikes or ki attacks. This allowed him to keeps his targets on the defense and have barely any time to launch their own attacks. This of course meant that he needed to have the energy to pull this off and with even more energy he could overwhelm his target even more. This of course also meant he could launch more of his signature attacks.

Pars’ techniques were of his own creation, he did not want to mimic anyone else’s attacks, especially not Gerdiza’s. This was because he wanted to defeat the Frost Demon with his own power and no one else’s. He believed that by not mimicking anyone and by avoiding using anything as inspiration, Pars could feel true satisfaction from defeating Geridza. His “adopted father” had many techniques he himself had created, one of which was a finger beam that could branch out into multiple beams to hit multiple targets. In fact it was Geridza who had drove the idea that Pars should create his own techniques into his head after the young Saiyan once asked his role model to teach him the aforementioned branching finger beam, the method being that he used it on Pars so many times he still feels aches from it even now whenever he thinks about it.

Geridza in fact had refused to give Pars any sort of training let alone acknowledgement. He told Pars only once that in order for him to get any sort of help or attention from Geridza, he would have to be strong enough to defeat any of the low powered Bounty Hunters on the ship without issue. To make things tougher, Pars needed to be able to defeat all of the weaker bounty hunters in a single fighting session with no help what so ever. The power hierarchy on Geridza’s ship was in a pyramid formation, there were more weak crew mates than there were strong ones, but their numbers meant nothing. This meant Pars had to be one of the strong that could far outclass the numerous weak Bounty Hunters. Of course, Pars accepted this challenge and was the start of his aforementioned training method.

Of the many people on Geridza’s ship Pars wanted to punch simply for being an annoyance, Eom, the green and burly coward who was Gerdiza’s number 2 by only name and was the one that orchestrated Pars’ framing. He was always the one who lead the beatings Pars received, always being the one to give in the first few hits and words of degradation. It was possible that Eom had lead the abuse sessions and was the one who advocated the most for him because he was the reason why Pars was even allowed onto the ship. If he had simply been cold enough to kill a sleeping infant, he would have never worried about his crewmates turning on him or the return of a vengeful Saiyan. During every altercation, Pars had simply spat at Eom’s face, always making sure to hit him at least on the mouth, simply out of spite. Pars knew Eom hated him the most and the Saiyan child reveled in it, he accepted every single punch, kick, slap, and every other kind of abuse, all with the promise that he would one day give Eom a death he deserved.

He deeply did enjoy his time with Geridza and even the other bounty hunters on that ship. The adventures they went on were numerous and despite the majority of crew members hating Pars, there were a few that at least tolerated him, aside from Umabok, and bothered asking “Aren’t you going a bit too far?” towards the more not so welcoming bounty hunters. Of course they were always met with the "Of course not, he deserves it.", "He's a Saiyan, his people have done far worse.", and many more poor excuses to beat on and abuse the young Saiyan. Very few ever bothered to step in to help Pars and the only reason any had was that they knew they would be ostracized by the rest of the crew as a Saiyan sympathizer. Pars never once complained about the abuse nor did he ask for help, he wanted to be the one to get them back off himself and even when he did he would welcome them to try to bully him again at any point they wanted.

1.Pars had felt as though he reached the limit of this first meditation, he could certainly feel more power and a deeper well ki apart of his person. This gave the Saiyan some excitement as he felt as though he was well on his way to becoming even stronger, after all this was not the last meditation nor training he would do for the day. He had planned to completely exhaust himself until his body started to ache and beg for him to stop, even then he would have a hard time accepting its pleas. He wanted to get as strong as he possibly could in a short span of time so that he could make up for the mistake of needing help against the brute Ares. It still frustrated him that it wasn't a one on one fight with the masked opponent, sure he had been late to the fight but he wanted to be able to fight the brute by himself.

2. Thinking back on it there were a few people of interest at that blasted place, people that he would keep his mind on for the coming days. The first among them was the red haired woman whose energy he could not sense, he had no idea how she was able to do that to such an extent but because of that he was doubly interested in testing her mettle. Pars had met many female warriors during his journeys aboard Geridza's ship, one of which he had promise to keep. The way she fought appeared to be based on kicking; the Saiyan always did enjoy fighting people who focused on a single attack type, whether it be swordplay, punching, or grappling, fighting them proved to be useful for growing accustomed to certain attacking actions. He wondered just how adept she was at kicking, hopefully enough to give him a run for his money. What was more interesting was when lightning had appeared from her being; was it some kind of transformation? Or did she simply release all of her base power? He wanted to know first hand what she was capable of.

3. The human male with the technique that had trapped the Frost Demon inside a bottle of all things. In all of his years in Space, Pars had never seen such a technique, it was an enigma and frankly he believed, no his instincts made him know it as truth, that technique was a powerful one that he should avoid getting caught up in. There were so many factors of it that he couldn't possibly understand the scope of its abilities. Maybe he should at some point find that human again and make the ever so odd request of experiencing it first hand. He could only assume such a thing may be traumatizing to anyone that was unfortunate enough to deal with it, but it might do him some good to understand it. He was curious about what it was like to be inside the bottle, he couldn’t even contemplate what it must have been like in there, but some part of him wanted to know.

, 4. The odd looking woman who had become a sword for Pars, she was definitely notable by appearance and ability alone. Pars met had fought winged aliens, he fought scaled aliens, he fought mixes of both, but somehow that woman was something different all together. He wasn’t sure what it was or if he should even care, she was no different than anyone else, she was different. That irony was always odd to him, being different was what made everyone no different than anyone else. He was curious about how she could become a sword in the first place, he had seen nothing like that during his travels. No one on Geridza’s ship was capable of such a feat, he was wondering how he didn’t simply drop her. In fact what part of her did he technically touch while she was in that sword form?

5. The denizens of Earth just might be far more interesting than Pars originally thought; in all his years of hiding here these were first instances that truly had his interest. He admitted he underestimated this planet and the surprises it could possibly hold, though that’s what being on this planet without anyone worthwhile to fight for 5 years could do to a Saiyan, at least to Pars. He had some excitement for what else this planet could show him, perhaps one day Geridza would one day come to this planet to claim the bounty that was on the Saiyan’s head.

After some time, Pars could indeed feel has though his inner well of ki had gotten deeper, MUCH deeper compared to what it was last time. The amount was enough to make ruin his meditation a stance a bit. Not only this but he had felt a raise in power just as well, though it was not as much of a difference compared to how much more Ki he could utilize. Pars greatly enjoyed this sense of his power rising, it was like a high almost and a certainly addictive one. Whether it was his Saiyan genes or just it being common to enjoy gaining more power, Pars certainly wished to raise more. Not a second after he felt a new rise in power, Pars went back to meditating, the form of training growing on the young Saiyan. He had gotten back into the cross legged sitting position, hands on his knees, eyes closed, back straightened, and shoulders relaxed.

2. As he sat there he began to contemplate the many adventures he had on that ship with Geridza, Umabok, and the easily hated Eom. The Saiyan experienced many adventures with the crew of Geridza’s ship, mostly fighting, but they were still adventures nonetheless. Pars had met many people on many different worlds thanks to Geridza, more than he could count. There were people who had hated Pars just as much as any of the bounty hunters, there were people who were generally curious about him, there were even people who viewed as an actual living being rather than a child who had done nothing most members of his race had done. Among these people he had made new enemies, new rivals, new friends, and even the rare love interest. If one were put it in some weird way or another, Pars had already lived out the adventures of a “shonen protagonist” but was retired after a explosive scandal that dropped the sales of the manga he was apart of. Now he was just stuck here on Earth, living life as a Earthling while holding back his urges to raise a ruckus and fight the strongest people he could find, including that no power red head and man who had sealed away another Frost Demon.

3. Pars always had troubles with bottling up his Saiyan tendencies and desires, especially whenever he was allowed off the ship, with Umabok acting as babysitter to which both protested every time. One of his adventures took place when he was but an thirteen year old had taken place on a trading planet, Kagara a planet sized bazaar is what one could boil it down to. One could find everything there, both fake and legitimate exotic animals, ancient and new weapons, pristine and damaged art, the junkiest and newest ships, and Pars’ favorite: fighting rings. Pars had involved himself in many of these fights with Umabok acting as a coach who barely gave Pars any advice and the only person to bet on Pars. At first Umabok had tried talking Pars into taking a few dives, but to no avail which made the Lion man quickly give up. There was no need to however as Pars had won essentially every fight he was in, this was because of the fact that the opposing fighters, if not all of them, were much weaker than the Saiyan who had surpassed the weakest of the Bodyguards on Geridza’s ship.

4. Many were surprised by the fact that a Saiyan could be so strong at such a young age, he had easily decimated the string of opponents’ he was pit up against. Some were admittedly harder than others, but Pars had defeated them all with minimal injuries. This was because the fighters he had to deal with actually had some skill and a clear fighting style as opposed to the high majority of the low powered bounty hunters who all stuck with simple brawling and blasting. Their predictable attacks and tactics had made them easy to fight and all the beatings they had given Pars had engrained how they fought into the young Saiyan’s mind and body. But now he had fought many varying fighting styles from people who had actual mastery over them. This wouldn’t be the first fighting Ring Pars was involved in, in fact he and Umabok had made sure to hit as many as they could before the ship had to leave in the next week.

5. Pars had went through many fights on that planet alone and many of them had proven to be entertaining, far more than fighting any of the lowest tier Bounty Hunters. Pars enjoyed the fact that each fighter seemed to have been stronger than the last, the seemingly illegal fights he took part in were done a in a Tournament Bracket fashion. This meant that the more Pars won, the higher the money will be when he went up the last fighter. That was how it had worked in each fighting ring he and Umabok had went to and such a system had gotten them more money thanks to the fact that each fighting ring seemed to have been unaware of Pars clearing out the last ones he went to. Though of course at each new fighting ring, Pars came looking more and more beaten up which proved to be useful as few of the fighters had took his wounds as a child who kept losing and was trying each and every fighting ring he could. However this also meant that Pars would be getting weaker and more exhausted after each fighting ring.

6. Umabok, despite his grumbliness had started feel some concern for his not-grandson, thinking of how Geridza would likely be mildly upset by it considering how much use he could get out of Pars as a full powered Saiyan. Umabok had at first only paid attention on whether or not Pars would win a fight or if a fighter was interesting enough for Umabok to suddenly steal the spotlight. There were a few times that the Lion considered doing such a thing, but doing so would not only likely set everyone’s guns at that particular fighting ring on him, but he would also lose any potential money. The only time he would truly give up any money they were about to make was if Pars’ life was in serious danger, other than that the eight year old was on his own. But now he was seriously considering taking Pars and buying him something as a “Good job buddy, you outdid yourself.” Unsurprisingly Pars refused his worry and concerns, telling him to keep them quiet until his eight year old self was knocked out cold.

7. Pars was always one to refuse help from others, especially when it came from Umabok and Geridza. He wanted to accomplish things on his own in order to have more things to be proud about. He wanted to be able to look at Geridza right in the face and tell him that he had accomplished so many goals, he wanted Geridza to know when the runt he once adamantly did not acknowledge was suddenly at a place where he could surpass him. This was Pars’ goal, it was so much more than to simply beat his image of power, he needed to completely surpass him. During certain instances, Pars had considered simply breaking his Symbol of Power and Victory that was Geridza, these were during tantrums the young Saiyan had whenever he grew too frustrated over the lack of acknowledgement from Geridza. Each of those times Pars had quickly shut down such thoughts, believing that no such thing should happen to Geridza.

8. As mentioned before, Geridza had a positive image in Pars’ mind; whenever the Saiyan was in a time of doubt and worry, he simply thought of Geridza and the moment was over. To destroy that symbol would do much more damage to Pars than it ever would to Geridza. Pars would no longer have an image to chase after, he would never again have someone he could call an image of Victory and Power. The Saiyan hated and always dismissed such thoughts, he couldn’t allow Geridza to face such a fate. While Pars wished to defeat Geridza, he would make sure that his teacher could come back stronger at anytime, he wouldn’t let his image be tarnished. He was willing to allow Geridza to use him as a punching bag to build his strength back up if that’s what it took.

9. Going back to the the current story of adventure; Pars and Umabok had just completed their 3rd fighting ring, Pars, as mentioned before looking, significantly beat up but filled with vigor for the next batch of fighters. One of the plus sides of entering these fighting rings was getting Pars used to fighting multiple different styles of combat, whether they focused on countering his attacks, throwing him around in different ways, pure focus on punches or kicks, or even using weapons. Pars was happy that all the fighting rings so far were shady enough to allow for weapons. He had also been given the opportunity to fight various races that he hadn’t even seen on Geridza’s ship. He had fought a multi-armed giant bug man, a fishman that shot bullets of water, a multi-winged bird person who focused on kicking, and various others. Among them that had stood out was some horned woman that gave Pars the most difficulty with spiraling headbutts and claw attacks.

10. After narrowly beating her, Pars had believed he wouldn’t see her again, it was a good fight and Pars tried to get her name but had been met with a slapped away hand and a scoff before she left. He enjoyed their fight greatly, she had kept Pars on his toes constantly as she never once gave him a chance to recover, it was one attack after another. He wished to have known her name so that if they ever met again they could fight as stronger opponents. From what Umabok told his young Saiyan money horse, she was a Yorzite, a race of Moon Raker skinned fighters who were known for their natural durability and even more for the horns they possessed. Pars had no idea where she went after their fight, it was safe to assume she had left and bothered not checking out the other Fighting Rings. Or so he thought.

11. At the next Fighting Ring, the fourth which he participated in, he would come to meet the horned woman again and this time she actually desired a rematch. There was a mutual understanding between Pars and the older woman of the age 16: there was no backing down the moment they realized they were participating in the same fight, they would make sure they would fight each other. This feeling of mutual desire to defeat one another for the sake of proving something was enough to get Pars pumped up and he hoped the mutuality between the Saiyan and Yorzite extended to that. However there was no such thing, the woman was simply angry that she lost to someone younger to her when she had specifically chosen fighting rings that had a weak line up. It greatly pissed her off to an alarming extent which was made obvious during all of her fights. She had put every fighter in critical condition; she had done so to keep her nerves in check, to release all her anger so she could fight Pars without any mistakes.

12. The Saiyan positively loved watching her fight, so much so that it distracted him for quite a bit during one of his fights with a Mantis-like alien. Even now during his meditation he could vividly recall how she fought; it was a pragmatist and brutal method of combat that had her use dirty tactics whenever she could, so long as she wasn’t caught cheating during any fights with rules. However she did have standards and some honor that was worth mentioning. She was the king of combat pragmatist whose line that shan’t be crossed started at using hostages. She refused to do anything like poison her opponents prior to the fight or set up some hostage to let her beat down on them; while she would always say that it was simply to crush their confidence with her own hands. In truth, she had her own morals to live by and not compromise, while she would attack a blind person, hit the groin, or use one of their allies as a human shield, she was never cowardly enough to use outside influence to raise her chances of victory.

13. When it came time to fight, the two were practically oozing with violent intentions, the crowd could feel it well. The second the referee allowed them to start, Pars’ and the horned woman fists clashed, creating a disturbance in the air, a mild shockwave as their fight began. Pars always looked back fondly on that fight, it was the first fight with someone that excited him aside from the prospect and idea of fighting both Umabok and Geridza at the same time during some point in the future. While Pars loved the fight, he could tell the horned woman grew more and more aggravated each time the Saiyan landed a hit, dodged her horns, or successfully defended against an attack. Each of her attacks held the full intent to critically injure Pars to end the fight faster. She truly hated Pars and the fact he had humiliated her in front of a large crowd of people.

14. Their first fight mostly involved the Yorzite doing more of her standard dirty tactics, “accidentally” kicking up dirt into his eyes, attacking him from behind, attempted strikes to his eyes, and others. During that time she simply thought of him as a kid who got lucky and had been set up again true weaklings. That’s what it should have been right? He was no more than a brat who had no idea what he was getting into. But then he was actually catching up with her attacks and movements, they appeared to be equal in terms of power, but perhaps he had more combat experience than her, if one could even call it that. What set her off, what made her truly hate Pars, what humiliated her was that he defeated her with a ring out. How did he do it? Why with his tail which he had used to slap her off of the designated ring area.

15. She absolutely hated that she lost in such a manner and thus wanted Pars to feel worse pain than that. She wanted to skewer him on her horns that she held so much pride in. Her horns were what she had the most pride for, not her quick thinking, not her ability to be resourceful during her fights, not even the naturally high durability her race was known more for, it was her horns. The piercing ability behind them was staggering, based on all the fights she was in throughout her life, her horns could pierce through any defense and were hard enough to never be broken. Many of her opponents over the years had fallen to these horns, either with critical injury or even sometimes death the moment she ran them through, though thanks to the fact that this fighting ring did not allow death, she would have to settle for running her horns through his limbs. But that would become a difficult task as Pars had broken her left horn with a well placed kick to its midsection.

16. The shock from both the horned woman and the crowd was likely Pars’ favorite moment during that week on the bazaar planet Kagara, the woman had become so furious Pars was able to defeat her as she lost the ability to think or fight clearly. Though thanks to her durability and even scarier endurance he had to defeat her via ring out again, which didn’t go so well with her, forcing Pars and Umabok to run for it with the prize money they had yet to win. That hadn’t gone over well either as soon they had the crowd, fighters, and leader of that fighting ring join in on the chase. The old and young men were able to escape by losing them through the vast and crowded bazaar and getting back onto Geridza’s ship. Unfortunately when they thought they were safe, the now one and a half horned woman had managed to follow them all the way to the ship and then snuck onto it right after they opened the main hatch.

17. Believing things went too far, Umabok was prepared to simply kill her, he would have delivered a single blow through her chest and that would have been that. But Pars’ persistence had shined through at the sight of her desire to pay Pars back for breaking off one of her horns. He understood such determination all to well and was rather happy to on the receiving end of it for once. But it wouldn’t be good for her to be always hateful towards him, so pars proposed a challenge to her just like Geridza had given him. If she could beat Pars twice, he would be her punching bag for as long as she wanted, he wouldn’t fight back, he wouldn’t dodge, he would take every single hit from her, not matter how grievous it was. Although she felt insulted by the idea that he would only let her beat him when he wanted her to, it was better than taking a hit by the old Snackian who she could tell was a class and more above her.

18. With that and Geridza’s permission, the horned woman had become a member of the ship, one who on the first day had beaten up every single lowest tier crew member and then the tier above them, with little to not difficulty. It was because of this that Pars had gotten even more curious about her, constantly asking what her name was and with persistence she gave in. The girl’s name was Sujichi and the only life she ever knew was on Kagara. She had survived daily, avoiding slavers that would have sold her off because of the fact her kind kept to themselves on her home planet, others wanted to take her horns and sell them off as either medicine or simply an ornament. Indeed her life on that planet was not an easy one, not in the slightest as she never once had anyone she could so much as call an acquaintance. But perhaps, just the slightest maybe, she that would change things in this band of bounty hunters she was now apart of.

19. The reflection back on his adventure on Kagara and encounter with Sujichi served as a good focal point for the Saiyan as he meditated to increase his ki even more. He knew that the moment they were reunited she would want to fight him two times in a row just so he could fulfil her promise. She, along with Umabok had been the very few bounty hunters on the ship that were aware of Geridza’s plan and had even helped stage his fight with Pars. The pro Pars group simply chased him into the ship’s loading bay, accepting Pars’ strikes as they wished for him to be able to let out the aggression he felt towards the “betrayal.” Of course by the time Geridza had gotten the beaten up seventeen year old into the pod, it was made clear to him what their true intentions were. He needed to get back to them at some point in the future, not just to thank them, but to also give them a fight with more power he would build up.

20. The ki from his body flowed ceaselessly, causing the invisible air around him to become distorted, blurring about as though there was intense heat around his body. The focused and free flowing invisible ki had strewn out across his body had made any form of coldness impossible to reach him, making his little clothing matter not in the slightest. The warmth he felt was comforting, it helped him feel even more peace, it was like he was being comforted by a larger presence. Although an odd feeling, he did not think of it as annoying, simply as a nice change of pace for how he usually acted. Okay that was a lie, he still hated being peaceful and would cease the training his ki after he had gotten a bit more rest.

21. The Saiyan, slowly but surely in order to keep the training going as long he could, stopped meditating, gradually exiting the depths of his soul and memories. His focused peace had began to diminish. The calm air about him and the energy that had accompanied left him, or rather receding back into his being. He was no longer in a state of peace where birds could simply perch on him, they might have considered it during his last resting period, but now it was gone. With an annoyed sigh, the Saiyan laid onto his back, eyes to the cloud and began his rest. With the feeling of his well deepening again, Pars waited for his body to grow accommodating to it and simply watched the clouds go by.

1.As he laid back, looking up at the masses of water that took form of fluffy white intangible clouds, the Saiyan began to wonder just how many times of peace did he have before coming to this planet? With the social environment on Geridza’s ship and the overwhelming amount of bullying and abuse he received, he could not recall many actual opportunities of peace that came to mind. The “Anti-Pars Group” did what they could to never let up on their “hazing” of Pars, they always had some reason or another to mess with him. The hate and fear of what Pars and his people were capable of had driven the men and women of the faction on the ship to truly do what they could to make Pars suffer any time of the day. The only thing that held them back from going over the edge was how Geridza would react and that Pars might survive it and become even stronger. In fact there were times that Pars had hoped they would go near the edge just so he could get a small burst of power, but they were always careful not to, which was oddly and concernly annoying.

2. Oddly enough, after once again remembering the abuse he went through and used as improvised training, Pars actually began to recollect some moments of peace he had. He had the same disposition about feeling peaceful then as he did now, it was simply something that didn’t sit right with him. The feeling of not having to worry about conflict, a state of mind that suggested nothing was on the up and up, even a body that started to lose its guard, all of it was annoying and likely nothing would change his mind. It was sort of funny how aggravated and frustrated he got during times of peacefulness, Pars’ mouth had gotten more verbally violent and he would often yell slurs and other insults at the bounty hunters that bullied him, even biting sensitive areas above the waist. Though he gave the more tolerant crew members less hate, he appreciated that they didn’t abuse him to some degree, but that didn’t stop him from still trying to spar with them.

3. One of the peaceful times Pars had was during a month long period of Geridza and his Bounty Hunters having no work and lacked funds. During that period there was no bounty hunting, no landing on planets, and more impressively no Pars abuse. As a child of 7 back then, Pars didn’t know why they were acting in such a way, what had stirred them to leave him alone. The worst the Anti-Pars faction did during that month was shove him out of the way and a kind “Move it Monkey.” Even when Pars tried picking fights with them they had done nothing, nto a single thing. They would only act if Pars started to really annoy them which they would react with throwing him out of whatever space they were in. But now Pars knew why, the crew mates had no motivation to work with there being well..no work, they didn’t looks up leads to possible bounties, they didn’t look to see if the Galactic Bounty Registry had updated, all they did was laze around and that rubbed off on Pars.

4. During that time Umabok oddly enough became more energetic than usual. It was an odd personality trait of his that turned on whenever the collective number of people outweighed his own “mehness.” He had jogged around the ship multiple times, training in the gravity chamber with its highest settings on, he even had allowed Pars to join him on some of his training sessions. Seeing Umabok in such a state did wildly give him more respect for the lion man than he previously had simply because he never saw him so energized before. Yet oddly enough, despite the opportunities to train with Umabok, Pars still felt meh and peaceful and this was concerning; here he was training with the second strongest man on the ship and all he could feel was “meh?” It pissed him off is what it did. But ever since that day, Pars couldn’t help but see Umabok as a energy magnet, sucking up everyone’s energy during times of no work.

5.As he laid down, Pars could feel the progress he had made to his ki reserves and even more power being given into his own actual power. Once again this feeling had exhilarated Pars to a great degree, he felt he could do use more of his techniques and that he was closer to something. This feeling truly was addicting, and nothing would change that, no matter the circumstance or situation. With a proud grin he stood up with a jump, his hands being brought back to the sides of his head and onto the grassy knoll to serve as a spring to kick him back up onto his bare feet. With his ki at a place he felt like was a good stopping point, for now, Pars would begin to focus on other areas he needed to work on. He needed to feel more power, or rather he needed to become stronger so that he could feel satisfaction when he single handedly defeated his opponents.

1.The next area Pars focused on was his ability to hit good, his physical offense to be exact. As someone who enjoyed beating his opponents down into puddles of liquid fear and essentially traumatizing them however he made sure not to go too far during these fights as he did want them to return to him with a rematch at some point. He did enjoy it so whenever a defeated opponent came back to fight him again, it didn’t matter how strong they were then or how much they had become now, all that mattered was they were prepared to face off against and possibly lose again to the same person. Pars, despite his arrogance and self-confidence, did not mind losing depending on the opponent or circumstances, in fact he saw it as a way to give himself a new hurdle to overcome. When it came to hurdles, the Saiyan had shown great tenacity in surpassing them, he wanted to reach the next level of his power after all, and that often meant having to completely shattered what was before him. It was not just people that he viewed as hurdles but many other things as well; if it was something he viewed as a wall that blocked him on his road to surpassing and defeating Geridza, he would do anything he could to break it completely.

2. Although he always prefered actually hitting something, his knuckles smashing into whatever came into contact with, whether it be stone, wood, or flesh, Pars didn’t have any real choice in the manner considering where he was. While he could have training on his rooftop again, Pars found it to be the least suiting area as he would have to worry about the average human getting caught up in his training. He could go back to the wasteland he had once gone to before, it had plenty of room and things to hit, but just reusing it again when he had an entire planet with different areas and environments to use would be a waste. He should get used to fighting in different settings and terrains, there may come a day that he would have to fight someone in this very area. There wouldn’t much used to it besides not slipping on the grass but it was at least something. On a minor side note, he was the kind of person who enjoyed the feeling of cold damp grass on the bottom of their feet.

3. Going back to the original thought of preferring actually hitting something rather than nothing, Pars simply enjoyed it. He completely understand why Umabok himself enjoyed close quarters combat, it was exhilarating and moreso! Pars could remember the first time he actually hit someone; the feeling of their cheek being pressed down by his fist and getting an imprint of it was a spectacular feeling, though of course Pars would quickly get a punch to the face in return. He never forgot who was his first punch and he hoped he would get to see that person again someday, in a non-bond sort of manner, he simply wished to pay the person back for such a punch. To go back to the original point a second time, while Pars did enjoy actual physical combat over spiritual, he did see the usefulness of using Image Training, after all he needed to was close his eyes and imagine a figure to fight, this meant he could technically train anywhere, to a certain extent.

4. To begin his training, Pars had done what he did before on his rooftop: he envisioned an opponent to fight and would then move his body according to how he thought this image would fight. Last time he had used Geridza as a image, it made sense after all with the Frost Demon being Pars’ image of victory and power. But this time he would do someone different. In actuality, there were two images of power that always came to Pars’ mind, and frankly no one could replace them in his heart. The first of course was Geridza but the second was none other than Umabok, the former captain of the ship Pars was raised on. Umabok was indeed a strong Snackian, being noted for his pure physical ability and martial arts that could supposedly smash through any target, completely breaking them to the point of giving up their own days as a martial artist. Indeed Umabok was well received among the Galactic Martial Artist community and served well as another image of power for Pars.

5. Pars had closed his eyes and began to envision his target, his mind had cleared as to focus on a singular image. Like a white lead pencil that had sketched a specifically designed character, Umabok appeared before Pars in the plane of conscious and limitless possibilities called the mind. The image before him was no doubt the old grizzly blue lion man of the ship that was once his. Pars was rather proud by how much he remembered what Umabok looked like, his muscles rippled despite his old body, his face which had a moderate amount of fur compared to his actual chest, shoulder, and back length mane. Pars could see the wrinkles as well as the occasional blue grey tufts of fur that truly showed just how old this Snackian was. His claws were still prominent, at least during the few times he had drawn and retracted his claws’ the two upper sharp canines that notably poked out slightly from his upper lip also appeared to be in good, if not amazing, condition.

6. Like any feline, Umabok had used his fangs, claws, and agility to contend with his prey, no matter their size or strength. However unlike felines he had actual fists and legs to utilize, and many a time he alternated between his natural weaponry and pure blunt damage. He had the tendency to attack from blind spots, but would suddenly shift into more direct combat. He did this to keep his opponent from guessing how he would attack next, in fact Pars felt as though the ulterior motive behind such combative behavior was to instill fear whoever he was fighting. Thanks to his claws and fangs he could deal much more damage than any normal fighter could do, always making sure to cut and bite them as deep as he could, the bloodier he got them the better. There was something Pars had wondered, ever since he was had grown aware of Umabok’s power, the Saiyan wondered just how strong Umabok really was, especially if he could still fight Geridza into a stalemate.

7. The shadow image training had begun, the mentally crafted large blue lion had dashed at Pars’ inner self, fangs and claws being beared alike. This was Pars’ mind, anything he wished to could happen here, the limits were literally his imagination, thus he had the image fighter Umabok fight the young Saiyan at the highest level he had seen him fight. Compared to when he was a child, Pars stood absolutely no chance against the amount of strength he so far was aware of Umabok having. While he could simply make him fight faster with even more devastating attacks, Pars had no idea if Umabok fought differently when he went all out or even any techniques the lion man may have. In all the years Pars knew Umabok, along with his maximum power, he had never once seen him use a technique. The Saiyan had always thought that perhaps the Snackian focused so much on his body that he had no techniques to utilize, which would not make him any easier of an opponent. But, with age and experience, Pars realized that it could be that Umabok never had a chance to use any of his techniques much like his full strength.

8. As the Mental Image blue lion dashed at Pars with extreme speed, both the Saiyan’s physical body and mental body had made an attempt to jump over Umabok given the fact he charged at a straight line at the very start. This was met with a tight grabbing on Pars’ right shin which was followed by a heavy swing of his body straight into the ground, even Pars’ body had activated it’s ability to fly to make the action show in the physical realm. Every motion Pars’ mental body would make, his physical body would mimic to the point, even when he took damage. The black haired and tailed man liked to call this “Shadow Image Training.” where one utilizes Shadow Boxing in sync with their Image Training. This gave the body a work out and a higher rate of memorizing the actions took during the Image Training. This was the method Pars had used more often than not whenever he had to use Image Training, he had a mild annoyance towards meditation so to be in such a state during something supposedly exciting like Image Training would be a downer.

9. The claws of the Snackian were drawn during that grab and Pars had felt the very realistic pain of having claws deeply embedded into one’s leg, his mental body had bled from there and quite notably. If this were an actual fight, Pars would likely have to worry about losing too much blood during the altercation and knowing Umabok he would not feel the slightest hint of sympathy for such a thing, who would? It was a fight after all. The second Pars found himself on the ground, Umabok had pounced, roar, claws, and fangs out and all just so he could use any of them to damage Pars, but luckily the Saiyan had recovered fast enough to roll out of the way. There was no room for breaks during this Image Training as Umabok symply chased after the rolling Pars who’d quickly thrust himself off the ground with his palm and back onto his feet. The Lion Man began a flurry of claw swipes, punches, and back handed strikes, forcing the mental Pars back hurriedly and desperately. Each and every strike had narrowly missed their mark, with a majority of them simply grazed him, managing to give Pars a minor cut or scrape.

10. The onslaught continued, barely giving Pars any time to react let alone dodge as minor damage continued to pile up. It was possible that Pars had subconsciously made the Image Training Umabok weaker so that he had held a better chance compared to the current level of power Pars was aware of, if so then Pars would have deeper respect for the Blue furred Lion. But he wasn’t going to be his punching bag. Although risky, Pars had raised up his forearms as fast he could in order to act as a pin cushion for the upcoming double handed clawed slap that would have made contact with the sides of Pars’ head, but thanks to his quick thinking, the claws were now sinked deeply into his forearms. The pain was immense, but for a few seconds he had stopped Umabok’s movements. Taking this opportunity which had caught the Mental Image Umabok off guard, Pars had slammed his forehead against the blue lion’s snout and bridge, hard enough to stagger him and cause some blood to spurt from his nose.

11. The impact was enough to make the Snackian stumble back a bit, his nose quickly clenched out of surprise, but in doing so he had pulled his arms away from his prey and gave himself and opening. With a shout, the Saiyan had swooped his right forearm right between the Lion’s positioned elbows as his fist slammed into the beast man’s chin. The Saiyan could feel a great deal of pride in being able to hit Umabak two times, even if he wasn’t at his full power. To be able to actually hit Umabok was a great feat within itself, but a better one would was no doubt to be able to hit the real deal. Just as he imagined the real Umabok would, the mental image one had hocked out the blood in his mouth and nose like it was some loogie before giving Pars the weakest acknowledging eyes. It was something and it had pumped up Pars even more.

12. Then came the cliche battle cry from both sides as Pars and Umabok charged at each other, feet slamming against the nonexistent black void that was Pars’ current mental landscape. The mental adrenaline had coursed through Pars’ mental body, he would feel less pain as he dashed towards the lion man. The minute they closed the gap, both men had punched each other in the cheek, a cross counter. After staggering from both, a mutual exchange of blows had erupted. The two of them struck and missed many points on one another’s bodies as their mental flesh dented, their cerebral bones had cracked, their immaterial blood that had been pure white, spewed out of their mouths and other gashes, staining the incorporeal battlegrounds. This was indeed stimulating and nothing could convince Pars otherwise.

13. Soon enough the exchange of blows ended with Pars taking the most damage. It appeared as though even a evenly matched, that had been done subconsciously, Umabok was still a challenge Pars could barely overcome. But this would not be the end of his psychical bout, he still had some fight left in him! Like a surprise encour to a volley of fireworks, the young Saiyan had continued his assault. The moderately damaged spiritual Umabok welcomed the younglings conviction and instantly countered with a strong kick to the stomach. Unsurprisingly, the kick was enough to knock the wind out of Pars’ mental body. He could even feel bile come up and burn his nostrils and throat thanks to the sheer force of the kick. He could only imagined how weird it was to throw up in your own mind.

14. Pars had swallowed his incorporeal vomit before it even had a chance to spew out, he didn’t want to do something so ungracious in front of Umabok, even if it was just an image of him. Thanks to his arrogance, Pars took humiliation a bit harder than most people, but it got particularly bad when it came to Umabok or Geridza. He absolutely refused to be disgraced in front of those two, he wanted their acknowledgement, not their pity. If the day were to ever come where all the progress he made towards their acknowledgement became pity Pars would lose all confidence in himself. It was normal for someone to lose their confidence after experiencing humiliation, especially in front of a person they held up on a high pedestal. But Pars, well it would easier to say he wouldn’t know what would become of himself if such a thing happened.

15. Like a ravaging ape that his race was associated with, Pars had let out a resounding battlecry before practically running at Umabok on all fours. He held his torso and arms low to the ground, hands open as he jumped up and tackled the lion man. The moment of contact Umabok had countered with a knee to his Pars’ sternum and while it hurt, the Saiyan did not loosen his grip. If anything that strike had made Pars hold him tighter as he dug his fingernails into Umabok. Pars was going to do something he didn’t think he would do, he had mimicked Umabok’s movements. He wasn’t sure what spurred this on, but he instinctively took on a stance that would suggest inspiration born from Umabok’s own fighting style. Frankly the Saiyan was embarrassed and frustrated, but had had shoved the feelings down to gain a victory.

16. However he would gain no such thing as Pars mistakenly left his neck exposed and with a quick but powerful bite, the mental image of Pars had died. With a hail of sweat Pars left the trance called Image Training, finding himself pinning nothing down as his vision was straight at the grass beneath him. With heavy and excessive breathing Pars gave into his mental exhaustion and collapsed. Indeed he had fought Umabok hard, but ultimately lost to him simply because he took on a stance he was not familiar or experienced with. After such a burst of energy he suddenly lost, after all the, albeit moderate and almost nothing compared to the amount of wounds Pars had, damage he had given the old man. He lost so pathetically that he was sure he would see Umabok would laugh for the first time if he learned how Pars lost. The image of power that was Umabok, despite being debuffed had still won in the end, Pars couldn’t be happier.

1.Pars was completely on his stomach this time as opposed to laying on his back for the rest. He could still feel the reverberating pain from the mental wounds he had received from Umabok. His mental body had gashes on his upper and lower abdomen, a several bruises on his upper torso, arms, and face, a black eye, deep stab wounds on his forearms and right shin, at least ten broken ribs, a deeply cut lip, a swollen cheek, and varying others. However he had made sure not to get any wounds on his back. If there was one thing Pars wished to avoid during the entirety of his life, it was a scar on his back. Such things were wounds of cowards who had been injured while running away, he simply refused to go through such things.

2. As he breathed deeply, waiting for the cognitive born pain to cease, pars had thought back on the person he had thought of before. The first person he ever punched, who gave the 6 year old a punch right back. That person was a overly, and in all honesty excessively, muscular person who may have had the highest physical strength out of anyone on Geridza’s ship, at least underneath Geridza himself and Umabok. He could clearly remember that man’s visage. Aside from his muscles, he had an astounding height and probably one of the baldest heads he had even seen, though the tattoos on it complemented the lack of hair nicely. What stood out the most aside from his dense and voluminous muscles were the many stitches that could be found basically anywhere on his body. He never truly gave Pars an exact story behind his stitches, in fact he made up a new story every time Pars asked him.

3. There was one thing he was honest about and Pars was rather thankful for that. His name was Danbarz and his pride in anything belonged to his muscles. He had at one point had his own family, but even they were nothing to him compared to his muscles, at least that’s what he told everyone. If there was one thing that was certain about Danbarz besides his overwhelming muscles, it was the fact that he was a compulsive liar. He never told the same truth to anyone, he would give someone a lie and then a completely different lie when someone asked him the same thing, even in front of the person he had previously lied to. It was because of his constant lies yet honest muscles that people began to call him “The Muscle of Lies.” and he never once protested such a name.

4. Pars never knew why Danbarz would lie about everything, he assumed it had to with his family and the scars on his body, but of course he simply lied. Though he had one habit that made his feelings on certain things clear. Depending on the topic, he would give a more unbelievable lie. This was the most evident whenever someone asked him about what happened to his family with the lies becoming even more unbelievable the more one asked him about it. Such things were made clear with Danbarz and anyone could understand that he was hiding something underneath all the muscle. In fact now that Pars thought back on it, what he thought was a punch to the face may have just been finger jab, his hands were that big after all.

5. After finally recovering from the nonexistent pain, Pars had wobbled back up onto his bare feet, letting out a loud as he began to prepare for his next session of training. He had stretched his body every way he could without injuring himself. The Runner’s Stretch, the Forward Hang, the Butterfly Stretch, and a few others just to keep his body nice and warmed up. Up until now, his training had been him using his mental ability to train, with meditation and image training. Sure adding in shadow boxing to the image training had helped, despite the chance of some onlooker confusing for what he was doing as playing pretend as a grown man,he didn’t feel a true physical exercise from it. From here on he was going to be completely physical, complete with blowing things up, moving as fast as he could, take his own blasts, exhaust himself, and then dodge his own attacks. Only thing left was to decide where this would all take place.

1.Once again pars could feel a raise in his power, once again the feeling of more strength added to his being had put a smile on his face. He greatly looked forward to being able to how much more his power would rise, he wondered how much damage he could do. Although he could start to feel a drop in his stamina, he wasn’t going to stop until his body wouldn’t let him move anymore, at least not in terms of death. With a resounding sneer of the lips, Pars had started his next form of training. This time he would focus on his offensive energy, the ability to truly blast someone away with his ki. His pride had taken some damage by the fact his Sunshine Spark hadn’t done as much damage as he thought it would have done.

2. The Saiyan had began to build up his ki, making it flow through his body. This feeling of energy saturating his body was always something he enjoyed. It reminded him that he was alive, that he had strength to utilize against anyone he came across. Indeed while normal people were limited to their physical bodies, Pars was able to do so much more. The feeling of ki coursing through him would always make it clear of what he was capable of, he could destroy so many things and people if he wished to. That was power the average denizen wished they had, not destruction but the power to bring it about.

3. In a flash pars had started his training, his right arm been curled with his fist brought to his side. The fingers and palm were in a position that that pointed upwards towards his armpit. The ki that was condensing within his body had flowed into the clenched fist. The feeling of ki concentrating to one part of his body always felt like vales being alternated to flow water into a specific pipe. It gave his fist warmth and a feeling of intense power. The technique he was about to use was one he had crafted himself, he had used it against the brute Ares, but it did far less damage than he hoped. Granted he didn’t have the time to fully charge it.

4. Lightning had begun to crackle around his fist from the sudden build up in energy. Some people from seeing this could call it a magic trick if they wanted, but they would be so very wrong. The Saiyan never once really used his Sunshine Spark to out in public, he didn’t want to imagine how the public would react. Not only could he be claimed to be some terrorist or a secret weapon sent out to test its power, but firing off his signature attack may just alert the authorities. He wasn’t sure how fast they would respond, especially if his beam had extended past the atmosphere, but he couldn’t afford the trouble at this moment. While he was in no way afraid of them, he lacked the power to currently take on whoever they may send at him, seeing how the charge against him was allegedly killing a high ranking Galactic Patrol official.

5. As he swelled up the gathered ki into his fist, the energy that was brought about began to take a corporeal shape, first a color, then a flame-like shape. With the energy now something in his fist, he began to condense it to give it a more clear shape, a sphere. As its shape was made, Pars sorted more Ki into the sphere, bringing out more and more of the energy stored in his fist. This would be the true beginning of Pars’ signature attack as the spherical dynamism swelled larger and larger, starting from no bigger than a medicinal tablet. As its size increased, the gesture of Pars’ hand conformed to it, his once tightly clenched fist slowly opening. This fullness in his hand was indeed a great feeling; something that not existed suddenly gained a tangible warmth within his right hand.

6. The size it had built up to was now large enough that Pars could no longer contain it in his hand. If an outsider of the world Pars lived in, the martial artist world to be exact, what they would witness, what they could comprehend, was Pars holding a glowing ball of eight inches in diameter, no bigger than a bowling ball. This would not be the end of its growth however as it had once again grown larger, now 13 inches in diameter. The growing size of the sphere would likely be enough to shock a average onlooker, Pars couldn’t blame them. The color and brightness of the ki sphere became more vibrant, it’s Caribbean Green hue shone a great deal. The light was enough to even give Pars and the small area around him a green hue despite the fact it was day out.

7. Pars had given the Sunshine Spark a bit more of a charge before setting a target: the horizon. He would deal with any recompense to come from this, for now he had to focus on rising. With a mighty shout Pars had thrusted his right fist forward, rotating it 180 degrees to make the intermediate phalanges point skyward, his hand now in a open claw position to better hold the sphere of ki. Like the opening of a dam, the ki he had gathered released, firing from his open hand and palm wildly, the signature sound most beam attacks hold exploding out. The Carribean Green beam which had subtle and vague glittery sparks within it shot forward with breakneck speeds. The beam itself was much bigger than it originally was, big enough now to completely encompass a van. [-15 ki]

8. The one handed beam attack was something Pars had a great deal of pride in, as mentioned many times it was his creation and for that he held it with high esteem. The blast of energy had zoomed out towards it’s target. Pars hoped nothing was flying towards the direction he fired in, less he accidentally kill or heavily damage something. However if he did hit someone or something and it was able to shrug it off, Pars wasn’t sure if he would be excited or angry. What he did know what he would do and that was try to fight whatever could shrug off his Sunshine Spark. He would be sure to hit them with it until they actually started feeling it.

9. Soon enough the Sunshine Spark had dissipated, gradually losing its form after piercing many clouds and hitting God knows what else. His body was still in the initial firing pose as though he tried to keep it going for as long as he could, but this was not the case. After the beam was fully gone, Pars brought his fist back to his side, charged up up his ki, and fired another Sunshine Spark. His plan was to simply keep firing off Sunshine Sparks to give him a better understanding of how energy based attacks worked. Not only this but to also make his body grow even more accustomed to the vast energy that fired off. The power behind this one was just the same as the first Sunshine Spark. [-15 ki]

10. After that beam had dissipated, Pars fired another, both shots being accompanied by a vigorous shout. He wanted to feel the full force behind the Sunshine Spark in his whole body, that included his voice. At some point or another he was have to do something to increase Sunshine Spark’s power, at this moment in time he couldn’t, but he would work to change that. After the second Sunshine Spark dissipated, Pars did the whole process over again and fired yet another one into the distance. He would fire off two more Sunshine Sparks after the third had ceased firing. [-45 ki]

11. With five shots of his Sunshine Spark being used, Pars would move onto a different technique of his arsenal. This technique was often used to clear out multiple enemies or to simply deal out heavy amounts of damage to his opponent without the use of one of his Ultimates. It was a technique he utilized to at one point blow a hole right through a building he was being held in as a 15 year old. Once could call this technique a rising ki blast of immense size without necessarily being a Ultimate Technique. It could carry Pars’ opponents off into the air while dealing them damage along the way. This technique was Nova Tower.

12 With a great deal of force Pars had planted his bare feet into the now dried grass, the passage of time had taken away their dampness and the heat from the five straight Sunshine Sparks had made them even dryer. His legs were somewhat spread in order to solidify his stance as his feet dug into the earth bellow. Legs in place, Pars brought his arms close to his bare chest, forearms positioned in a x position with the back of his closed fists facing forward. The Saiyan’s focus began as he moved his ki to various points of his body, not a single point of his body would be without ki. If one could see only ki, then they would see a bright silhouette of it in the shape of Pars’ form and stance. He had made sure his entire body was loaded up with the energy in order to unleash terrible destruction.

13. The amount of ki he was gathering was a moderate sum, higher than Sunshine Spark, but not terribly high either. The technique known as Nova Tower required a notable amount of ki, it was after all a tower of consistent explosions. The feeling of gathering the ki for this technique was always odd to Pars, his body felt a heat akin to being under five blankets in a room with four heaters, it was hot. He could feel the expansion of ki reaching to every inch of his body, no matter how small. He could feel it in his hands, in his feet, in his hair, even in his nails. It was indeed like forcing his body to overheat.

14. As his ki swelled up more and more, the ground of the area Pars stood on began to tremor from the gathering of energy. The landscape could feel the rise of power and what was to come, and thus trembled in a sense as the technique would assuredly destroy the area around Pars. He deeply hoped no person of the average masses would come here for any reason, if they were to be caught up in what was to come their bodies would likely be obliterated. He didn’t need that trouble, not now. Though he was sure he could handle Earth’s military, they didn’t even have energy based weaponry, though the hovering cars were certainly a step in the right direction. The time for the built up energy had come, and once again Pars hoped no weakling was around.

15. With a mighty shout, Pars threw his closed fists out to his sides, his hands flying open. As he did this he had given the swelled energy an exit, a way to escape that it desperately needed, his body. Like a firework a massive column of 15 meters in diameter. From a distance, it was a linear source of Carribean Green light that had breached the clouds. The sheer amount of destruction behind it was staggering and more. Batches of the earth had risen up as they were torn piece by piece before eventually becoming less than grains of dirt. [-20 ki]

16. For a small span of time, two minutes at most, green shining tower of destructive energy had reached to the highest point in the sky before it finally settled down. After firing five Sunshine Sparks consecutively and the releasing a Nova Tower, Pars had finally gave his well of ki some rest. Although odd, Pars felt satisfied whenever he felt his ki reduce, it was a reminder that he needed to be smart about how he used it. In an actual fight he shouldn’t do such a thing, not only did it look desperate but it would be a waste of energy. He would begin his next batch of rest

1.The Saiyan had looked around himself, he was in a shallow crater, no doubt caused by the force behind his Nova Tower. The scorched Earth beneath his feet was hot and made black. It had always satisfied Pars whenever he caused a great deal of destruction, to the landscape at least. It was visible and physical proof of what he was capable of and he looked forward to how much more destruction he could cause. However he wasn't about to stay in a shallow crater of scorched Earth forever as he walked out of it and onto the singed grass that circled the dent in the ground. The next thing he would focus on was his own defensive ability and that meant he was going to have to hurt himself.

2. He wasn't sure exactly what would be the best method to do it, he couldn't commit suicide after all. There were many things he still had to accomplish, besides defeating Geridza. He had to defeat other people as well! Such as Umabok, Sujichi, Danbarz, and many more. Among them was none other than the Bounty Distributor of Geridza's ship: Fuu-koul, a...large woman who had astounding acrobatic skill and reflexes to complement that and her refined martial arts. Despite her...less than attractive appearance was among the ship’s top tier fighters, a serious threat.

3. Pars had squatted down, forearms resting on his knees, as he had recalled what the powerful woman was like. She was a Zi-chuk, a race of large humanoids that held the ability to create multiple organic shells around their bodies through their sweat glands. Of course the body shell had tubes directly connected to the host's body so that they could sweat out of their shells. The shell of a Zi-chuk’ got larger, heavier, and denser with each shell made. In total a Zi-chuk make up to eight body shells, any more and the added weight would make it impossible for them to move. This proved as both a bonus and a limitation as supposedly, Zi-chuk's were one of the fastest and lightest races when they had no shells on. Thanks to their shells that got bigger with each shell, it was common to misinterpret their actual size, confusing their often ten foot shells for their actual heights.

4. Fuu-koul was essentially the female version of Umabok, only more no nonsense and petulant. Her smiling was a rare sight, even Umabok could smile though it was rare. She was very stern when it came to distributing bounties. She would never give someone a bounty that was too weak or too strong for them, always making sure they got someone with equal strength to them. If anyone disagreed with her they got a swift bottle broken over their heads. Normally that probably would not hurt a bunch of ki blast firing Bounty Hunters, but the speed and strength she could swing a bottle was just as strong as any ki attack.

5. Pars was someone who particularly got hit in the head with her many many bottles. He had been concussed on many occasions by the woman and few times she had actually used her own brand of Kung Fu on him. Despite her ten foot height and large stature, Fuu-koul could out maneuver anyone while hitting them with powerful kicks and palm strikes. When she fought she had hopped around, never staying in the same place as she bombarded her opponent with attacks from every angle. She had even made the cliche “Wata” and other Kung Fu noises whenever she threw a hit. According to rumors, she was actually a stunningly beautiful woman underneath all those body shells. Pars was curious about it, but would likely never see it after he had said she was “gross” right to her face; he was quickly met with a hundred bottles smashed over his eleven year old head.

1.After wincing to the memory of Fuu-koul bashing one too many bottles over Pars’ head, the young Saiyan had got up from his squatting position, back straight and body relaxed. He would begin to charge up more ki to use, to fire off like a volley. He wasn't going to do another session of improving his energy offense, but rather his defense. He knew how important it was to be able to actually take a hit, anyone child knew the importance of being tough. To not know that you must have been some sort of moron or something lower. Even someone who focused on their offensive abilities knew that they had to have some semblance of defense.

2. Pars was only ever aware of one method of training one's defense, and that was to simply damage himself. He wasn't afraid of death in the slightest, if and when it happened he would be ready for it depending on the circumstance. But he was not going to die because of his own training, he outright refused to meet such a fate. Geridza, Umabok, Sujichi, and Danbarz, but not Fuu-koul given how she usually was, would no doubt laugh at him for such an act of incompetence. They were the kind of people who, while mostly brutal and cold, had no disposition about laughing at one another's misfortune, however it often had to be a seriously bad situation to make them laugh. While some would find such behavior rude, Pars couldn't help but like that about them and frankly it had rubbed off on the Saiyan.

3. Putting his likeness for them aside for the moment Pars had stretched out his left arm forward, hand fully open as he aimed for the sky. He gathered ki into his palm, focusing on it as point of exit. As someone who liked to overwhelm his opponents as much as he could, standard ki blasts were something Pars enjoyed using to a certain extent. The sight, sound, and feeling of pelting someone with ki blast after ki blast was just as good as hitting someone with a flurry of physical attacks. What made it even better was the amount of consecutive damage it could do. Sometimes a good old fashioned flurry of ki blasts was enough to finish the job and even if they didn’t Pars could deal a bit of damage.

4. With a minimal amount of ki now ready, Pars began his volly of kis blasts. Multiple spheres of ki had fired off into the air like fireworks with there being 11 shots in total. He had made sure to give them the barest minimum in terms of power in order to give himself a moderate amount of damage. As the ki blasts fired off toward the sky, Pars concentrated on them, his body still connected to them as he alternated their trajectory. With a shout and and making a tugging motion with his left arm, hand curling into and towards his chest, all 11 spheres of ki had come rushing back towards Pars at dangerous levels of speed. They had beautifully u-turned mid air and flew back at their origin in order to pelt it. [-24 ki]

5. The only thing Pars did was bring his arms in front of his face, protecting it from any unnecessary damage. A shot to the face, while not necessarily would kill him with the current level of power it was at, could put a halt on his current training marathon. He needed this to last as long as his body would allow it. After coming face to face with people that peeked his fighter’s interest, Pars had felt he had been slacking off ever since he came to this planet, sure he trained, but he wasn’t any stronger than we he first arrived on Earth. That pissed him off, he had become so bored of living on this planet he completely let his body take the fall for it. It was like a bodybuilder had started to become flabby after he competed with barely muscular guys at a bodybuilder competition.

6. When the time came, when he had the opportunity he would thank the fighters he witnessed the other day. If it were not for them he would not be doing what he was doing at this very moment. Were it not for them he would likely still be a half assed and lazy b*****d, barely putting any effort into his training simply because he thought he had seen all what this planet had to offer. But there was so much more, there was more possibilities and opportunities than pars originally thought and this pumped him up. He wanted to actually travel the world now, he kept to the city his apartment was in because he hadn’t even bothered to wonder what lied beyond it. When he met those two, the red head and the man, he would be sure to see if they were up to traveling with him after a good sparring.

7. Back to the moment at hand, the 11 ki bolts had slammed into him at various points of his body, small explosions and puffs and smoke emanating from each successful hit. A few slight grunts escaped from his lips, but other than that it was relatively silent aside from the consecutive explosions. This was also good for Pars to get used to the ki based hits, it wouldn’t take away the damage they did but he would at least not have to worry too much about failing to take one. Thanks to the fact he had his entire built and somewhat muscular torso and arms exposed, he had taken slightly more damage than he would have with his rolled up short sleeve red shirt or jacket. While he didn’t mind it, Pars prefered not to get his clothes damaged during scuffles. He didn’t necessarily have a lot of money thanks to how most of his Body guard jobs went. Since he was impatient during them, he simply went straight to the source of the main threat and then proceeded to beat everyone up.

8. It was because of such reckless behavior that the client felt unsatisfied because he had become more of mercenary than a actual bodyguard. The littlest parts of him understood what such people meant, but at the same time the rest of him simply refused to understand where they were coming from. It was better to take out a threat before it actually became just that. By taking down the danger before it could ever present itself to his client he was able to destroy any worries they may have. But evidently people didn’t like when you did the opposite of what was asked for. Instead of protecting the client he went straight to destroying whoever made them hire Pars in the first place.

9. Every time he had done this and everytime the client was ungrateful for what he did, Pars had often give them a reverberating and resounding “Stop your bitching.” He didn’t care what they thought, they should have been happy he got rid of the threat in the first place. However from a logical standpoint it was easy to understand why they would be so angry. Instead of fighting off the danger in an act of self defense, Pars had went and attacked them. This, as stated before, made it easy to assume that the client sent Pars to attack a target given to him. This could bring more trouble than good as it was not only a unwarranted assault, to a certain degree, but could also potentially piss off anyone who allied with the target and thus bring more trouble to the client.

10. As a Bodyguard it was important to understand this, but what was even more important was the Bodyguard’s body. There was a reason why both body and a word related to defense were in the same word after all. By having a resolute body, a Bodyguard could take hits for their client, whether as a human shield or as someone to counter it. When bodyguarding, it was safe to assume the enemy would work to take you out first in order to make make harming their target easier. This was simple strategy, take out the unmoving knight in order to get to the king, take out the dragon to get to its treasure, take out the bird to get to its nest. Pars understood this as well, but he was simply stubborn on instead taking the threat to his client out first.

11. After the last ki blast hit, smoke had hung around his guarded body and a moderate sum at that. It was hard to see his body after such thick smoke had enveloped his body. The exhaust made constant attempts to enter Pars’ lungs, but he wouldn’t have it, he didn’t want anyone to see or hear him cough, not even a tiny one, after taking his own attack. Thankfully the wind seemed to sympathize with Pars on how embarrassing that would have been and moved the smoke away with a good gust. The section of his unguarded upper body, arms, sides, chest, abdomen, had all sorts of varying singes and minor damage on it. The ki blasts did exactly what they were meant to and damaged Pars, he was happy that they did just that, but he had mildly regretted firing them off at such a weak level.

12. His dissatisfaction was present in his mind enough that he decided to do something he probably shouldn’t. He had brought his right hand as a clenched fist to his hip, arm curled and palm facing upwards. He begun to charge and focus his ki into his palm, drawing all of the ever flowing energy in his body into one place, his fist. The sudden yet gradual build up of ki had generated lightning which had crackled around Pars’ fist, what followed was visible Caribbean Green energy that swelled up from his clenched fist. The ki within his palm had continued to grow in size until it was about as big as a bowling ball, the energy hot and intense. The Saiyan, in a likely very stupid fashion, was planning on blasting himself with his own signature attack, simply to make up for the lack of damage he had received from the ki blast barrage.

13. When it came to making himself stronger, Pars was not afraid to take part in drastic measures, he needed to sometimes. For the times he had become desperate during training, he had nearly activated a Zenkai boost simply to make some leeway in a training session that was going nowhere to him. His desire for power and more of it was a dangerous thing to his the poor boy. With there being certain boundaries, he would do anything just to get a slight rise in power. Depending on certain situations, he would even take advantage of a fight with someone just to get stronger.

14. “Suuuunshiiine SPARK!!!” The Saiyan shouted out at the top of his lungs which was quickly accompanied by the thrusting and raising of his right fast. He had given this Sunshine spark less power to avoid completely injuring himself, reducing it to one quarter of its full power and size. His target this time was once again the horizon as he wished to avoid anyone from space, if his Sunshine Spark even broke through the atmosphere, seeing his signature attack. He was uncertain whether or not any Galactic Patrol or Bounty Hunters were monitoring the planet, if they had somehow found what planet let alone solar system he had landed on, so he couldn’t risk it. Though, it was clear more than anything else that he was prepared to fight whoever came to this planet, whether it was to arrest him or claim his bounty, he would do his damndest to smash through the opposition. While he had no certainty in regards to who would come, he knew that if Geridza had decided to allow this Saiyan to be a target of his crew mates, it was likely that Fuu-koul would send someone that was either at Pars’ original power level when he left, or someone who matched a predicted higher power level. If that were the latter was the case he would have to expect someone like the insane and wild Aiameda, someone who excelled in torture. [-5 ki]

15. As the Sunshine Spark came shooting forward, shooting wildly into the distance. As he watched it fly forward, Pars had moved his right hand towards his chest, thus causing the destructive beam to curve back at its origin. The dense ki wave zoomed back at Pars, all intents and purposes of it being to damage its creator. Instead of blocking it Pars had instead spread out his limbs, leaving his body exposed to the attack. The energy and all of its power slammed right into Pars’ sternum, driving him backwards as his feet had scraped the ground, leaving a trail of dug in earth, heels kicking up the ground. It had sent him back quite a distance, 2 whole meters as the Saiyan bared the pain of the blast. Feeling as though he was getting too much damage from this, Pars had deflected the beam off of him with a strike of the hand, sending it into a different direction before the beam had dissipated.

16. While he once again made sure to lower the strength of his beam attack, he felt satisfied that it still did enough damage for him to be proud of. However now a majority of his chest had been singed thanks to him taking the brunt of a weaker Sunshine Spark. He would need to take yet another rest after damaging himself. He had noticed something after finally stopping and sending his beam attack away. The young Saiyan was floating over the the shallow crater he had made earlier, allowing him to get a better understanding of how far his blast had pushed him. With a sigh, Pars floated forward to get back onto the ground, walking a bit of ways from it to avoid going back into it again.

1.Pars had taken some damage, more than expected but less than he thought, there were singes all throughout his upper torso. Someone looking at him would believe he had just gotten out of a scuffle, or to be more exact a fight with a above the belt only rule put in place. Though it would be hard to explain why there were singes instead of bruises or cuts. While it wasn’t farfetched, Pars didn’t really expect anyone’s first guess for what happened to him was that he had blasted himself with 12 different blasts of ki, one of them being a ki energy wave. He’d say he was proud that he withstood each of them, but he had purposefully lowered their power to the point of being nonlethal. Perhaps he could find someone who would blast their own ki at him.

2. The first person to come to mind was the not literally powerless red headed woman. The ki attack she had launched at Ares was assuredly a strong one, he didn’t need to sense her energy to be able to tell that. It had a brilliant explosion and color to it, he believed she called it the “Termination Storm?” If so it was a name that suited it well! He assumed she had fired it off at full power, making him wonder how it would fair against his own bomb attack. The Nova Sunshine was Pars’ pride and joy, a massive sphere of ki condensed down to twenty five percent of its original size and then fired off like a cannon. The amount of destruction it could deal was something Pars enjoyed seeing, even moreso when he poured his all into it, though that would make condensing it take longer. He wondered which was stronger, his Nova Sunshine or her Termination Storm, hopefully he could find out soon.

3. It dawned upon Pars that perhaps he should create more techniques for himself, he needed variety to what he could do. His Sunshine Spark, Nova Tower, Hunter’s Assault, Nova Sunshine, and Shooting Starstrike Flash were definately an array of techniques he was proud of, but if he was going to fight stronger people with varying fighting styles and techniques he would have to up his versatility. One technique he was thinking of was sending out multiple smaller Nova Towers to either barrage the opponent or to simply force them in a direction of his choosing. That would come in handy for crowd control, especially if he was fighting alongside someone. As silly as it may sound, he was also considering a new variation of the Sunshine Spark, but with two hands. Now it didn’t sound like much, but with two hands he could double the amount of energy released into a singular beam; he had faith in his signature attack, but there may come a time where he would need to double its power.

4. If there was anyone who knew what Pars should do when creating new techniques or training, other than Geridza of course, it was Denin. Denin had served as the coach and trainer for new bounty hunter recruits on the ship. His body during times of idleness looked like a walking coffin, or rather skating as no one could see his feet while his full body was hidden. The portions of his body that made him look like such a thing were his limbs, 19 arms and two legs. They took the form of flat, cloth-like tendrils which could extend to quite a length. Four of his tendrils had actual flat fingers and with them he could utilize natural blades that were attached to his otherwise thin main body. Like the blades, the tendrils had extreme cutting ability and durability, making them great for keeping multiple trainees busy at once.

5. Denin was a cruel coach, he always gave his trainees unrealistic standards, only to tell them he had lied about them and simply wanted to watch whoever he was training nearly die from exhaustion. He was probably the only one who gave Pars direct tips on how to train himself. The only reason he never personally trained the Saiyan was because Geridza had specifically ordered him not to. The tendril limbed being didn’t understood why, it was his job to train people on the ship. But what he would never know, nor Pars, was that Geridza wanted to see for himself just how strong Pars could get without any direct help. There was one thing that Pars remembered Denin always telling him to do: Work on your speed until your legs became dust.

1.He could still feel the burn and damage from his previous attacks, what his ki blasts and Sunshine Spark did still lingered about despite him lowering their actual power. He would need to work on becoming stronger so that he could simply shrug those off, or better yet he could work on his own speed. He wasn’t thinking speed was better than defense, but there were most certainly situations where speed could bring about victory. He needed to be able to have this at his disposal as any fighter needed to. Without speed you would not be able dodge let alone hit your opponent unless they willingly waited for your attack to hit. Pars wanted to be the one too fast for his target fight, adding onto his need for overwhelming his opponent. With pure and utter speed at his beck and call, Pars could probably out maneuver just about anyone, well there was still Fuu-koul.

2. When it came to speed, the Zi-chuk Fuu-koul was certainly an image Pars could see. Even with her large and cumbersome body, she was the fastest person on Geridza’s ship. What made her bottle swings so potent and powerful was not only the strength, put pure momentum behind them as well. If there was one person on that ship who could overwhelm someone with attacks without allowing them to fight back, it was Fuu-koul. Her speed was what made a much younger Pars realize how important being fast was in a fight. Her speed was something Pars wanted to surpass.

3. With a clear image of speed in his mind, Pars had started his speed training. He begun with simply flying in a straight line, his body close to the ground as he raced off towards the horizon. The speed he was going at was his max, evident by various particles from the earth being kicked up and strewn about in the air. He needed to go as fast as possible for as long as he could in order to increase his base speed. To Pars, training was all about breaking limits, he needed to break every single one until he was strong enough to defeat Geridza at any possible moment. He would needed to be able to take on anyone of the ship no matter how fast they were and considering that Fuu-koul’s incredible speed wasn’t near its highest he would have to work even harder. If she could crack skulls by smashing a bottle of someone’s head with momentum alone, Pars would need to be able to do the same.

4. According to Umabok, Fuu-koul’s speed increased with the less layers she had on. Each shell had reduced ten percent of her maximum speed. This had meant with all of her shells on, despite their weight, size, and speed reduction, despite the fact she could only use twenty percent of her actual speed, she was still the fastest being on Geridza’s ship. Whenever Pars had tried to out do her in a contest of speed she would win, whenever he tried to attack she countered faster than anyone could blink. There were very few things Pars actually feared, such as never being able to fight again, but to a lesser degree and in a more excited sort of fear, he was afraid of what Fuu-koul’s true speed was. Even Geridza and Umabok had yet to see her true speed, though Danbarz claimed to have...But then again he was a compulsive liar, so nothing he said should ever be taken seriously.

5. As Pars raced about at full speed flight, a aura flaring about his body as though it were the flames of a rocketing thruster, he had begun to feel a semblance of more speed. To avoid any accidental crashes, the Saiyan began to fly higher in a curving trajectory, gradually rising in altitude, a tailwind now being formed behind him, a stream of wind going back from his feet. This wasn’t fast enough, the Saiyan needed to go even faster. If he had greater level of speed he likely could have ended Ares much faster, that fact along had made him feel insufferably slow. With a growl he had consistently tried to go faster mid flight. He rocketed up towards the clouds, tearing through their...formless forms without any hindrance, because they’re clouds.

7. As he flew higher he began to feel the coldness of the high altitude air. This was natural of course as the higher he flew the closer he got to actual space, something his race could not breathe in. Being aware of this, Pars had once again curved his flight path, now flying in a horizontal line rather than straight up, though he was flying upside down. Once again he had weighed his need for growing stronger over his life, there was no surprise to what won. Gradually as he flew, the Saiyan rotated his rocketing body to a full one hundred and eighty degrees, now facing right side up. He could feel some more speed build up within himself as his momentum raised higher.

8. However this was not enough speed, not nearly enough to what he wanted to gain during this training marathon. Once again his desperation for growing in power had increased, his recklessness had bubbled up like a frothing mess from a poisoned corpse. It was a testament to how deadly something could become, and depending on one’s viewpoint, whether they were the assassin or victim, it was either a spectacle of fear or grandeur. For Pars it was a mix of both, he both had no qualms about how reckless he could be, but also worried during such times that he may go overboard. He was not one to worry over such matters, but when it was his life he had no other choice now did he? He often wondered if other Saiyans got like this, or if there were those who truly were greedy enough for power that they ended up killing themselves.

9. The desperate Saiyan had gathered ki into both of his hands, power taking form within his once empty palms as spheres of ki quickly filled his hands like a pair of basketballs. With a strong “HUA!!” He thrust his hands forward as he fired 11 blasts of ki from both. As they gained a distance away from Pars, he had moved his hands back towards himself, making each and every ki blast change direction to go straight back at him. He had used this method earlier to help with his defense and the fact it was reckless remained. By pelting himself with attacks he could build up a higher resistance. But this time he would not allow himself to be hit! [-33 ki]

10. The blasts had raced back at their progenitor, Pars analyzed them, reading their trajectory, speed, and how long before they hit him. He needed to know where they would hit and how he would out maneuver them. His hot bloodedness had got the better of him as he went full speed right at the shots he had fired forth. With a grunt he had dodged them midflight, the blasts managing to graze him. He was not done with them however, he had more use for the bolts of ki. With some mental and gesture based commands, Pars forced the ki blasts to once again change their trajectory, making them now chase Pars. [-2 ki]

11. He and the ki blasts had zoomed forward in a straight line, thinking it better for him to remain on a solid and clear path for this portion of his speed training. In all honesty it was a race and a gamble. If Pars was fast enough he could outrun the ki blasts currently chasing him as they would at some point dissipate. But if he had failed to outrun them, they would pelt him like the other ki blasts Pars had used earlier. This time he had given them a bit more power, making it so that he had some incentive to outpace them. He believed it was best not to take any more damage during his training session, but if it meant helping himself he may consider taking on another Sunshine Spark.

12. He had noticed that he may have given them a bit too much energy as they were chasing him for quite a bit, nearing him from behind at different intervals. There were multiple times where he could feel the heat from them through his bare feet and in his opinion, getting those damaged wouldn’t be any good. If he had damaged them to the point he couldn’t stand on them properly until they were legitimately healed, he would need to think of other ways to train himself without the use of his legs. He could think of a few methods, but they all would have been rather awkward looking. Though beyond awkwardness aside, he would bare with the potential embarrassment. What was more important than that was, as stated many times before, was to increase his power, nothing more, nothing less.

13. With another burst of speed, Pars had successfully beaten the ki blasts in his race, though by the end of it he had narrowly avoided getting pelted again. Being blasted multiple times mid air was normally a danger to many things. If damaged too much one would fall down to the Earth below and crash into the ground. Depending on one’s vitality, the impact against whatever surface they hit could be the killing blow. Even Pars was aware of this, though with enough speed and defense he hopefully would not have to worry about such a thing anytime soon. It would be mildly interesting to recover and float just before he hit the ground however.

14. Speed was important for something else that belonged to Pars, not just his body or overwhelming his opponents. One of his two ultimate Techniques, the Shooting Starstrike Flash was an attack of pure speed, utilizing momentum and ki to deal a great sum of damage to his opponent. Using it against Ares was satisfying, he had used complete speed and momentum to take him down, well it wasn’t just those. The Shooting Starstrike Flash was a technique that involved Pars saturating his entire being with ki and then rocketing at his target. Once contact was made, he would push the target in a constant direction as he shifted his ki around the opposition. The shape the ki took was a sphere and once the target was fully encased in it, Pars fired it off along with the trapped target.

15. With this on his mind, Pars began to charge up his ki, bringing it up to the boiling point and coating the entirety of his body with the hot energy. He charged up more and more, Carribean Green ki completely overcoming and saturating his body like it was some secondary layer over his body. With enough energy gathered, Pars rocketed off into the distance, much faster than regular full boost flight. He was like a blur as he rocketed towards the horizon. Like its namesake, pars had taken on the appearance of a shooting star of a green hue, perhaps a better name would be comet. The speed was intense, it was amazing, and he certainly felt his own base speed was rising as well. [-30 ki, -30 stamina]

16. Clouds could not hold their form for long as Pars blasted through them, completely scattering the liquid airborne particles. His flight path had created several holes through several clouds as any fast object soaring through the sky would. However Pars did not want to burn himself out just yet, he had a few more bits of training to go and thus had ceased the technique and flew back to the ground. When he flown to the ground, the leftover momentum had made it hard for him to instantly stop. He dragged across the air for a bit as he tried to not so literally hit the breaks. Luckily however he was able to stop a mere two feet above the ground before his face made complete contact with it.
