Well, that was true. Though some people did buy movies and then decide they didn’t like them, right? Or stop liking a movie they had once liked, enough to purchase even. “You should start sleeping more, if you make a habit of going a few days without sleep.” Xi-Wang pointed out while he made himself comfortable, having retrieved his drink.
“They are rather..boring, lack personality. The chores are liveable...I don’t like the schedule and having to do so much though. I prefer to sleep or even play games.” Like computer games, cause physical games were not his thing and never would be.
“My mother...she met this other woman, years back, and…” Biting his lip, trailing off, he shifted a bit before shaking his head. “Never mind...it’s...the topic bothers some people.” And he was worried about offending the other or upsetting him. It was the last thing he wanted to do, really it was.
Deciding to let the other sleep he finished his drink and set the cup back down before laying himself down and hugging the other at the thoughtful offer. “I’ll remember that...someone else offered similar recently...before that no one cared to offer something that nice to me.” Two people, in a short period of time, offering to help him out and help him keep away from his family. He suddenly was finding himself a bit of luck...and he was grateful for it.

No, go on...so she met another woman...what, they ended up getting together or something? She left your dad and became a lesbian? It happens, man. I get it.” He didn’t bother opening his eyes, but reached out, patting Xi-Wang’s head. He had tried to get the shoulder, but...what was he going to do.
When he felt the other boy’s arms around him, Caleb froze for a moment, then relaxed. “Well...nice people deserve nice things to happen to them, right? It’s not your fault that life threw you a bad hand...nobody should go around feeling so alone.”
...It felt really nice, being hugged like this, and with a sigh, the brunette patted one of the hands that were around him, then traced a finger over the soft skin. “...I...think I’m going to take a nap, if you don’t mind me being rude...I just…” This was so...comfortable.
Almost too comfortable. “...Night Xi. We can talk about your mom again when I wake up okay? I want to hear it…”

“I never knew my father...left him before I was born. My mother…” Again he wasn’t sure how to approach this well, he worried about it. “H-have you ummm...seen the crazy feminists? The ones who are just...illogical and out of control?” He questioned, hoping that was a good way to word it...though it didn’t sound it - it really didn’t.
“I-I mean…” Finding himself flustered, unsure how to speak honestly without risking offending, he pressed his face into a pillow, possibly in an attempt to smother himself rather than his words. Never mind the fact he was still laying on the other and so his head was resting over the others shoulder and was pressed right into the pillow the other was laying on.
It felt...awkward, at least to him, and he knew it was all because of himself. Biting down on his bottom lip, his face hidden by the pillow still, he simply clung to the other and lay there not wanting to move...not sure what to do now either.
But the other seemed to be saving him from this with his last words. Lifting his head he nodded, hoping he could get out of it later. Shifting to lay away from the other, utterly embarrassed, he pulled a pillow to himself and again - buried his face into it.
