Li gave a nod as he sat with his back to Lilif, "Yeah... any sorts of flower seeds or baby plants would be nice." He said, not looking back her way at the moment. He'd wait until she took care of the issues with her thieving serpent. He'd expect such things of Branko due to his girl crazy attitude but he didn't think that the strange serpents were the same way. Were there no beasts that were well behaved? He was starting to think the answer was no.

As Lilif said that it was 'okay' he glanced back her way, starred for a moment, then turned away again, "I-It's not okay! That s-snake of yours s-still has your... has those... those things on it!" Was she doing this on purpose? He knew that he should be able to handle such things since he was around people all the time... and yet he found himself all flustered! He hoped she'd fix things soon so that he could actually look back once more!

Peeking over his shoulder in a hesitant manner he made sure that this time Lilif had actually dealt with the real issue at hand. Seeing that she had he gave a little sighing sound, "That's better. I don't know what it is with some beasts and wanting to go around being such brats when it comes to girls." Girls and girl's underthings it would seem were both things that the various reprobates wanted to go after. Something they needed to be taught not to do in his mind. Branko was getting better at least but that snake... one would need to keep an eye on him.

Shaking his head to clear the blush the best he could he said, "So... we were talking about your trip?" He would be only too happy to change the subject from under things to traveling, even if he had his worries about the latter. At least talking about travel was far, far less embarrassing.

"Hard to say with some beasts." He said, shaking his head a bit at the serpent as it slithered around on the ground now. So long as it behaved from here on out he supposed that he'd let that strange theft slide. If the beast tried again then they would know for certain that it was something done completely on purpose!

As she mentioned looking for things to bring back to him he said, "Please do. I think the inn would look even more grand if decorated with various plants. It's up to me to help think of other ways of helping to increase its popularity. Did you see the bath house that my mother is getting built? It's mostly just the land being prepared at this point but its underway! By the time you get back you might be able to make use of it!" Though it was a shame that it wasn't built presently given how muddy she was at the moment.

"So! Are you planning on heading out soon? Or are you thinking about hanging out for a bit? Maybe for lunch?"

Li blinked a couple times, shaking his head at the little snake, before he turned his attention back to Lilif once more. Best that he tried to focus on his friend instead of starring at the weird snake that was causing more problems. Giving a bit of a smile he said, "That sounds great, thank you Lilif. If we put in enough work and we will have a great a garden soon enough! I just have to run the ideas that I have by my mother." Here was to hoping she approved.

"Alright! Let's go get something to eat. You probably want a good meal before you start your trip, huh?" Best that he saw to it that she was fell fed before she left. He didn't want her getting lost on an empty stomach after all. Glancing toward Peridot he said, "We will drop him off at the stable since he's too big to go inside the inn... and your serpent should be alright since he's on the smaller side." His mother would go easy on the snake but the big bovine wouldn't get the same sort of free pass.

Giving a motion with his hand he moved to lead the way back toward the inn with Branko follow along behind him.
