"Snrk--!" Nightvane's display and situation only served to nurture her amusement, and despite herself, Kintsugi felt herself starting to laugh in earnest -- every bit as soft and clear as her spoken word. It was a little more helpless, however, the mirth bubbling over and warming her chest and cheeks, tears brimming her eyelashes...

...which only served for a wafting piece of paper to stick as it landed on the side of her face. It crinkled and puckered until it looked like she had a paper flower sprouting from her eye, and despite it all, she continued to laugh, the mirth coming in more breathless gales the longer it continued.

"You l-look like ah-ah-a tissue-tongued beast!" Kintsugi confirmed while falling into more giggles, half trying not to and half surrendering to the bubbling mirth. Once upon a time, she might have looked upon the mess as a failure, as something to be ashamed of -- but here, with Nightvine, she found it was okay. They were having fun, and there was no harm in laughing at themselves over the project gone awry.

Hiccuping softly, giggles still escaping her inbetween, she too tried to help Nightvine get free of the tissues -- as much as she could. "Can you imagine if we laughed like this, the entire time?" Her eyes lit with laughter that she kept inside this time. "I'd do it! It'd be fun. If you ever need a trick-or-treat buddy, you've got me!"
