"Too Nosy." He made a small sound of displeasure. None of his other friends were so nosy. EVEN HIS MOTHER WASN'T THIS NOSY.
His head whipped around and moved in real close and place his hand over her mouth with the most icy-est stare he could give her. "Do not mention." He growled and then found a booth.
"I have patrolled." He narrowed his eyes, "Is easier as cop, not partnered a lot and have been switching when see danger." He crossed his arms as he stared at her from one side of the booth.
"You never think ahead, alvays jumping into danger. One day, going to get you hurt seriously." He sighed.

"I think I'd make a really good detective! Or even a P.I.---Oop---" Olga quirked a brow at him over the hand that was suddenly on her mouth. The hand also temporarily covered the blush that burned across her cheeks, and she clenched her eyes shut briefly as she followed after him and slid into the booth across from him. "Heeeeeeeeeeeey." She pulled up one of the collars of her flannel to idly fan her face a bit. "I don't always jump into danger!" She did. "Nothing has happened so far!" Olga protested, unaware that the universe was currently plotting to wreck her life soon precisely because of her tendency to rush in and be too trusting. "Besides---you can't always sit back and think---sometimes you do have to act before it's too late!" She glanced out the window, away from him for a moment before she looked back at him. "Don't you have a partner when you're patrolling on duty?"

The idea of Olga becoming a investigator of any sort made the Russian downright shudder. Nope. NOPE.
"No, would really not." He added to his thoughts, though this was spoke aloud.
He scoffed, "Never had a good time just rushing in. Must always have some thought before rushing in." He made an all knowing look at her. Since he was just that right, ALL KNOWING.
He scoffed again and then as the waitress brought their food over, took a fry. "No, Do not have partner yet. Am floating around. Helping where they put me." He shrugged, "or patrol on own."

Olga stared back at him and pretended really hard that she had NO idea what he was talking about. Luckily, some distraction came in the form of food. She thanked the waitress, and then took to munching on her own fries as well. "Ooooh I see." She hummed. "Do you have a specific division you'd like to work in eventually or...are you okay floating around for now?"

Instead of responding, he took a big bite of his burger and slowly chewed it.

"It's okay, I can wait." Olga beamed at him, and rested her head in her hand as she stared at him chewing his food and continued to eat her french fries.

It was okay. She had pestered known him (unfortunately for him) for MONTHS, so really this treatment was the norm, and the silence didn't bother her. She filled it with food. Olga pushed one of her french fries around in some ketchup, her brows knitting briefly, and when Sergei was getting closer to finishing his food, she asked him a different question. "Are you going to live here...for the rest of your life?"

"Yes."
He answered the question easily enough and pushed the empty basket of food away, sipping on his water as he looked at her.
She always had some weird train of thoughts for when they were together and he learned to answer her questions simply otherwise she'd just keep asking.

She nodded her head a bit slowly, honestly expecting the answer, but still wondering regardless. "Sergei..." Olga started, speaking softly once more. "What if it never stops?" It being magical business, of course.

Olga looked like she wanted to ask something else, but she paused. She studied his face for a moment, and then looked down at the french fry she was still pushing around in the ketchup. "Yeah." She replied a bit lamely, and let the french fry drop onto the plate. She then smiled. "Thanks for joining me for a late night meal! Guess you should get home and get some rest now, huh?"

She obviously had things to think about and then was back to her normal self.
"Yes." He rose an eyebrow, "Vill valk you home though."

Olga started for a moment, looking rather taken aback. "...Oh!" The gesture had caught her off guard. Actually she was kind of surprised that Sergei wasn't out the door like bye Felicia already. It was really touching, actually. "Thanks!" She replied in earnest, and then finally moved to get up and go.
