Star Hunter smiled softly the more she described and walked him through the process. Seemed the wings tended to misbehave when her thoughts were on them. Perhaps she was focusing too hard on the wings themselves...
He kept the thought silent however. For now.
He then decided to try a different approach. Following along on his hunch, he changed up the topics thinking that maybe taking her thoughts away from flying and the fact that she had wings at all would help. Simply thinking of scissors and sewing needles won't be enough.
"What color is the dress?" He asked softly. "Or more directly, what's your favorite color?"

Breathing hard, her heart racing a million miles a minute. Holding her eyes shut for several moments trying to get her composure back. She was raised better than this! Flashing an image of her mom her answer came out quickly on a race to almost trip over than itself, "Purple! My favorite color is purple." And she wanted to go home, go home and never leave again. Shaking both from the effort used on wings she'd never worked out and emotions battling against her attempt at composure.
