Tourmaline let out a whooping cheer from her perch atop the barrel from Bob's Barricades, clapping gloved hands together in delight. It wasn't clear which of the two she was cheering for but she certainly seemed to be enjoying herself.

Aue could only grin at his opponent's accurate summation of what his magic amounted to: throwing stinging crap in the eyes was a time-honored bar brawl tradition. "I had no input, or it'd be a machine gun." Still, he was actually starting to get into this little spar - the ache in his gut and the way Uvarovite didn't back down at all got his blood pumping hot and heavy in his veins.

"It stays until you wash it off or wipe it." Granted, telling the officer about his magic was probably not the best thing for his end, but this was supposed to be just a training exercise, so Aue felt he could give that much. "Best if it hits the eyes."

Having said that and gauged that Uvarovite was going to try to keep some distance between them (smart), the broad shouldered senshi of lemons charged forward to close the distance; if he could catch the other man at the waist and drive him back into something - anything - then he would be pleased. If he could drop and pin him, even better.

Aue couldn't have said what his chances were, really. The guy was no slouch.

Gravity and physics took over as Uvarovite used counter-balance and momentum to his advantage; Aue ended up in a position that could have been dangerous had he not been military trained. Instead of panicking or giving the silver-haired officer an opening to use his temporary high-ground to inflict a greater amountof damage, the senshi of lemons took the oppourtunity to cast once more, right in the man's unprotected eyes and face.

Since he was busy holding Aue down, he had no means of keeping the citric acid from reaching the mucous membranes of his nose, let alone the vitreous fluid of his eyes. Even if he managed to collect himself enough to release the senshi and bring his hands up to protect his face, it would be too late and too slow: the bulk of Aue's Petal Flurry would have already hit it's mark.

He will have to forfeit or lose his sight, this will be my win. No broken bones.

Aue had broken no bones. "Yield." He hissed, still stretched out on his back but sitting up with his weight held by bent arm, by locked elbow. "Yield or lose your sight."
