Apparently Elaia should not be behind the wheel of a moving vehicle.
She should not operate heavy machinery and Terr should have considered this before he had allowed her to get to the point of crashing yet another car.
"It wasn't as bad as the last time," she chirped even as she was maneuvered into the passenger seat and locked in. Mightly so, Elia pulled at the seat belt, it had engaged the really weird tight mode where you couldn't pull it looser. "aa, I'm trapped!"

Things were going too well for Terry's liking and it wasn't long before they returned. Terr's got this, Elaia, TERR'S GOT THIS. Or so he thought as the instant he tried to take back the cooler, the flock dive bombed him into retreating into the car.
"I am sorry I failed you."
The rest of the journey was uneventful, except for the part where all these humans came up to their car asking to film them for some human activity. The Death Horseman just stared at them at an angle that further deepened the bags under his eyes. He wasn't glaring but it was very obvious that the humans might as well have been speaking gibberish and they were just wasting their time and more importantly, Terr and Elaia's.
