"I won't deny that. But it won't be useful if I'm on my own either." He stated as the cat brushed against his leg, and complimented his magic. It was impressive but he already saw the drawback to it, he couldn't use it on his own in an attack. He needed something else to attack with, or someone else. It wasn't a bad thing but it meant he couldn't afford to get caught out on his own, not unless he had something with him or something was around which could be used as a weapon, and he wasn't a fan of that.
"Yeah...you do owe me a talk - someplace safe. I'll bring you home with me and bandage you up. I have a supply of them." Since he played sports he needed the bandages for when he got hurt. He'd tend to the cat to the best of his ability, and the cat could talk, and then he'd get dinner for them both in his room.
"Go get ready then...I don't know what you need to do." But he was sure the time they had to ready themselves would be over real soon. The cat needed to be ready and so did he.

"Okay" Liryn agreed, although he kept his eyes on the fog. "I'm good with that."
It wouldn't be the first time that the small mauvian had gone home with a senshi he had awakened, even if he hadn't really done so since after awakening Mizar.
However he was serious when he'd said that he owed Pleione a talk and once everything was over and the icky youma taken care off and having a communicator meant that he could drop a quick message to let those he was temporarily staying with know that he wasn't going to be back tonight.
Another glance at the fog, because whilst he couldn't be totally sure, to his eyes it appeared to be thinning.
The magic ended and Liryn sprang, paws launching himself in the direction of the youma as he worked on carrying out his part of their hastily concocted plan.

Had the little cat tried to not come home with him, well he could pick up and carry the little cat with him. He wasn't letting the injured cat go off on it's own, not when it could be hurt further. At least if they were together the cat was less likely to be injured further.
While the cat readied itself he did as well, reading himself for springing forward to wherever his hurley was. He hadn't seen where it had fallen before, he was going to have to be quick and finding it now, he wasn't going to have a lot of time and he knew it.
Watching the fog dissipate he sprung forward the moment he was able to see his hurley on the ground, his gaze had been aimed at the ground as he trusted the cat to handle the youma. Diving for the ground he grabbed at the grip tape covered wooden handle and rolled onto his back. Laying on his back, holding the hurley, he swung at the youma with it.
"Now cat! Do whatever your gonna do." He shouted, hoping the cat would do something big.

Liryn made a beeline for the youma, claws clashing as he swiped out at the thing, his intention being to keep the thing's attention on him.
The youma wasn't actually his main target however, his purplish eyes having spotted something that he thought might help to make an even better distraction for Pleione.
There was a - at least to cat-sized beings - mound of assorted boxes and rubbish and it was to this 'mound' that Liryn headed as the youma's growl suggested that the thing's attention was so far very much on him.
Claws tried to swipe out at him, but barely missed as Liryn dodged round and past a - to him - conveniently placed trash can.
He reached the 'mound' and started to climb, legs dislodging some of the small more precariously placed pieces of rubbish.
Another growl, the youma's attention very much on him, a sound suggesting movement as he continued to spring his way up.
He reached the top just as he thought that he heard Pleione yell out to him.
He kicked out once, twice and then when that wasn't working simply headbutted some of the mess.
Perhaps it was the last that swung it as bits and pieces started moving sending other parts of the junk tumbling, Liryn shifted as the surface under his own paws started shifting, managing to jump up and clear to the top of a more stable box as the bulk of the mess toppled down towards the youma.
Liryn could hear a howl from the thing as it started getting pelted by the junk, purplish eyes peering down from atop his box as he hoped that the distraction would be enough distraction for the senshi...As it happened the youma's attention had been fully on the cat rather than on the approaching senshi, its thoughts - such as they were - on the small spark that was the cat. That it was not expecting the bits of junk pelting it was clear by the sounds of its howling, a howl that was followed by an even louder howl as it was hit by the hurley in the senshi's hand. For a moment it shifted as if about to turn before exploding, causing dust to fall and slowly coat the floor.

Standing, slowly, he was looking around for the cat for several moments before finding it. "That was impressive...and it turned to dust?" He asked, looking to where the youma had been only moments ago. Now just junk and dust, lots of junk though. The dust was already being blown away, in small bits, eventually it would all be scattered and no trace would remain.
"You're coming home with me and getting a warm bath before explaining things to me over food." He was going to take care of the cat tonight and gain whatever information he could from the cat as well, but taking care of the cat came first.
"I need to understand this - all of it." Or really as much as the cat could explain to him. He didn't want to be blind in all of this - whatever this was.litian Sorry for the wait, forgot about this.

"I'm not really sure why they do that" Liryn admitted as he jumped off his box perch and made his way back down the junk and rubbish mound. "But all youma seem to do the dust thing so it perhaps it's a youma thing."
"Sure" He had waited until he was back on the ground before responding to Pleione's comment about him going home with him, but whilst his ears flicked at the other's bath comment because he was about as much a 'bath' mauvian as he was a sidelines mauvian and liked water about as much as any respectible mauvian - which was to say not-at-all -
he hadn't been joking when he'd told Pleione that he owed him a talk...
And food really did sound good - although Liryn was really hoping that it wouldn't end up being the insult-to-felines stuff that masqueraded as 'cat food'.
Spotting the senshi phone still on the floor he padded over to carefully pick it up "Although I should probably teach you how to turn back to how you were before, before we set off" he padded over to Pleione with the smart phone and carefully laid it down at his feet before adding "And you will want to keep that to hand too."
Liryn sat back on his haunches figuring that the alley was safe enough - after all he wasn't picking up on any auras apart from Pleione's and he was there to keep an eye for any trouble - and so he continued "But back to shifting back all you need to do is to think about how you were before you picked up the pen and used it power up."Sleet Tempest Snape No need to apologise Sleet and apologies for taking so long myself

"That's good...no bodies to hide." Or be seen by people. That was a very good thing, if bodies were found of these...youma it would be very bad. Though it might also bring attention to this problem - why wasn't government or anything else involved in these fights going on in the city? They saw it on the news and yet nothing from the government intervened - it was odd. He'd always wondered about it and now more so perhaps.
"Yes, that would be good." He said bending down to take the phone from the cat, not a good to leave that about. This might be new to him, like really new, but he doubted leaving this phone out and about was a good idea.
"Ok, so that sounds easy enough." Easier said than done perhaps, as clearing out all his thoughts and focusing on that one thought was not so easy. When it finally did happen though he was happy, pleased with himself obviously, as he scooped up the cat and stood himself up. "Come on then. Since I look normal we can get going and take care of ourselves." And he could get information from the cat in his arms.
"Can you eat normal food? Or does it have to be cat food? I mean...cat body but you're not a normal cat." Which was why he was asking, he didn't want to make the other ill or feed him something unhealthy.

Liryn had sat patiently whilst the senshi concentrated, the warmth of the other's aura eventually disappearing as Pleione faded away to be replaced with the young man garbed in hoodie, jeans and sneakers.
He had been happy enough to be picked up and had simply settled down with a purr since - unlike some felines - Liryn rather liked being picked up, although at the other's question about food he did raise his head a little.
"I eat what you call normal food" he said cheerfully but firmly - because the stuff that people insisted on dubbing 'cat food' was in fact nothing of the sort - at least not to him. "I'm pretty okay with any normal food - although I do like fish."
And then because the youma was gone he added "And my name's Liryn."
It was perhaps belated giving his name now, however it wasn't as if there had been any real time to do so earlier.

"That's good to know. I didn't know...since cat body but talking so obviously not normal." He said leaning down to press his nose to the top of the cats head. "I didn't want to make you sick, or offend you." Not when the at had been helpful, and would be even more helpful once in a nice warm close - like his home.
"That's good to know. I'm Fionan. It's good to meet you Liryn. Hopefully there is something good at home for you and I can make sure your all cleaned up and comfortable - you helped a lot." Though it had been the cats fight to begin with and not his. The cat had helped him help them out, as odd as that sounded in his own mind.
"Let's go then, shall we." With the other held close to his chest he headed the way he'd been going, home, while leaning down every so often to nuzzle the cat who was so soft. "Do you know many others like me?" He asked, as they seemed alone right now. He kept his voice low, just in case anyone popped up or happen to have a window or something open. He doubted it would be good if anyone were to hear them.

"Well as long as you don't try to feed me that stuff they call 'cat' food then we're good" Liryn said cheerfully. "And it's nice to meet you too Fionan."
He laughed "And I'm pretty sure that I should be the one thanking you for helping out" he gave the other a gentle headbutt as he settled in Fionan's arms.
"By the way I'll also teach you how to add contacts into that phone of yours so that you can add me in."
Although that would be something for a later time, because for now Liryn was looking forward to the promised meal and somewhere warm before he upheld his promise for their owed talk.
