25/25 | Shiloh Beaumont (masked) | ok but where's the fun in that
"What didn't I do?" he retorted, "I guess I hadn't quit that stupid job at the flower shop yet." Truth was, Shiloh thought the flowers were quite beautiful. It was one of the only reasons he hadn't pulled himself away from that venue yet.
Shiloh was standing there, still against the wall, still acting nonchalant when Chris turned to face him. "Really though, I can't take all the credit. Thorne helped out a lot too, at least with the dad thing." he toed at the ground with his explanation, "We're still 'waiting' for him to come home is all. Ollie just got shunted off to college; honestly, I should've killed him too. Would've made the game more interesting."
He bounced from the wall in a smooth motion. "Anyway, at least he has structure here. He has a purpose here. It's what he likes to tell himself, anyway." he knelt down to Chris' level, to look him in the eyes, "He doesn't feel like dying anymore, not like he did back there. Are you going to try and take him away from all of this? Try and 'save' him? What if he doesn't want to be saved?"

Chris Watts || 25/25 || its fun for me since this is PAINFUL
He was still staring at this Shiloh in confusion, only vaguely managing to register that at, some point, Shiloh had gotten a job with flowers which was nice.
"You.. you just got rid of his father?" He sounded slow, to even his own ears. Stupid, but he couldn't believe what he was hearing. "How did you even handle that, a missing person, in Ashdown? How did that not alert anyone?"
He would ignore the other comment, for his own rapidly declining sanity. For the fact he didn't want to think of more blood on the ground, of how he could have killed the other Thorne. Possibly would have, if given the chance.
"I..." He averted his eyes from Shiloh, unable to come up with a good reply. Knowing that he was hearing something he shouldn't, that he had nothing to defend himself with. The only thing Chris had was that he was incredibly selfish. "There's.. there's no reason really. But if he stays here, something will happen. Something worse than what he had before. I just feel it."

"Reeeaaaaal easy," Shiloh drawled, "Had some help from Thorne, put good ol' Otherworld to use." he smiled, "You're a teacher, yeah? Like a good puzzle? I'm sure you can figure out the rest."
As it was, it seemed as if the nightmare was staring to wear down, and with that dwindled the fun. He sighed.
"Well Mr. Watts, I do think our time together is just about done." His smile flashed faux apologetic, "But I do wish you the best of luck. You'll need it."
Leaving many questions unanswered, Shiloh turned on his heel and gingerly walked away.
