Bibiana walked with Ghester to the bus, pink hair swinging behind her with every skipping step. She was totally excited about this trip; The Forbidden Forest might have sounded kinda scary, but she was going away from school for a week AND she was going with Ghester! This was going to be so much fun!
He had even been nice enough to carry her bag for her. Which, she had to admit, was kind of stuffed to the brim. She had brought along everything the list had specified plus some things she deemed as necessities: her favorite plushie (the one she liked to snuggle with at night), some candy and other snacks, as well as some of her character bandaids and other first aid type things.
She giggled at the new nickname he gave her; it was super cute! "Absolutely! Everything in there is one hundred percent necessary," she said and beamed a smile at him. She followed right behind him and flopped into the seat next to him. "Ooh, you got a good one, too! Nice and comfy." She wiggled on the seat and laughed, looping one of her arms around one of Ghester's and settling back for the trip. "We're gonna have so much, right?" she smiled up at him.

Bebe was hesitant as she walked up to the bus, biting her lip in on-coming panic. Maybe she hadn't thought this through too well? Adventures sound so fun on paper, but she was too young and pretty to die! With a dramatic sigh she walked down the carriage, playing with her hair as she tried to find a vacant seat; it was clear at one glance at Bebe's big, fluffy coat that she was not at all fond of the cold. Spotting someone wearing a mask (as she was known to do on occasion), Bebe hurriedly went to join Samhain, not even considering for a second that she might be invading anyone's personal space.
"Wow your mask is really cool! I wear a mask sometimes, I've got it pack away somewhere... oh, I'll show you later!" she said quickly, smiling genuinely at him before chattering on, "I'm Bebe, by the way. I didn't even know there was an above until I came to the academy, can you believe it!? Let alone a giant, spooky forest. How fun! And I hear it's sunny all the time up here which just sounds wonderful..." The thought that he wouldn't be interested in what she had to say hadn't even crossed her mind. Her tail had settled gently on her lap, indicating that she was already quite settled in.Nasaiki hope you don't mind my girl butting in!

Azure boarded the bus with everyone else, once aboard he looked for a seat in the back. He was never really too talkative as he took a seat and watched everyone somewhat quietly as he hummed to himself. If anyone wanted to talk to him he wouldn't Object, but he didn't want to bother to make an attempt unless spoken too first. Azure had been looking for a change in his daily routine seeing as he was always in his room or in the music class, practicing music or doing his homework. he was kind of already beginning to miss the sanctuary he called his room but, this trip would be worth it.Quote: If anyone wants to interact with azure feel free.

Xerxes blinked at the boisterous voice, confused for a moment as he thought that the bus driver was speaking yet again. When his eyes fell onto a chimera, he couldn’t help but roll his eyes and sink back down into the seat. Anyone that chipper at the get go was bound to be like that all through the trip. And Xer wasn’t sure he could handle it. It wasn’t that he wasn’t excited for the trip — truth was, he was ecstatic. He just didn’t see any reason to openly show his enthusiasm like so many others did. Xer did his best to sink further down into the seat, out of view but something unnerved him — making him feel as if he was being watched. When he looked up, Xerxes had to hold back a groan as the chimera from only moments ago flopped down beside him and crowded him even closer to the side of the bus. ’Just great,’ he thought as he stared at the girl beside him. He did his best not to look at all put out by the fact that she was currently invading his space and that she had sat down uninvited. When she mentioned him knowing her name, Xer blinked, completely confused. Had she said her name when she’d been talking? He frowned, trying to remember if she really had. It seemed to be on the tip of his tongue. Nim…? Nia…? Huffing, Xerxes wracked his brain until the name finally decided to pop back into place — Niamh. He was so proud of himself for remembering her name that he had almost forgotten her original inquiry. Thankfully, his red skin hid his blush and he quickly spoke up. “Xerxes.” Lady Aria Starstone Please don't mind his put-offish attitude. He's really quit lovely once you get to know him. He's just very much a loner. One he warms up to someone, though, he's pretty relaxed. I probably won't be able to reply again until tomorrow afternoon. Need to head to bed and be up early for work.

Bridgette looked around as she entered the bus. She wasn't sure if this trip was such a great idea since she didn't really know people and a lot of nightmares and daydreams took one look at her then ran the other way. She sighed and shrugged. It didn't matter if something hunky was going on here she wanted to be able to be here to protect others. It was pet of her nature to try to protect those around so if a lot of juniors and up were going on this trip she had to as well that way she would be there to try to keep them safe, even if they didn't want her around. She smiled softly as she listened to people introducing themselves. A lot of them seemed nice but she caught sight of one who seemed like she could use someone to talk to. Law enforcement? Now that was interesting, another who liked to help keep people safe.
She nodded her head and looked around at everyone. "Hello there. I'm Bridgette. If you need help I'll do what I can to help you out." She smiled then walked over to Tambre and sat next to her. "Hi. Do you mind if I sit here? If you do I can move. And I respect what you do a lot." She wouldn't force her presence on anyone who didn't want it. She pushed her hair out of her Fae and adjusted her jacket to make it lay better. She was nervous that she would be told to get lost or have this one scream, but she was in law enforcement so she didn't think she would actually scream. She prayed this one wouldn't scream.

Originally he'd applied to go on this trip with Maria, but she'd come down with a nasty cold and wasn't able to make it. She insisted he go anyway though, so there he was. Nervous as hell, but lined up to join the others on the tour. Forbidden Forest seemed kind of... scary. Why did Claire have to call it that? Especially if it didn't actually have a name yet...
After getting his bag secured, he wandered onto the carriage, pausing briefly when he spotted a familiar face. Zahneel! He shuffled over, chewing his lip anxiously. "H-Hi Zahneel... d--do you mind if I s-sit with you?" He spared a glace at the others boarding the bus, and scooted a bit closer to the seat to make room for them as they passed by. It was a relief to see someone he knew here! "It's n--nice to see you..." Hopefully he wasn't interrupting her conversation with the tour guide - they did seem to be talking at least a little when he approached..

Niamh smiled, a warm smile, at his name. "It's awesome to meet you, Xerxes! What House are you in at Asphodel? I'm in Eldritch!" She pulled her bangs off her two-toned eyes, and pulled out a thermos from her bag. "I have hot tea in here... Lightly sweetened Earl Grey. You want some?" She seemed to have no reservations about sharing with some one she'd literally just met. "I love tea, what about you?" She tilted her head, and paused, waiting to see what he said to all of her questions. She used her pause to peer at the other for a minute, noticing his fluff, his ears, and his CUTE freckles... she loved freckles, being a bearer of them herself... and realized she had gotten confused as to his species. She had seen his horns, and thought pure demon. Silly of her, and she was glad she hadn't said it!Tangle Puppet Well he might be overwhelmed by her desire to be friendly, then! And no worries! I understand. Life!

When the opportunity for this trip came up, Callixtus was quick to jump on the chance. It would be good to break the daily routine and could give him some inspiration for future projects of his. A new landscape to paint. However, now that the time was approaching to take off, he found himself feeling a sense of apprehension. He knew no one here and the trip could end up being a bit dangerous. It was quite possible that this whole thing would end in disaster and they would all die horribly. He sucked in a breath and fiddled with the strap of his camera nervously as he boarded the bus. He glanced about the bus looking for a few seat. There was more people here than he had thought. He frowned, not sure if that was a bad thing or a good thing. With a shrug, he took an empty seat, nodding a greeting to the fallen next to him. "Oh, umm." He cleared his throat before speaking up, addressing anyone in the bus that would listen. "Would anyone like their picture taken?" Quote: Cal will take anyone's picture if they so wish- the offer is open to anyone.

Samhain watched as more nightmares or daydreams piled up on the bus, they probably should have all waited until everyone was on and settled down before starting introductions but well he wasn’t really expecting any one to sit next to him and he had already given his name once. He was just about to pull out a book and get more when he realized that he suddenly had a seat partner. Luckily Samhain was quite used to Lace and as such wasn’t too put off by the sudden space invasion. He quickly folded away his wings to create a bit more room and then blinked as he was talked to. “Ah thank you” he managed to get out. He hadn’t quiet remembered any one had liked the mask right off the bat, but she did say that she wore one as well so it made a little bit of sense to the Hybrid. “I would um… love to see it later. It’s always nice to know I’m not the only one,” which wasn’t exactly true since he had a ‘younger sibling’ who wore a mask to hide their mutations. “It’s nice to meet you Bebe, I’m Samhain. Ah well I have to admit I knew about Above before the academy, but I do agree that the giant spooky forest seems like it’ll be fun.” He ignored the snort from his head mate. l Duckeh l I totally dont mind at all. he's a bit awkwardly shy, well most of the time, so I apologize ahead of time OTL

Azure was watching everyone join others in seats together, talk and discuss things as he began to think to himself, seeing an elf come his way he shifted his wings and tucked them behind his back as he sat up straight making sure nothing was in the way, when he felt the slight shift of the seat and saw the elf nod at him. he politely nodded back in greeting and continued to space out till the elf had mentioned pictures. what better way to make a memory and save it than to take a picture or have pictures taken. He looked over to him " you can take my picture if you like" he said with a slight smile, trying to be a little more talkative and approachable.

T'kani held onto her boy's hand as if he was a wild puppy in danger of escaping, ears perking up at the demon's instructions, eyes following their lead and gently tugging in the direction they were supposed to go. She adjusted the bag over her shoulders with her free hand, having had to contain her excitement and limiting herself to only the absolute essentials...mostly.
Stepping onto the bus, she glanced back to make sure she wasn't dragging Noelan into the side of the bus, slowing down a bit to let him take the stairs. His expression made it hard to keep a straight face though, that adorable pout making her face tense up as she resisted grinning and possibly making him feel bad.
Once they had made it up she glanced around, trying to find a suitable spot with at least two seats. She didn't mind having a stranger next to her, though a language barrier might be problematic, but she figured that his conversations might be strained with someone else.
Her ears perked up when she spotted the familiar antenna of a Fey, eyes soon following as she realized who it was; suddenly having trouble trying not to vibrate in place. She squeezed his hand firmly to get Noelan's attention, looking up at him with a gleefully stupid grin, before letting him go to trot over to a seat towards the back. Tapping Naosu's shoulder, she bounced happily in the isle as she beckoned her lover to hurry his fluffy self up.

Nashira had signed up for the trip as soon as she heard about it. It would be a great chance to learn about new things, and would get her out of the school and away from her books. She knew that it was important to keep her body in shape, just as she kept her mind sharp. She had a small duffel crammed with clothes, and a camping backpack packed with all her gear. She didn't know what she would need, since this was her first time doing anything like this. It was exciting, but also nerve wracking. There were no hopes for the hybrid of seeing friends on the trip. Charon was too much of a goofball to be allowed to go, and she didn't really know anyone else. No, that was a lie. When she got on the bus, she saw a familiar face. "Neptune." She nodded to him in greeting. "Good to see you." She didn't know what else to say to him, and he seemed to be attempting to converse with the person next to him. She decided to sit behind him. Even if they didn't talk, it was nice to be close to a familiar person. "Do you mind if I sit with you?" Nashira asked the girl in the seat. She had introduced herself just a moment ago. Nadinia, was it? "...I'm Nashira." She had to introduce herself, but she didn't broadcast it to the whole bus.

Aw hell. Between T'kani and their tour guide, hyper energy seemed to spring ever eternal. And 'Forbidden Forest'? This was turning into one big Nope that it was too late to back out of. Allowing himself to be dragged along by the leash of their clasped hands, Noe followed T'kani towards the bus, adjusting his backpack with his free hand. He'd watched TK pack with a few eye rolls, mostly because he was fairly sure he'd end up carrying it at some point, and did she really need all that? He'd packed light. A change of clothes, first aid kit, camping supplies, canteen, extra batteries, and enough jerky and energy bars to feed a football team for a month. You know, the basics.
He readjusted the load yet again, grateful that it would get lighter as time went on and he ate through his gear, so to speak.
Aligning himself so he wouldn't be scraped off by the door as he was lead up into the belly of the bus, he looked up at his girl and nodded when she glanced back at him, appreciating the slowdown so he could get his paws up the stairs. He'd set his jaw into grim determination at this point. He so hadn't wanted to do this, but a promise was a promise. And hey, a week with her? Worth it. Probably. More than likely. Unless she ditched him for her other frie- aaaannnd there she goes.
He knew what was coming the moment she'd turned around to face him with that sunny expression. He hadn't had time to even ask before she'd dropped his hand and ran for someone. Miss popular. Or, at least she was compared to him. His ears flicked back on their own accord as he tried to hide the wince, sighing internally as his picked his way around people and bags, making his way slowly towards the back. At least T'kani was happy, and apparently very much so as she did something akin to a vibrating dance in the aisle between all the seats. It would've been adorable if he wasn't busy feeling somewhat like a bull in a china shop and just as out of place. He tucked his arms in, hoping his elbows would keep his backpack from clipping anyone in the head as he picked his way along towards her as she waved her hands at him to get a move on.
Approaching the tail of the bus, he tilted his head at the Fey T'kani was worked up over and looked around for an empty place to park his a** since it was clear the two would be catching up most of the bus ride.
"Hey."
A flick of the wrist in a sort of wave/salute in greeting towards the Fey before taking a seat on the bench directly across the aisle from her, settling in. Looking up at T'kani, he waited for her to either introduce them or go about girl chatting. Good thing he brought his ear clips so he could listen to some tunes just in case he got bored.

Nadi had her hands in her lap, ankles crossed, and was concentrating on breathing. Deep breath in through the nose, then out through the mouth. The lump in her throat was starting to feel a bit better, and she didn't think she was about to burst into tears anymore. Certain improvement!
She'd stopped paying much attention to the general introduction, but looked up when another girl entered her seat row.
"Oh, uh, of course! I'm Nadinia." She extended a hand politely, and forced a small smile onto her face. Perhaps having someone to sit with would help her focus on something other than having been sent Below.
"You're clearly smarted than me. Haha. I went and introduced myself to everyone. How embarrassing." She put a hand to her face, and shook her head, but a small smile curved her lips still. "Have you ever been Above?"

Naosu had already been excited for this trip when she felt the tap on her shoulder and turned to see her bestie there bouncing like a fluffy something or other and she let out a squeal of such joy that people half of Below away surely heard it.
"T'kani! Naosu was hoping you had really truly signed up, and you have!" She hugged her friend tight, doing her best to get her wings out of the way so she could be hugged back as one ought to be hugged. "Naosu is so happy! We can have so much fun!" She wiggled and bounced herself, giggling with glee and unabashedly snuggling her friend. Then there was the stoic seeming grimm who she swore was greeting her and while she couldn't quite stop giggling on the spot, she reined herself in to blink at him and then smile. She was always up for new friendships.
"Hello, hello!" She chirped, letting go of T'kani at last. "Naosu is Naosu!" They had offered a bit of a saluting wave, so she waved back and clung to T'kani's shirt with the other hand as if worried she would lose her friend if she let go of her.
