Bushi blinked a couple times, looking for a moment confused before he realized what she meant. Giving a bit of a chuckle he said, "I was thinking more of when we went out of the house... though you do bring up a good point. How will you get around the house? I could definitely carry you if you needed me to." Pregnant or not he believed that he'd be able to carry her since he was deceptively strong despite his build which might make people think otherwise.

As she gave him a kiss, telling him not to worry, he said, "Sorry, I just... want to do everything right for the two of you." He definitely had zero clue what he was doing in this situation and was sort of making it up as he went. Something he'd need to remedy sooner then later so that he would actually prove himself a worthy father as opposed to just trying to mimic what he felt a good one would do. As she mentioned going to Sulburi before she was too big to walk so she could find her friends he gave a nod before he said, "We also need to keep an eye out for your family. Surely they will want to know about what is going on with you." Especially the current developments.

"We can go there, find a courier to send messengers to your friends, check with my contacts about your sisters, and buy things for the baby. You need to take it easy though so I would ask that you ride on Aatos so that you don't get too tired."

Bushi gave her a thoughtful look, seemingly debating on her words, before he finally nodded. So then her father wouldn't need to be informed? Alright, he supposed that if they weren't on speaking terms that was that. Bushi really had no reason to debate the issue as parents weren't a thing that he had any experience in, "Then we will try to contact the others if we have the chance. The sisters that you had spoken of." While he wasn't sure how much his contacts could do when it came to such a thing they could still try. There was also the ones called 'Mano and Kyrian' which made him wonder for a moment about her friends, where they might be, and how long it might take to find them.

"If they are the ones you want to contact first then I will ask my contacts and the couriers to make the the number one priority followed by your sisters. If that sounds good?" He was already figuring it out in his head, what he should offer those that he would be asking get those people here for Phaedra. It really depended on how difficult it might be to find said people. No price was too high for Phaedra but that didn't mean he wasn't going to try to haggle a bit, just to make sure that they wouldn't' swindle him just because the locations of the various people was important. It would be a fine line that he'd have to walk in this situation.

As Phaedra made the comment about riding Aatos he came out of his deep thoughts, glanced her way, then gave a smile, "I am glad to hear that. It will be for the best, so that you don't have to walk such immense distances in your condition."

Bushi gave a nod of his head, "I will see about getting in touch with my contacts as soon as possible then." He wondered where her friends might be, how far off they were, and if he would be able to find them quickly or not. It was hard to say and he supposed that really it all depended on if they were in Oba... and if not Oba at least somewhere nearby. He'd do what was needed to get Phaedra's friends here though.

At the mention of tea, followed by her getting up to fetch it herself, Bushi was instantly on his feet giving chase. Sure, she wasn't showing just yet and could get around just fine, but that didn't mean that he wouldn't still worry over her. He would follow along after her, hover, and be there in case he was needed during the making of the tea.

"Matori? Got it. That will actually make the search a bit easier since it cuts down on the places that my contacts would need to look." He said, giving Phaedra a smile as he followed along after her, keeping an eye on things, and fetching things that were high up or some what heavy so as to help out.

It might be more of him being underfoot but at the moment he really wanted to help, not really sure about what he should be doing at the moment. He'd do whatever she wanted him to do and more, he wanted to be a good father even if it was one of those things he hadn't exactly thought about being. It was something he should have suspected though given that they did enjoy certain forms of... exercise. It might have been an accident but that didn't mean that he wasn't going to be his all into this just as he did everything else that he took part in.
