“Ohh, then we should most definitely hang out!” Kyril sounded exactly like the kind of girl she’d want to spend time with. She certainly liked the idea of looking at boys!

“I think we’re off to a great start.” They’d just been walking around and talking, Nasuri hadn’t really showed her anything but hey they were getting to know each other and that’s what mattered right?

“Yes, I kind of do.” Nasuri chuckled a bit. “Everyoe gets along so it’s not so bad. Mother can be a real dictator at times though!” Especially when the boys got too rowdy with each other, Aseara called in Nuri for back up.

“I think that sounds fantastic!” A month gave her more than enough time to be ready. “I’ll ask my mother of course but I don’t think she’ll be able to say much when I am of age to travel alone.”

Kyril chuckled, "Sounds good to me." This was nice and if Nasuri traveled with them then Kyril definitely was looking towards travelling! "Seems so though I suppose we should actually inspect the area in a bit. I do have plenty of free time today at least so I'm fine with this." It was just nice having a conversation without having to worry about everything else.

Kyril shook her head, "I can only imagine. Thankfully we're pretty behaved though father can be a bit protective. He's constantly making certain we stay close or that we don't wander too far - especially now that we're in Oba. Mother though is a bit more lax which is why I came out today by myself."

"Good! I'll have to ask my family, but I'm sure they won't mind. The more company the merrier, right?" Kyril grinned teasingly, "Maybe we should even see if there's anything here to help with travel? I hear Sauti can be cold after all~ So new clothing could always help."

“I’ve finished my studies so I am also free.” Well she’d just have to show her around the whole day then. When they got hungry she could even show her where to get the best food for a decent price.

“Well like I said you came at a good time! I am sure your father will settle down once he sees how everyone has changed over time. Slowly but surely!” Or at least she hoped so for Kyril’s sake!

“Yes I imagine I’m going to need a whole new wardrobe before I go out there. I’ve seen some Sauti merchants before let’s head that way.” Her mother would still be no help, and that was okay. But Nasuri did want to learn more about her other half.

Oh good! Kyril nodded happily, "Sounds like we can definitely take our time to look around then. I'm curious to see what this whole area is like especially since it's where my mother was raised." Before her grandparents had died it seemed that her grandfather had owned a good chunk of the market. Those silk stands over there could have been selling his own goods...just thinking about it made her stomach clench. How different life would have been if things had stayed peaceful for her mother, but then again perhaps she would have never been born. Everything happens for a reason.

Just like meeting Nasuri today! Smiling at the optimism Kyril nodded, "I'm hoping so. I mean I love Matori, but it would be nice to be able to find this as a second home." It was after all part of her heritage whether her parents liked it or not. The gemstones on her skin and her own skin colors attested to that.

Kyril nodded, "Clothes shopping it is." She smiled, something else that she could do with Nasuri instead of her family! Now this definitely was going to be fun, truly Kyril couldn't wait to see what they got into today.

“I understand. I’ll always come back to Oba, but since my mother never talk of where she’s from I kind of want to see!” Part of it was wanting to travel as well, she was looking forward to seeing more of the world.

“Alright let’s go!” Nasuri looped her arm around Kyril’s and walked on over to the first stand. It was ncie doing something like this with a friend who wasn’t completely Oban. Apart from the workers at the Red who were Hybrid or non Obans, se didn’t have that any friends outside of those. She was looking forward to traveling with Kyril!
