The kindness wasn't lost on her as she took the hand offered. She had a feeling that hers were only marginally cleaner though especially with all the bits of--honestly, she didn't want to know what was inside them--that were clinging to the whip's leather. Perhaps she'd let it drag through the snow to get cleaned...
"I'm sure you'd have done the same for me," although the quirk of her lips was enough to say that was a more generic statement than a personal one. With a grin, "It'd be a bad move to start off my career as a chosen by letting one of my own god's chosen die. You're welcome, though, these
birds are a lot tougher than they look."
The carcasses weren't nearly as interesting as the first one she'd down by herself. There didn't seem to be any feathers that had fallen off and she wasn't about to root around. A con was one thing, desecrating a corpse--even one as evil as these--was a little too much for her right now.
With a shake of her head, she stepped away, "That's all right. I think I've seen enough of them." Once the snow had helped to discard most of the bits left on her whip, she wound it up. "I think a respite in the hotel and soap are exactly what we need." She nodded as she began to walk with Zan to the relative safety of the building.
