At first the senshi seemed responsive, which pleased Citrine as she kissed the brunette eagerly, pressing her against the brick wall. She was enjoying herself, that hand creeping further and further up until the mouth was cruelly snatched away from her own.
"Chica, please," she huffed, eyes blinking open blearily. "If you leave me now, I'm definitely going to be upset and I don't think you're going to like what happens as a result." There was a sharp edge to her voice, the promise and warning of something bad that would result if Kari left her now.
The grip on the senshi's neck had turned into something a little more possessive.
Citrine had something she liked in her gasp and she wasn't ready to let go yet.

“But…I really should go, I’m sorry…” The edge to the corrupts voice concerned and almost frightened her, and she didn’t like it at all.
There was a moment of hesitation where Kari thought about just letting the kissing go on, but then Themisto’s face flashed in her mind and she shoved Citrine away roughly. “No. I have to go.”
Her voice was firm now and she ran, trying to get as far away from the stupidly alluring corrupt as she possibly could. Getting into dangerous situations wasn’t something that Kari wanted to continue doing…from now on, she would start only patrolling when she had someone else with her…that would help…
She was sure that would help.
It had to.

Her pretty little would-be make-out buddy was pushing her away again and the woman's expression twisted into something sharp and mean for a hot second. She didn't even get a word out edge-wise, as she reached for the fleeing woman with the intent of keeping her in place but her reaction time was too slow.
Kari had escaped.
"You're gonna regret that," she hissed beneath her breath, debating her options of chasing the woman or letting it go.
Well, maybe she'd make good on her threat and do some bad things to innocent civilians so that if the news traveled back to her senshi friend, she'd know
