"Of course, madame," Dravi replied with a grin, though he made no move to take her offered hand. Instead, his hands found their way to the Matori woman's waist. He'd never claim to be especially strong, but he was rather tall, and Nadiya wasn't particularly large, herself. She wasn't the most difficult person to lift up onto his bushi's shell, Dravi was sure. With only a quiet warning, he hoisted her from the ground and propped her up on Dego's back, before clambering up himself to join her.

"Oh, I've been to Jauhar," he admitted once settled, and once he'd coaxed his familiar companion into moving away from his rocky napping spot. Ruindego was a slow-moving beast, and he ambled from the beach with no due haste. "It, ahhh... It wasn't my favorite," Dravi replied with a shrug. The 'adventure' in those jungles was too muggy, dark, and dank to be of any enjoyment to him. And while Oba could be unpleasant (and had been, during his more recent stays), it was still the closest thing to home he'd ever known.

Was he going to go back? No. But he wasn't going to scorn the desert lands of his upbringing just because of some nasty people.

Anyway, Skadravi was here now, and he did have the company of a beautiful woman to keep. "Think you said you were going to give me a tour, hm?" He reminded her. "You just point us in the right direction, and Dego'll get us there in time enough. So, anywhere in particular we ought to check out first?"

"Eep!" Nadiya's cheeks flushed as she was suddenly lifted into the air. She was petite and so it wasn't surprising that he could pick her up so easily, but it had been years since anyone else had done so. So this was what it felt like to fly. Nadiya smiled sheepishly as she settled onto the bushi's back. "It's slightly hard to adjust." She murmured as she wiggled into place against Skadravi - which of course only resulted in her blushing blooming even more across her cheeks.

"You have?" Nadiya's expression brightened before his added statement made her smile falter into a frown, "Oh, I see." The girl leaned back against his chest so that she could stare up towards him, "I'm sorry to hear that, but to each their own. I just hope I can show you a good time in Matori instead."

Oh and they were moving! Nadiya found herself moving slightly forward so that she could stare over the sands, "So this is what it's like to be tall." She joked lightly before Skadravi caught her attention again, "Tour?" She blinked thoughtfully as she scanned over the horizon, "There is one rather lovely place that you should enjoy - Misty Falls. They're very lovely and on certain nights when the moon is full enough it's gorgeous. A ray of different colored lights comes out of the mist towards you..." Nadiya smiled, "It was one of my favorite spots to visit as a child so we should go there and check it out." She bounced like a child and pointed in a direction that was northern from them, "Onward Dego!"

Well, it wasn't his intention to make her blush, as pleasing as it was, and it certainly wasn't his intention to let her make him blush. But so long as they were doing it together, there didn't seem to be much shame in it. Particularly if there was going to be so much 'adjusting' going on. Skadravi had long since decided he wasn't going to complain if any woman started wiggling against him, for whatever reason. Now was no exception. He grinned against the back of her head and most casually looped an arm about her waist.

There was, simply put, no way she didn't know what she was saying and just where his thoughts were taking him. But Dravi was going to do his best not to let it show and keep things pleasant, easy, and amenable... "If anyone could do it, I think I'm right to imagine it'd be you." He peered down at her. "You're already doing better than most." This was a much more pleasant turn of events than if he'd had to jump in the water to save a dying girl.

Though that might've turned out nice, too.

Regardless. With Nadiya guiding them, Dego started a slow trudge forward. Skadravi glanced toward the sky as his lady companion told him about waterfalls and moonlight. "Mm, I don't suppose it's dark enough yet..." But he didn't have anywhere to go or anywhere to be. If he really wanted to see such a thing, he could wait it out. His bushi plodded forward. It might not be as enjoyable alone, though. "Is there a certain time I ought to let you head back? I don't want to keep you, if you've got plans."

Perhaps it was simply a part of her was rebelling against the strict rules of her household, but Nadiya was truly enjoying spending time with Skadravi. She didn't even mind that she continued to fall back against his chest as the bushi moved. Nor did she seemed bothered by the arm that was around her waist. In fact when she truly tried to peer around them to get a better perspective on the beaches the girl held onto his arm happily, "Oh look over there! Some snaptrotters just jumped into the water." She grinned, "How could you not enjoy this perspective? Must be nice to be up high all the time."

Yet, as he complimented her Nadiya bit her bottom lip shyly, "I'm sure I haven't done that much." She slightly shook her head with a small laugh, "Unless you find it enjoyable to believe someone is drowning themselves from the cliffs." The Matori teased him, "But I'm glad. It's nice knowing that I can lighten someone's night." A sincere statement and actually innocent in itself. Yet as she peeked back up at him, Nadiya's cheeks did seem to burn as she finally acknowledged exactly how close and how comfortable she had gotten on the male's lap.

Misty falls, misty falls...don't think about other things. You're showing him the falls that's all. Glancing quickly away, Nadiya peered forward. "It's a short walk up and away from the shore...so it won't be exactly nightfall by the time we get there, but maybe the sunset will look nice on the waters." His question made her frown. Did she have to go back? Plans? "What plans?" Nadiya thought out loud with a small sigh, "It's nothing I'm looking forward to, but it can wait. They won't know I'm gone until morning so I'm free to spend my night out for once."

"Unless you just don't want to keep me?" She found herself asking as she attempted to turn a bit to look at him, "Are ya ready to throw me off already?" She pouted slightly as she looked towards him teasingly, "I didn't think I was that boring. Oh! Unless you have plans? Am I keeping you from something?" Her gaze widened, "Here I am just swimming out of the ocean and taking you on some random hike to the falls when you could be needing to go elsewhere...I didn't actually think about that one."

Girls really were one of the gods' most marvelous creations. And Nadiya was no exception. Warm, soft, chipper, playful, not especially unreceptive, and not particularly shy, either. Skadravi didn't mind the press of her back to his chest or the brush of her fingers over his arm. He might even say he welcomed it, in as much a way as he thought he was allowed to. Maybe a bit more, though he tried to keep it from being painfully obvious. At the woman's outburst, he swiveled in the direction she indicated, grateful for any type of distraction. Sure enough, he caught the tail end of the last snaptrotter dipping beneath the water, with enough stealth to leave hardly more than a ripple in its wake.

Skadravi grinned. What an interesting land, full of a great many surprises. Maybe it was only peculiar because he was used to the desert, where wildlife displays were few and far between and most animals he'd seen out in 'nature' were market pests, perzi and the like. He glanced back down toward Nadiya. "It's beautiful here. Real beautiful. The water, the creatures..." His gaze slipped back to the water briefly, debating, but eventually he decided that it could really do no more harm than good, so with a shrug, Dravi added, "You. I wouldn't have thought it, if I'd never come."

"And y'know, I was moderately worried at first, but overall I'm pretty pleased you weren't jumping to your death. Think the night would've been... much longer and prolly less enjoyable, if you were." He beamed and settled his chin on top of her head. "But you're fun, and I like that."

The change of subject left him blinking, and it also managed to remind him that he really ought to keep a purely platonic amount of space between them, even if he didn't want to. Dravi edged back, though kept his arm around her. "You didn't tell anyone you were coming out here?" He questioned. "And you really do have family or someone elsewhere? Admittedly, I didn't think you would," he replied with a sheepish shrug. "You're a grown woman, so I dunno who's keeping tabs on you, but... Well, I'm pretty pleased spending your one night out involves me. I didn't mean to keep you, but if you don't mind-"

He leaned in close enough to touch his nose to her hair, grinning all the while. "I'd love to keep you."
