When he looked her over, she blushed and put her hands to her face to hide it a little. " I don't think your mother would be very happy about that, she wasn't in the best of moods. Naephyrea walked the empty streets of the Hyuuga district. Before the village hand suddenly called her to a meeting... waste of time really. They constantly waste your time when you have a position like hers.
She'd located her son and his fiance with her Byakugan earlier, but it seemed they were on a date, so she decided to let them be. But what do in the meantime? Perhaps training? Or she could visit her lab. Perhaps make some improvements on her arm?
Her stomach rumbled. Right, there were the cupcakes she hadn't finished from before.

Asami, of course had insisted on getting her notebooks to continue research, strategy development, etc before they would find a spot to sit and rest. While Kyo started to drift off and finally nap, she was nestled up against him, her legs bent with a book resting upon them.
She hummed a soft and gentle melody while he rested and she was working. Asami wasn't very good at this 'day off' type of thing. However, she certainly did enjoy Kyo's reaction to her non battle attire she wore earlier. When she thought of that again, she could only smile about it. She continued to scribble down some notes, happy her work didn't seem to wake him being his arm was around her.

Naephyrea dug in the bushes into she found the box of cupcakes she'd placed there. Yeah, still good. She began scoffing them down.
Naephyrea heard someone approaching while she was finishing her cupcakes. s**t. She the three remaining cupcakes into her mouth all at once and shoved the box back into the bushes.
Then Kyofu and Asami walked out in front of her. Her mouth was still overstuffed and had icing on the outside of it.
She couldn't say anything with her mouth full.... so, she stood there with her arms crossed. She'd pretend to be pissed off if anyone tried to get her to talk.

Story/Arc: 3 - The Ecstasy Of Progress
Mayr was flying through the air literally. Mayr figured if he stuck to the ground. He would get caught. An Uchiha in the Hyuuga district? Wouldn't they get mad? Mayr learned to leap from roof top to roof top. This genin had potential. Uchiha Mayr had arrived! Tonight, Mayr was infiltrating this Hyuuga district. He was looking for a specific Jounin. He just didn't know how to say it.
Mayr liked to act like he was the king of all Genin. Even though he hasn't met any genin in a very long time. Always training on his own in the Uchiha district. One thing is for sure. Mayr has gotten stronger since the last time he saw the genins. Mayr landed on one last rooftop 'quietly'. Spotting three Hyuuga. They all seemed high rank. Mayr laid down on his stomach. Only poking his head out a little bit.
Mayr clearly was hidden. Normal eyes couldn't see him. You couldn't even see his head really. In other words, he wasn't in view. High up on the rooftop. Sort of spying on Naephyrea, Kyofu, and Asami. Also it was night so that made viewing him even less possible. It was completely dark in the area. Mayr had been working on increasing his chakra. Other than mastering his Sharingan yesterday. At the age of 16 as a genin. Mayr had a few other skills he's been working on last week. Mayr focused on increasing his chakra these days. In order to be able to use more jutsu. Uchiha Mayr was specifically trying to learn more B rank, Genjutsu..

Why cant things be easy. His eyes shot open, his byakugan present as he felt a unfamiliar presence in the area. He scanned the area looking for chakra that didnt belong in the Hyuga district. Finally closing in on it he snarled as he moved his fiance to the side and stood. Who ever this interloper was didnt take into account that despite being hidden from view, their chakra, in the sight of a Hyuga, was in plain view. Kyo vanished only to appear behind the person who was foolish enough to trespass. I hope you have a good reason for infiltrating the Hyuga District after hours greenhorn? Kyo inquired in a rather annoyed voice, seeing as his nap was interrupted. Start talking or i'll start breaking bones! He demanded.

Asami curiously looked at him , when he woke up seeming disturbed and frowned. When he moved her she placed her book down, and stood up fixing her attire. When she turned about she saw Kyo's mother right there and she simply chuckled. She turned to look at where Kyo had went, knowing that he probably wasn't happy his nap was interrupted. She patiently awaited the response between the person and Kyo.

Naephyrea activated her own Byakugan and watched them. Of course, the Hyuga could see through solid objects, so crouching down would do little for Mayr.
Once she could see him, she knew there was no need for alarm. Though this was Interesting. She'd seen this kid's face earlier today, actually. When she'd been called in and given an assignment. Two students to train. He was one of them. He'd probably come here to seek her out.
Naephyrea smirked. She would learn what kind of person her student was and see how he dealt with this situation.
When Asami addressed her, she snorted and turned her head away from Asami. She chewed her food rapidly. Also she couldn't really say anything right now with her mouth so full.

Purple may have been her favourite color, but it certainly wasn’t that lovely on her skin. Kazue walked home slowly with a collection of wooden training swords in her arms, she felt a little defeated that she didn’t understand this kenjutsu very well. To add literal injury to insult, she was starting to collect a rather nasty set of bumps on her head as well. Her goal was to learn the fascinating technique called the Seven Sword dance, but so far the closest that she was getting to that was the seven tone bruise technique that littered her face. She wasn’t sure how she was going to hide her black eye from her sister this time, though hopefully the swelling was at its peak. She wished she could understand better how in the name of the Great Sage you were supposed to catch seven swords in various parts of your body like that. Especially the one that went in your mouth, like, seriously, who the hell was the genius who decided that dropping a sword that close to your face was a good idea?!
Kazue heaved a sigh, she could hear Kyo-chan reeving up to give her an earful already about how useless she was when it came to learning new techniques and jutsu. Sometimes it was a wonder how on earth she got out of the academy with what little she knew. Oh well, maybe it was for the best that she couldn’t figure that out, she did have a lot to work on in some of the other fields of study. Her stealth could use some polishing as well as a few other things in her skill tree. Kazue’s shoulders dropped and her eyes fell to the ground, it was hard trying to balance everything and still try to at least be as good as your peers. Her sensei’s told her that it was okay to focus on one thing over the others that that everyone had their own strengths and weaknesses when it came to what they could and couldn’t do. After all, she had the basic knowledge of everything while there were a lot of people in her class that didn’t know a damn thing about it. Genjutsu was a good example. Sure, she needed to polish up a little bit on her chakra control before she would be able to do anything amazing with it, but the knowledge was there for her when she finally figured things out. Kazue closed her eyes for a moment to regain her composure and straighten herself up. She took solace in the fact that she could do somethings that other couldn’t and she could always learn from others what she felt short of understanding herself. Surely there were enough people here to get here to where she wanted to go, and maybe even the Hokage could help her out with finding someone who would be willing to teach her some things.
After a deep breath, Kazue put on her gentle smile again, she would get her targeted technique eventually. She could wait a while longer and keep hitting herself in the face with stray practice swords in the meantime. Kazue held her breath as she stepped into the Hyuga’s territory. Hopefully she was beneath notice at the moment so that she could sneak the practice swords back where they belonged. She was never sure how Lady Hyuga would respond to her taking things like this without asking first. She hoped that she wouldn’t mind but she really didn’t want to invoke the wrath of anyone who was far, far stronger than her.
