With the hand out of his chest he finally came back to himself, shaking his head before running a hand through his hair. He blinked when his hand didn't come into contact with the metal of his tiara and then he noticed his arms.
"What in gods name.." he starred at the glowing writing that traced it's way across his arms. Whatever they were didn't hurt but he had no idea how they'd even gotten there.
Staring down at them he didn't notice the small cream colored ball of fur running toward him.

Not knowing what to do and honestly being too frightened to come out of hiding Sumi had stayed out of sight when the general had appeared. He knew he shouldn't have, that there should have been some way to help, but he didn't know what that was.
At least not until something happened to Arsinoe that at least got the general away from his senshi.
Ducking out from under the box he'd been hiding behind he summoned another henshin pen and darted toward the Senshi. "Arsinoe! ... use this one." He hopped up onto the confused senshi's shoulder before dropping the pen into his hand.
"You're not getting away from her without this."

Sumi's weight on his shoulder knocked him out of his confusing for a moment and he looked down at the henshin pen in his hand. It looked like his usual one, mostly but a little fancier.
"Oh .. right. Off." He carefully brushed Sumi off his shoulder before twisting the pen in his hand. "Why pens anyway? He shook his head, ignoring the lingering sensation of someone's hand in his chest. "Arsinoe Eternal Make-Up!"
His shoes clacked as they hit the ground again and he looked down at the weight near his hips before looking over at the General. "You were saying?"
