Lynnette would immediately regret her usual choice of attire as the heat started to get really bad, and she found herself wiping at her face with her sleeves fairly frequently as it seemed to get hotter. Once they were in the next room, Lynnette would actually attempt to rip the sleeves off of her shirt in an effort to cool off. She was still listening to the plan, though, she was more trying to cool off than anything else. "Alright, I think can manage to help with that," she would say, looking up from the now torn pieces of fabric that she held in her hands. She would give a quick nod to the others before running off to catch up to Alex.

Glancing down the hallway towards the lone man, Leslie would simply charge down the hallway before tackling the man to the ground and punching his lights out with a steely fist. Looking towards the entrance that now was relatively unoccupied, the Mawile hybrid would prepare to batter down the door if the key card proved unfeasible.

The girl's running would come to a halt as she reached the intersection. She looked down at her SNAG, trying to pinpoint their location on the layout. It didn't look to be that much farther; however, she quickly ducked back and out of sight as she heard something approaching fast. Alex would signal to Lynnette to take refuge in the shadows with her as a Magnezone came floating by. Sub wasn't kidding when he said they upped security; a Magnezone was a pretty solid Pokemon for sentry duty. Well, now what? Her Pokemon weren't anywhere near that thing's level, unless she used Ditto. No, it was best to save that in a worse case scenario...even though she really wanted to see her morphing blob transform. "Huh. I say we make a run for it" she suggested as she started taking off her sandals. It would reduce the amount of noise her footstep made, at least that was her excuse. Unless Lynnette had any better ideas, she was going to go when the Magnezone wasn't looking.

Lynnette would take cover as well, eyeing the Magnezone warily as it drifted past. Thinking through her own Pokemon, Lynnette realized that she didn't have a way of taking it out either. "Hmm... sneaking past it definitely sounds like our best course of action here. But, maybe one of my Pokemon can help. At least to distract it anyways. I'm sure my Noibat could happily make a diversion for us long enough for us to sneak past," she would say, trying to keep her voice steady. She had faith in her Noibat, but, at the same time, she worried what might happen if the Pokemon got caught. Grabbing a hold of Pitch's pokeball, Lynnette would release the Noibat, quickly covering the Pokemon's mouth so it wouldn't attempt to make any noise before they were ready for it to do so.

"Pitch, this is extremely important, so listen carefully," Lynnette would begin in a hushed tone. "You see that Magnezone over there? We need you to distract it for a bit so we can get past. Think you can do that?" the trainer asked quietly. Slowly, she uncovered the Noibat's mouth. The Sound Wave Pokemon would think for a moment before nodding at her trainer. Smiling, Lynnette would let go of the Noibat completely, allowing her to fly up a little. "Be careful, Pitch," Lynnette would whisper, watching as Pitch flew off down one of the side paths. Once the Noibat was a little ways down, she would begin one of her 'songs', which in reality was just some screeching. Now they just had to wait and see if the Magnezone took the bait and went to investigate the strange sounds.

Ah, that did seemed to do the trick. With Magnezone off to investigate the source of the noise like a good sentry, they were free to sneak on by. Still holding onto her footwear, she would glance down at her SNAG once more to confirm their destination before pocketing it. "Nice! Let's go!" Alex nodded, heading down the hall once more to find these batteries.

Alex and Lynette would make it past the Magnezone just fine, the pair coming up to a dead end as they found themselves in front of a door which read, 'Caution! High Voltage! Authorized Personnel Only!'. This must be the place they were looking for. Unfortunately the door was locked and had a key card slot on the front of it, a key card needed to unlock it.

"Don't have time to find a key card so let's brute force it. GRAY spoke up from Alex's SNAG. "Digitally, that is. Alex, release your Porygon and have them download themselves to your SNAG. I'll give them the necessary files to try and brute force the door open, downloading themselves to through the key pad. I have to admit, it may or may not work and even if it does we'll trigger security. Don't have much choice though, it would certainly give the others a good distraction away from them though." GRAY continued to explain.

As for Noibat, the Magnezone would continue to pursue the bat and spot it, quickly moving to try and catch up with it as it began to fire off Thunderbolts in its direction. It didn't sound the alarm as the magnet Pokemon simply thought it was a wild Pokemon that had gotten in. Wouldn't be the first time.

Alright! This was it! Alex yanked on the door, ignoring the signs but was met with resistance. A keycard?! Of course. Thankfully GRAY had the solution to their problem. "Got it! Come on out!" she called out her Porygon. Pulling her SNAG from her pocket again, the digital crane entered to download the files from the AI. Then it would enter the keypad and get to work. While her Pokemon was hard at work, Alex looked back at Lynnette. "So, umm... Is your Noibat going to be okay?" she asked. Against a Magnezone alone, it seemed awfully risky.

As Leslie passed into the Trick Room she would move very slowly towards the helpless Magnemite, the Mawile cannonball lazily floating in the air. However Leslie wouldn't be in this state for long as Sub had Ulalume drop the Trick Room, Leslie suddenly finding herself moving much faster as she slammed into the grouped up trio of Magnemite and sent them flying into a wall. The three magnetic Pokemon would slam into the wall pretty hard as they left three dents in it, the group of Electric types then hitting the ground knocked out cold.

With the Magnemite dealt with for now Sub would recall Ulalume and begin to proceed forward. Eventually they would find themselves at a dead end and a trio of doors to choose from, all of them having simple doorknobs and no apparent security, or rather all of them except one, the one directly in front of them. "Gee, I wonder which one we need." Sub commented as he eyed the keypad clad door. "Leslie, want to give it your best shot?" He asked as he stepped to the side to allow the living wrecking ball through.

Several seconds after Alex's Porygon entered the keypad alarms would begin to blare through out the entire facility. This would be helpful for Sub and the others as they prepared to destroy another door but Alex and Lynette would be less safe. A few more seconds after the alarms went off the Porygon would pop back out, the door clicking open right as it did. It worked.

Behind the door the two would find a cool room filled with all kinds of machines and what looked like giant batteries with cables connected to them and running all across the room.

The Magnezone would continue to fire bolts at Pitch, trying its hardest to take it out. Fortunately for the Noibat it would notice an AC duct with the grate hanging off of it slightly. The opening would be big enough for it to squeeze through but certainly not the Magnezone.
