I'm a fan of fishing. It's not as much gold income as LK can be, but it's a cheaper investment. I sold about 125 fish for 250b last night.Different lakes provide different fish. The easy-to-sell fish are...

Bassken: Goldfish, Guppies, Stripers, Rares (depending on the market and if anybody is questing masks)
Gambino: Tuna, sometimes Rares
Durem: Boldurs, Rares (the Rares at Durem are used in Wings quests for alchemy and are worth trillions. A Diamond can sell for 2.5T easily if your buyer will fork over the price.)

Note on Rares: The odds of catching a rare fish are approximately 1:90,000. Many seasoned fishers, myself included, have never caught one. They can be made from 1,000 large fish (stripers, tunas, boldurs) and each large makes a different rare. (I will get back on later when I have my laptop and put the list up.) Although 1000 doesn't seem like much, it can take some time and it requires trading between fishers. It's all quid pro quo in the fishing community. If anyone has questions they are free to PM me
