He shook his head slightly. "No, i haven't seen him yet. I think Cordy wanted me to ... think about it before I did and I agreed with her. I want to see him and I know it can't be easy but," He bit his lip as he thought for a moment. He wanted to say his thoughts right. "I know it has to be hard on him but if he never remembers. If he's just a new person ... everyone he hurt is stuck with the memories, they have to hurt but he wont remember any of it. He'll never really feel remorse for what he did because even if someone tells him he can't remember it." The real feelings wouldn't be there. "If there was going to be a nurse around I'd rather it be you." He smiled.

Cordelia was smart, telling Lucien to wait to see the man that used to be his friend. "If you need a mediator, let me know," she told him thinking about the man who used to be Rik. "He's staying with me, but I'm sure Cordy already told you that." There was no reason not to.
"I'm not telling you to do anything," she started, worrying down on her lip as she smoothed palms over the table surface. "But I am going to ask that you give him a chance. I met him, before everything happened. He - he's made mistakes Lucien and he's human, just - keep that in mind okay?"
She gathered her cup in her hands again, appreciating the warmth as it spread through her fingers and she lifted it for a long sip. "Well if you're ever in a medical pinch, don't hesitate to call me. Oh, where are you staying?"

"She did so I figured I'd ask you to reintroduce us. Maybe in a few days after i've had some more time to get settled and ... well settle to the idea." He did at least want to not go off on Rik. That wouldn't be fair even if it was slightly tempting. He owed both Fiona and Cordy a little more than that. He nodded at her request, taking a sip of his drink. "I'm staying with Cordy right now while I look for a place. I have to find a job too but right now it seems to be a lot more seasonal hiring than anything steady." Plus his degree wasn't the sort that just meant he as qualified for every job.

Fiona nodded her head. "Of course. Just let me know when you're ready." Setting up the meeting and mediating would be easy. Fiona had always been good at diffusing situations when things got too heated. Or helping move things along when things got rough.
Painted nails tapped the table and she glanced out the window to give herself time to collect her thoughts.
"I bought a house, while you were gone. Did renovations on it but kept my flat too." The flat was paid for, there was no reason to get rid of it when it was conveniently located in a pinch. "If you wanted, you could probably live there and I can see about keeping my ear open for jobs. What are you looking for?"

"Really?" he raised a brow, surprised that she'd both bought a house and that she'd be willing to rent him out her old flat. "Congrats on the house and I'd much appreciate a nice landlord." He smiled. "And knowing you it's a nice flat so I'd much appreciate it." At least then he wouldn't have to be under Cordy's feet until he could find something. "Honestly I have no idea. I do a couple semesters of interning as a research assistant for one of my professors and that was fun. So maybe something like that?"

"Yeah, I took over my parent's firm here in the city, because they'd decided to focus on international business. Figured might as well make a house a personal project. Renovations just got done and there's plenty of extra rooms." She'd done that on purpose, so that no one hand to want for a bed when they came back from any sort of dangerous mission.
"I'm still in the process of moving things out but," she shrugged, played with the paper sleeve around her coffee. "Could be ready in a week or two if you want." Her generosity knew no bounds.
She pursed her lips together in thought as he talked about what he'd done. "I'm not sure if I know anyone in those fields, but I'll keep an eye out just in case." Fiona knew a lot of people because of her family's socialite tendencies, but she'd never gotten to know them well enough to find out if there was a connection for something like what Lucien wanted.
"It's definitely good to have you back though."

"Sounds like you've been busy while I was gone. Taking over a business, finishing school, buying a house." he laughed softly, smile on his lips. At least that meant that everyone had still been living and it meant that the war hadn't stopped her from continuing on with her life too. "And a couple weeks would be fine. Gives me time to get used to being back here and make sure Cordy isn't going to think I'm going to vanish again." She probably wasn't ever going to let him live that down but staying around would at least help a bit. "Let me know what you hear about? Might be something else I can do." he just hadn't really thought about work after school, there were too many other things to think about.

"Five years is a long time, I couldn't just sit around and wait for you," she teased, no heat behind her words. "Self-discovery is a trippy road, that's for certain." She didn't regret anything that happened since she'd come back to DC herself .
"We could establish weekly get togethers or something?" She offered, thinking of how she could be placate Cordelia's worry while giving Lucien his freedom. "If something is set, there's less for her to worry about."

"Well you could have," He grinned. "But i'd have been disappointed in you for wasting your potential." Fiona had always been going places and he wouldn't have wanted her to hold herself back for anyone's sake, much less his. She had too much she could give and do. The idea of meetings was interesting though. "Meetings like this? Or ... the other sort? Both?" He at least wanted to know what he was agreeing to even if he'd agree either way.

"Good thing I'm not the type to sit around waiting and moping." She grinned at him, appreciating the slight banter. "As for the meetings. Both, I think, if you want. At the very least, come over for dinner once a week. I'd love to have you."
Fiona figured that dinner would be an easy start.
"If you want me to join you for other things, that's fine too. I'm always willing if you want me."

"Still have to get my feet back under me but you know I appreciate having you around." Fiona was one of the few he trusted to have his back in a fight. She hadn't let him down before and she didn't think he'd do so now either. Dinner did sound like a good idea. It would be a good excuse to get everyone together, or some of them, on a regular basis and since they were all on the same side they could chat without anyone getting suspicious. "I'd like that, the dinner thing i mean."

Fiona nodded at Lucien, understand the way he felt because she'd shared something similar when she first returned to the city. "Just promise me you won't go it alone. It's only gotten worse, Lucien," she admitted, smile fading as she tried to hide her concern.
Lucien had been her partner, her first true senshi friend and companion, and he'd always have a special place in her heart that no one else could quite fit.
"Perfect. Do Thursday nights sound doable to you?"

"I don't think Cordy would let me do anything alone just yet if I wanted to." He grinned slightly. Since he was still staying with her it would have been harder to sneak out without her noticing. He had plenty of other things to catch up on and didn't need to go getting himself in trouble just yet. "Thursdays work for me while I don't have anything else to do." He could plan other things around that too. Nuxaz it's okay XD spent a week in the hospital so i'd have been slow too

"We just care about you," she replied, understanding how his cousin might be now that he was back. Fiona loved Cordelia and both women thought simliarly. "I wouldn't want to let you go alone either if I had any sort of say."
Hell, Fiona preferred not to go out alone herself.
"Good, I'll plan on dinner with you every Thursday," she pulled out her phone to make a reoccurring reminder. "It'll be a good way to introduce you to the new house."grymoire I heard ;; I hope your recover goes smoothly

"Just text me a time and I'll make sure Im there." He used his phone as a calendar enough he could set it to remind him of that and he had time to tell Cordy what was up in case she wanted to get in on things or had any opinions about it. "Better to not go alone. God knows what's out there and its always better to be prepared."
