Who are you? Sure we can see your handle.. but are you a Jack, a Jim, a Mark, a Meg, a Susan? Go ahead and give your real (or close enough) name. Don't worry, we wont sell it on E-Bay.

I'm a Dawn, although I'm reputedly more of a dusk in temperament and in looks. Don't sing any songs about me sitting on a rock, and we'll be fine. I've heard every crack joke, every zombie joke, every Russian takeover joke and yes, I'll take grease right outta your way joke already, so I gently ask you all to refrain.

How old are you? We know your at least 18 (or you wouldnt be here), but some of our members are a 'little' older than the others.

Where do you live? Although many people live in the US, many people live outside the US too. No really. Ive met some of them.

I live in Austin, Texas.

Where did you grow up, if you grew up? Was your childhood spent in a sunny valley or way up in the mountains?

I'm a military brat. I was born in San Antonio. We moved to Eideroberstein, Germany, shortly after. I bounced around Texas for a bit, and even lived in Monterrey, California for a year before being shipped of to Berlin. I consider that to be where I spent most of my childhood. My father retired to San Angelo, Texas, and that's where I had the misfortune of being a teen. I went to college in San Marcos, and now reside in Austin, Texas...which I adore.

Sex? Do you have it? Do you want it? Acctually, I think we mean the other kinda of sex. I think...

I'm a girl. And some times I have sex. Most times I want it. However, I don't usually discuss my preferences in forums. wink I could be persuaded though.


What do you do for a living? Or lack there of...

I work as an Adult Babysi...er, Administrative Assistant at the local newspaper. Actually, I do more number-crunching and process management than what most folks might expect. I'm hoping to make a job change soon...*crosses fingers*

I have a boyfriend, who lives in Seattle. We have an open relationship, as he's polyamorous. I'm not sure I am. I'm in the process of learning whether or not this is something I really want to do. Time will tell.

Do you have kids? Want kids? Afraid of kids? Still a kid (at heart)?

I don't have kids. I spent from age 10 to 18 caring for my siblings when my mother got her first job. Since I was a surrogate mommy for so long, I kinda don't want kids now. I also haven't felt that urge us 30 year old lasses are supposed to feel when we hit this age, either.

Some people treat their pets like kids. Are these your kids? Yes. My dog, Chloe, is my little baby. I <3 her sooooo much, it's ridiculous.
She was my Valentine's Day present in 2001. She's a furry little ham.

I play Everquest 2, Kingdom of Loathing, and Morrowind: Oblivion.

I am a foodie, and I love to cook. I seduce my friends into new dining experiences with only a verbal recollection of my repasts, when they inspire me.

I collect cookbooks and own over 300 of them...most bought from second hand stores, or inherited. I also work at the paper, and we get to donate for books...this means $1 and $3 new books!

I read a lot of stuff. I have piles of books all about...however, lately, my videogaming habit has kinda eaten my reading time alive.

I like origami. I doodle occasionally. I'm addicted to my digital camera, and take pictures of everything.

I used to collect old jewelry. And...I bellydance.
