"I'll look forward to it." He nodded at her declaration to look for more recipes. It was nice to see her come out of her shell more. He chuckled at her embarrassment and hoped she would speak up more often from here on. She had a sweet sounding voice.
"Amonee is-" the greenblood brightened before pausing over the girl's flustered panic. He wasn't sure what she'd been about to say, though he'd almost made it out. Nucleo knew how it was to get stuck on a word though and didn't want to make Eilidh feel awkward when she was just now becoming talkative! He nodded encouragingly to coax her into finishing her thought and grinned.
"Yes he is! He's the hardest working artist I know! He'll trek forever to find the perfect landscape to paint! He'd love a picnic!" Nucleo explained. It was strange to go through so much work for a picture but they always turned out beautiful so it seemed worth it.
"Wow that stone is pretty! Where'd you find it?" Nucleo asked curiously. Maybe she knew a good spot!

Seeing as nucleo seemed to not catch what she was saying or at least was sparing her Eilidh smiled brightly. "Maybe some crapes or something! I bet that'll be good here!" She said as she mused ideas, feeling more comfortable with the tall handsome troll.
The tealblood nodded with a grin, "okay! A picnic it is!.... Do you know any good places?" She asked curiously, thinking over places by her. "Maybe you and I could pack the lunch for the others?" She mused thoughtfully, remembering Xavier's limited cooking skills. "Or I could if you are busy!" She added as she giggled some, clearly enjoying the company... Softly kicking here legs back and forth idly.
"Oh... I found it near the..." She tapped her finger to her lip as she tried to remember. "Oh yeah! The caves by my hive!" She replied, nodding. "I went therefor mushrooms.. Usually there aren't rocks there." She noted.

"Hm, I'm sure I can pick out a nice meadow." Nucleo considered what areas he'd visited recently. He wanted to pick a place that had a nice atmosphere but also wasn't too far. They'd have to carry their picnic supplies all the way there, after all.
"It'd be nice to do it together." The greenblood smiled at her. He didn't think it right to make her do all the work by herself! Plus if he helped her, then they could swap recipes easier! The teen didn't understand her reasoning for excluding Xavier from the kitchen, not having suffered the jadeblood's cooking before.
"Oh, has Xavier shown you the crystal cave yet?" Nucleo brightened at the mention of caves, wondering if she'd meant that one. He didn't know where her hive was and figured it'd be weird to ask over such a minor topic when he barely knew her!
"If he hasn't, make him! It was beautiful!"

Eilidh listened closely, excited for the idea of a picnic. "Okay, so you've got that handled?" She confirmed, wondering if she had any nice places in mind. Then again, any place she picked wouldn't be easy to get to.. especially with all the picnic stuff. It sure would be beautiful though. Maybe another time!
"Okay.. that's good. I kinda wanted to see you in action." Eilidh giggled a bit, smiling to Nucleo. She certainly wasn't going to complain about being able to spend some one on one time with this handsome troll... Sure, sure, swapping recipes would be good too. Eilidh softly kicked her legs under the table, unable to reach the floor with her feet. She was completely relaxed now and enjoying the company. She understood now why Xavier liked Nucleo so much.
She tilted her head with slight confusion, "No?.." She replied, wondering what this crystal cave would look like. She didn't have to wonder for too long since Nucleo replied with it being beautiful. Eilidh smiled, nodding, "I'll be sure to bother him about that then.." She looked down at the table, poking at the rock. "I found this and was thinking of trying to make something for Xavvy out of it. I'm just not good at making stuff like jewelry." She explained.

"I'm not good at making jewelry either." Nucleo rubbed his neck as he watched her turn the rock over with her fingers, admiring it. It was pretty and it was clear it meant a lot to her. That meant it would be easy for Xavier to see that it should mean a lot to him too.
"But I think he'll love anything you give him. So don't worry." The greenblood gave her a gentle smile, hoping to reassure her. Sometimes it wasn't about how well you prepared something, or how good it tasted or looked. Sometimes it was about just giving something at all.
"I'll help in any way I can though. Even if all I can do is give you another cup of coffee and some company." Nucleo winked. A beeping could be heard from over by his counter and the greenblood excused himself to go check on the new pot.
"Ack it's been that long already? I should get back to work but... here, one for the road!" Nucleo grinned and handed Eilidh a coffee to go.

Eilidh listened to nucleo's reply, smiling to him. It was reassuring to hear him say that Xavier would like the little stone. "I hope he does... You're probably right though... He would probably like anything I give him.. He's really nice, like you." She beamed a smile.
Eilidh blinked in confusion as nucleo excused himself and seemed surprised by the time. "I understand! Thank you for taking time to talk to me!" She thanked as she moved to the counter after tucking in her chair. "Thank you." She said again, only this time for the free drink. "I'll be sure to visit again soon." She told him before heading off.
