Math class, Haruka decided, was the second worst class in existence. First, they had to hear a teacher drone on about fractions and multiplication, then they were given exercises out of a huge textbook that the teacher had on the desk. Photocopied sheets were handed out and Haruka groaned out loud. 20 word problems, really? Physical education class was suddenly looking pretty good.

Candy was determined not to have to spend yet another Saturday in math class. He dragged his tail out of bed and got to class bright and early... maybe a little too early. The warmth of the room and the quiet as they all worked on their problems, as well as the hard concentration all combined to make him drift off, head slowly nodding forward until it finally met his paper.

Mull saw zero point to learning Math, but, here he was. Dumped off in what he thought was a useless place by the useless 'Tronic that he was stuck with. He growls and grumbles under his breath, then wonders if that big text book would leave a nice sized dent in the head of his guardian 'Tronic if dropped from -just- the right height. He'd have to think about it some before applying it into practice. First, though, he'd have to survive these -horrible- and unnecessary lessons, then he'd scheme on what the best way to get back at LOLbit would be.

Colby wiggled around in his seat as he filled out a work sheet filled with multiplication problems. It started with easy ones, like 3 x 5, but they gradually got harder, with double digits and the like. He knew it was just an aptitude test to see where he was in math, but he still wanted to get everything right. Why bother doing something if you don't do it right?
He completed the page and flipped it, hoping that the test was finished... but there was a whole sheet of division on the next page. Well, division was just the opposite of multiplication, right? He sharpened his pencil and got back to work.

Minty looked around and wondered why the class was empty then sighed to herself. Right, Saturday make up class was in a different room. She shook her head then headed to where she was supposed to be right now.

Math was the only class that Minty had been keeping up with on her own. She had discovered that after she had got through the basic boring stuff, like how to add, or subtract, multiply and divide things got really interesting, She didn't know math would be so useful for so many interesting things.

Melody had no idea what was going on. She squirmed in her seat and tried to pay attention, she really did. She that thought that math class would be fun. Being able to work with big numbers and understand them seemed like a big deal to her, but she struggled to follow what was being taught.
Her mind kept wandering off to what she would be doing later, or what her next class was going to be like, or what she had to get done that day, anywhere but the math problems in front of her.
By the time class was over all she could do was stare at her homework with helpless frustration.

Minty flew through the complicated formulas and equations with an ease she didn't have with anything other than tinkering with mechanical toys. The numbers just made sense to her, though she was sure she would probably get complained at for not solving them exactly how the teacher had shown them, as long as her way got her to the right answer every time she didn't see any issues with it.
