Turian had encountered a lot of things in his travels, but a fire demon? Raziel seemed so wickedly amused that if he hadn't seen with his own eyes the fire and the burns, Turian would have thought he was being toyed with.
He actually admitted it, "If I hadnt seen the fire, I'd say you were messing me me. I've never met a part demon before. Are there many of you?"

"It's not a small family, but the fire doesn't burn in all of us." He paused, not wanting to get into details about the family. "Now I saw you were eyeing my fish, were you hungry? Because we could take care of that right now." Raziel walked over to the rocks.

Sensing his mistake in being perhaps too nosy about the family of this other he'd just met, Turian seized onto the change of subject. "A meal would be welcome." Besides Raziel seemed as interested in him sticking around as Turian was in staying, perhaps more opportunities to learn would present themselves.
He joined Raziel on the rocks finding another perch that enabled them to fish together. Within a short time they both had good sized fish and retired to a spot on the soft grass that was still warmed from the days sun.
Raziel shared a bit about the challenge of stocking the pond and Turian offered to help add some young fish in exchange for being able to stop by from time to time.

Raziel was surprised by the offer and had to hold back a purr of pleasure that the other would want to return. "I think that's a good deal," he said smoothly.
He looked up at the darkening sky. "I understand if you want to move on before dark hits, but I do have a spot in an old tree to bed down. There's enough room for two, though it may be a bit tight with those wings of yours." Admiration rather than fire brightened his eyes as he looked at Turian's wings.

Turian was surprised at the pleasure he felt at Raziel's admiration and at the invitation not only to return, but to remain. "I have been on the move for a while now. It'd be nice to stop for a night... or two... "
In agreement Turian followed as Raziel lead the way into the bordering forest to his little hideaway. There was indeed enough room for two, if you didn't mind being close; and neither of them minded at all.
