 "Wonderful!" Re-wind cried, eyes sparkling as she trotted in circles under the cluster of bats, "marvelous! It's not everyday you get to study five whole bats together like this, out in the open, with enough light to see by! What beautiful specimens!"
She was definitely not a foal. Probably.

Ah now this was heaven. Or close too it. Bats! So many bats! Blue Blood wished to stay with the bat horde forever. They were just that cute.

Runabout came back, hoping for something a bit more active. The big bird she found was taller than she was, and she gazed up at it, intrigued. She'd never seen a crane this close before, and as it reached down to run its beak through her fur, she giggled. Cranes, she'd heard, were the Swamp's favored living form. So it was nice that one was grooming her!

"I'm blind, too," grinned Wild Green Stones. Well, he was mostly blind, but it was difficult to argue over semantics. "That means I can come in, too, right?"
Well, it looked like there were plenty of adult kin around here who weren't blind, but he thought this should at least give him precedence. He was all for eking every advantage he could out of life. He was a bit confused by what he was perceiving, though - there didn't seem to be much movement, here. Ah, wait, there it was - the sound of a snore.
That was...boring. "They're sleeping," he informed anyone who'd listen as he exited. At least he'd been given a token for his troubles.

Oh wow, cheetahs! Something More was beyond excited, she had never been so close to animals like this before! Except, they were... sleeping. The doe was disappointed, but she supposed all animals needed to sleep sometime. She'd just come back tomorrow to see them awake.

Now THIS was more Runabout's speed. Hounds? She could dig it. The big, fluffy eaglehounds were more than willing to rumble and roughhouse with her. She could really understand why kin kept these- they were great.

Waves Crashing Down moved towards a new area, curious of the sounds. The sound of feathers and a click of beaks made her think of another owl, but hers was keeping quiet on her shoulder. "Just here to get away from the crowd. I thought this might be a safe area, though by smell it might not be as safe." Still she stood there listening, unsure if the other bird was an owl, swan, songbird or crane.

Blooming Sunrise slowly made her way over to where the bats were swooping down onto the children. The foals didn't seem like they were too terribly frightened by the bats... Though Blooming Sunrise would be the first to tell anyone that she didn't really want to go too near them. They just seemed large to her for some reason. Not that they really were... But... Her eyes made them seem large. Yep. She was fine over where she was. Away from the bats actually dropping onto the foals. She didn't want to get dropped on... Quote: 4-6: Bat cluster! Fruit, Lichen, Blood wing, Bright, and Trace are clustered in a tree, chittering lazily at the comings and goings of the group. What is that? Once and a while, one of them might leave to flop on top of a very brave foal, just to hear them squeak.

"Might I bring my own foals?" Westward Bound wondered, brow furrowed. Well, not his, but Westfen's - and yet he'd already spoken. Oh, well - it wasn't as though he'd brought any out of the territory with him. He was only happy to head into the enclosure, but the mood quickly soured at the sight of a caiman.
It was docile enough now, he thought. But that certainly wasn't the case for all caimans. He certainly wouldn't be recommending this to Westfen.

While technically not a foal anymore, the young doe was still curious about the children's game - perhaps not yet thinking of herself as an adult just yet, either! She wandered in, curiously, though she was soon taken by such an odd sight. Two large cats - cheetahs! Though at first they gave her a startle, soon she was taken up by giggles as she watched them groom one another then, slowly, begin to tussle with each other. What silly creatures!

She hardly saw more than one cheetah at a time here, and it'd been a long time since she'd left the plains. Two gamboling about each other...ah, that made her smile.

Optimist stretched before entering, and was only pleased to see how exotic the caiman inside was. She'd been tempted to come give it a smooch, but the children freaking out next to her had to take priority, she supposed. She ushered them away with a lingering look behind herself.
