Misha took the combined cue of both the emu and Brian, standing down and relaxing noticeably. She moved to stand at the emu's other side. Looking up at the bird, she made a sort of reassuring noise in the back of her throat. Then she nodded ahead. It was time to go.

That the emu was willing to come relatively quietly now made Tara give a sigh of relief, happy to unstring her bow and store it away at her back again. "Oh thank goodness... we can get you some food and water back at camp," she told the emu gently, pretty sure it could understand them but not fully sure. Misha seemed able to understand them at least, as had Arthur, so maybe all of them could..?
Grinning to the guy by the emu, she gave a little shrug. "I could show you some back at Prytaneumn, if you wanted? Kinda sad I didn't bring my camera with me. Would have been able to get some pretty neat shots around here with all these um... critters about." She gave an apologetic smile to the emu and Misha, even if she had to keep herself from laughing. Jeeze, what would people think to seeing an emu in the bayou? Ha!
She moved over to walk beside Misha, pausing to give the feline an affectionate scratch behind the ears before they set off for camp.

Got my 500 WC, all set! Fin??
Character Name:Tara O'Connell Brief description of character: An always smiling, cheerful sort, Tara wears her heart on her sleeve. A keen eye makes her a valued photographer, and an improving shot with a bow, but her temper makes her surprisingly stubborn and too willing to dig her heels in when she feels it's needed.
"Sure, yeah. That'd be nice." It was an excuse to get to know another Chosen, at the very least. It wasn't like he went wandering through the dorms looking for new friends.
He kept an eye on the emu as they headed back to camp but, at this point, he was pretty sure it had given in like all of the others.
