It wouldn't be a Star Wars movie without the typical character death from a high place! (a bridge, usually) ;D I'll be expecting that in the next movie!
And also at least one severed limb!

I don't know what to expect or what I'm looking forward to. But I can't wait for Thursday 14th at 00.05am cause that's when I'm seeing it!!!!!
- I have no plans to see the movie this year, if at all. -- Too much crap going on that caused me to lose respect for the production. - The only character of concern is Finn. -- And yes, I believe Finn should have been the primary protagonist and force sensitive. - The amount of reviews that just state Daisy Ridley and Adam Driver have made me nervous and upset. - I have a feeling this will be the weakest movies of the franchise. - Despite the long shoots, these movies feel rushed. No character or villain building. - The settings rely too much on the original trilogy. -- This includes the vehicles and clothing.

The vehicles and clothing (and aliens) giving the same vibe as the original trilogy was my favourite part about the movies. That was really really well done. Something that the prequels lacked.
You haven't seen the movie yet so how do you know Finn is not in it enough? Just because reviewers praise Adam Driver's performance most? He got a LOT of hate from fans after the last movie and it was time someone recognized that he's doing a brilliant job.
I also expected Finn to be Force sensitive but that won't stop me from watching and enjoying this movie.
I'm a little nervous about certain things, but overall I am optimistic about it I think. emotion_kirakira
I'm really excited to see what happens with Rose and Finn on their mission.
With I really do think the trailer is right in its not going to go how we think, but I still think it will be amazing overall.

This isn't a surprising but I was already mad for two years about getting tricked into thinking Boyega was the lead. -- The marketing made it blatant that only Mark, Daisy, and Adam were important. This includes merchandise, interviews, and teaser trailers. -- Kathleen Kennedy is a nuisance to me.
- Lucas showed far more originality.
- Besides reviews, spoilers, and trailers. Finn and Poe, with some exceptions with Rose, are an afterthought by many reviewers. It hurts and I am upset about that.

Hmmmm guess we have very different impressions. All the marketing material I see features Rey, Poe, Finn, Kylo and Luke. Sometimes Leia and BB-8. Maybe there are regional differences in marketing?
In Episode VII, Finn didn't get sidelined at all and he was the most relatable character in the movie (imho). The trailers I saw made it look like he will get a pretty badass plot and kick some a**. That Mark and Adam got a lot of attention only makes sense considering the main Star Wars movies are all about the Skywalkers and I doubt that will change any time soon.
Also, George Lucas is a terrible director and I'm glad he's gone. rofl

That happened to us!!! I'm in a facebook group called the Star Wars spoiler protection where we can post everything about the movies, but if you've not seen it then turn off all notifciations. It's to save people from putting it on their status's, even stuff like 'OMG!!!'. It also means if you have seen it, you can talk about it with others. But I shall keep quiet about it on here until more have seen it.
