Jeremiah didn't need to worry about losing his eyes. Sunny bore down on him for only a moment more, and then she stepped away, something in her eyes wild and cold and cruel. There was a storm in those eyes. Above them, thunder rolled. Around them, the air trembled.

Jeremiah is no longer capable of seeing, hearing, or touching Zac. Jeremiah can see things Zac does, but anything Zac holds similarly disappears. Zac can see, hear, and touch Jeremiah, but Jeremiah cannot feel it.

This effect can be negated through a quest.

Jeremiah let out a breath, not realizing he was holding it in and his arms fell back to his side. The lingered a moment before they were stuffed into his jacket pockets.

"Are we done?" he asked. There was ice to his voice and his skin was turning blue along his neck near his spine but he did not realize it. Perhaps he should have been showing fear, concern, but it was not there.

Not with her looking like that. Jeremiah would meet her eyes, look for look.

Then he would leave because there was nothing else for him. Jeremiah was done with Sunny Shore.
