Akahri nodded to Ryo then turned to see the Raikage himself followed by Kini. He didn't catch what was said. but straightened up when he was adressed. " I-I understand Lord Kage, thank you. " he muttered as he returned the bow politely watching as the two left. Did the Lord Kage just give me permission to wait inside the office? this couldn't have gone better!! Now I can look for information. he thought as he walked to the main desk at the front of the building. "Excuse me? how do I gain an audience with the Raikage?" he asked.
Virgil landed on to of the Raikage's building and chuckled darkly. "Why settle for small targets boys?." Virgil smiled and raised his hand upstreached in the air the book floated and flipped open to a random page. "Water."
Virgil coruption flared around him but it was different, as well as his chakera, it was a mix of order and chaos. Virgil focused it into the book, and out of the book came two water dragons, massive in size, they shot out of the book, shooting into the air, high into the sky.
The disappeared into the clouds above, disappearing, before smaler water dragons started raining from the sky convergeing on the building below virgil.
The dragons ripped threw the walls, stone, and concrete, spreading it, before trading it in a massive water prison.
Virgil stood on the top of the water prison, his feet glowing white with order corruption chakera. the building was decimated sinking, breaking into pieces falling to the ground.
And the inhabitants, traped in the prison, all started suffocateing gasping for air. he waited till gluttony got there an turned his head to him. "Gluttony. I hope you like cold soup. You said you were hungry, so once there dead... have at it."
The building was no more.

The user has enough control to vaguely target a person, and keep it away from themselves or a small number of people, but that is it. We are talking giant fireballs hot enough to instantly melt metal falling from the sky while fire tornados devaste things for a fire storm. It can't be read in advance, so you must basically choose a random page and read the spell aloud. (generate a random number from 1-16 for the element) 1. Fire 2. Water 3. Earth 4. Wind 5. [Transformation Jutsu In Use Of This Form] Raxxas appears and sees that Virgil has already gotten started by killing off the people here in the Raikage's office. "Interesting... already these people will suffer the fate of your attack Virgil." Raxxas said in a very gentle tone this time, he thought about he deserved what Virgil said to him so this time around he isn't rushing off to what he did before. Raxxas though goes to lean up against a wall seeing there is no task for him as Gluttony is going to be devouring people. Raxxas then thought about his home village and hoping people are safe in the village. It be a shame if Raxxas has to kill any shinobi that are linked to Iwa in any connection.

The water fell to the ground, flooding the ground lvl with knee high water, After virgil jumped off to land on it's surface. He watched gluttony devour Z and Ryoushi. Ryoushi had only been a kid... but it didn't faze the man. After all this was over he had his lovely king to get back to. Virgil smiled, letting a small blush cross his face before, he saw gluttony finish up the two people's bodies. There were others... staffs... but there power LVL's seemed so small before
"Were done here." he looked over to sloth next "Lets go." He pushed off of the water jumping to a building near by to get out of the water, leaving the destroyed office and countless dead bodies... there was no turning back any more. "I'm thinking Iwa or kiri next. We have no time to waist."

[Transformation Jutsu In Use Of This Form] Raxxas doesn't like this one bit, if Iwa is targeted next its not good. Anybody that is caught up in that is not a good thing. Raxxas feels he has to get to Iwa fast and get anyone out, He doesn't care if he is deemed a traitor. He won't stand by this.
