You guys have until 8/14/17 at timestamp on this post to either gift the remaining Rapidash or host a contest for it. It will count as the user's Event Freebie, and you can reference the Winners List to ensure the user is still eligible.

Because it was a group entry, it must be a group decision; no one person can choose how it is given away or who receives it, unless the rest of the group consent to it. If the pet isn't given out by the deadline, the remaining Rapidash will go back to the shop.
