Sorcha just sat their quietly, seemingly still hiding in her mind. Her eyes were swollen, and she closed them to let them rest. She sniffled lightly, before opening her eyes again. "I'm still really hungry. Would it be alright if I had some more to eat? We could watch a movie together after, if you'd like." There were dark circles showing under her eyes, it was as if she had spent multiple days worth of energy in that one burst. She hoped she wouldn't have to do that anymore, but old habits died hard. And this was an important one.

"Yes, of course we can go and eat some more... We didn't get to finish our dinner, after all." said Leon kindly. His stomach then rumbled, causing him to blush. He helped Sorcha to her feet, then held her hand as he walked with her back towards the dining room. "Our dinner was put in the fridge, but I'll have my chef re-heat it." He pulled out his phone and texted his chef before slipping it back into his pocket. "And yes, I'd love to watch a movie with you after we eat. Anything in particular you're in a mood for?" He had a collection of DVD's from all different genres. And if he didn't have something she wanted to see, he'd gladly order it on-demand through his cable service. Soon enough, they had arrived back at the dining room. Their food was already there on the table waiting for them. It was steaming hot as it had been reheated in the microwave. He pulled out a chair for Sorcha before sitting down himself, beginning to eat once again.

She sat down, slowly digging into her food again. She felt better, but her body was still calming down, little hiccups escaping every so often. "Do you have any "Ghibli" movies? They're my favourite, the art and style are just amazing. I liked them so much, while some of my past Masters or Mistresses were busy they would sometimes pick a random one for me to watch." She starts eating faster, the food bringing more comfort. "I think.. one was called something like "the Moving Castle". I think you would like it. It's a little romantic, and there's other themes too. It takes place during a war, though. Is that alright?"

Leon continued to eat his food, dipping one of his lobster potstickers in sriracha sauce and smiling as he enjoyed the flavor. He smiled at her mention of Studio Ghibli movies. "Ahh yes, I love Hideo Miyazaki's movies... and I own quite a few of them!" he said happily. He then nodded his head. "You're talking about Howl's Moving Castle. It's one of my favorites! Let's watch it after we finish our dinner." Soon enough, Leon had finished eating. He looked over to see that Sorcha was done as well. Together, the two of them had eaten everything that the chef had prepared for them, not leaving a bit behind. He rose from his seat, gently taking a hold of her hand. "Ready to go and watch that movie now, my dear?" he asked kindly.

Sorcha took his hand lightly, her eyes glazed over slightly. She yawned before getting up and allowing Leon to lead her out of the dining room. She felt much more comfortable, having gotten that whole kerfuffle out of the way. She squeezed his hand a small bit out of hope, leaning her head into his arm. It was already so much different. She let her guard down, just a small bit, allowing the sliver of hope to thrive.
The house was still much to big for her tastes, though.

Holding onto Sorcha's hand, Leon led her down a grand hallway until they arrived at his home theater. It was a large room, filled with comfortable couches and recliners. A huge flat-screen TV took up nearly an entire wall. Leon opened up one of the cabinets on the wall, where he had an entire shelf dedicated to Studio Ghibli movies, for they were some of his favorites. He picked out Nausicaa, putting it into the DVD player and starting it. He then turned off the lights and sat down on a leather sofa, gesturing for Sorcha to sit beside him. He longed to snuggle up to her and watche the movie with her.

She sat down with him, leaning quietly into his side. It should be okay. She had nothing to worry about. Who knows? Maybe he would turn out to be perfect. Maybe he'd let her get back into her studies. For now, though, her mind was on the movie. It was quite a while since seeing any of the ones she loved so much. As the movie started she gained more comfort in sitting with Leon, the art and detail calming her down.

As the movie started, the lights in the room automatically switched off. Leon held Sorcha tightly in his arms as they watched Nausicaa on the giant screen, enjoying being able to snuggle with her while he watched one of his favorite movies. About halfway through the movie, a 'meow' could be heard from nearby... and then, without warning, a large, spotted cat landed in Sorcha's lap. She had longer legs than any ordinary housecat, rounded ears rather than pointed ones, and the coloration of her fur made her look like a miniature leopard. A pink collar studded with real diamond's was fastened around the cat's neck. The exotic cat sniffed curiously at Sorcha, then began to purr loudly, nuzzling her head against the girl. Leon reached over and grabbed the remote, pausing the movie and petting the cat's back. "This is Diana... sorry if she startled you" said Leon with a smile "I was wondering when she'd introduce herself to you... She's a purebred African Serval. She doesn't bite or scratch, but she loves to play." He looked up at Sorcha, wondering how she'd react to the cat. He'd forgotten to ask her whether or not she liked animals.

He held her tight, tighter than she would've preferred. He wasn't obnoxious at all, though. There was always a silver lining at least. Then she saw a shadow. The shadow moved. What was it?
She heard a meow, flinching very slightly. The shadow, now a creature jumped up onto Sorcha, a loud yelp of fear escaping her lips. The thing looked like a leopard, frightening her even more. Her heart was beating hard, feeling as though it'd fly out of her chest at any moment. Her breathing began to faulter, her face going white. She hadn't been this afraid in a long time. She waits, and the "cat" just... rubs it's head against her?
Leon calls her "Diana", saying she's harmless but playful. She simply stays frozen, the cat still rubbing up against her.

Leon picked up Diana and cradled her in his arms. He scratched her gently behind the ears, causing her to purr more loudly and paw at him affectionately. He couldn't help but notice the way Sorcha had fallen silent. "What's the matter, Sorcha?" he asked, smiling at her "Do you not like kitty cats?" When well-trained and domesticated such at this one was, Serval cats weren't harmful at all. They were known for their playful, affectionate nature. They could be easily trained to play fetch and do tricks, and often acted like a cross between a cat and a dog.

"I-I... I just.." Sorcha's lip quivered, and she moved away slightly. Cats were quite fine. Surprises were not. Her eyes teared up, the shock beginning to set in. She made a decision to hide herself, now whether to use Leon in that or not was the question. It seemed like a fine idea, he would be able to control the cat and he would enjoy the sudden affection. She crawled over, and pressed into Leon's side, shaking slightly. She hid her face in his shirt, keeping her eyes closed. She listened to the movie go on, her nerves wouldn't allow her to watch while feeling unsafe.

Leon had seen the way Sorcha's eyes teared up, and he was confused... was this girl afraid of cats or something? The next thing he knew, she had crawled over and pressed her head into his side, hiding her face in his shirt. Leon wrapped his arm around her and gently rubbed her back, doing his best to comfort her. "It's all right, Sorcha..." he said reassuringly "Nobody's going to hurt you." In the meanwhile, Diana stuck her head out and sniffed at Sorcha curiously. She then turned her attention to the screen, looking at the animated characters and fantasy aircraft with fascination.

Sorcha looked up nervously, staring at Diana. She was a very big cat, but seemed fairly tame. After a thorough (enough) analysis, Sorcha put out her hand and made tiny clicking noises, attempting to have Diana sit with her. She loves being cuddled and coddled, but always found it easier to do so with new pets rather than their newly shared owners. She thought that maybe if she could calm down and enjoy Diana's company, maybe she'd like having Leon around a little more as a result. She didn't want to let him down, after all, he did bring her home with intent to love her and free her. She saw no reason not to at least try to return the feelings.

At last, Sorcha had finally pulled her head out of Leon's shirt. She held out her hand to Diana, making clicking noises in an attempt to coax her over. Leon smiled, glad to see that Sorcha wasn't afraid of the serval after all... He kept his arm around her as they watched the movie together. In response to Sorcha's clicking, Diana climbed into the girl's lap. She meowed, then began nuzzling her head against her, purring softly. "She really likes it if you rub behind your ears." said Leon, glad to see that the two were bonding.
