Erynne That's true. That person did introduce several trillions into the economy. There were precedents where people who sold hacked items through credit card fraud or other illegal means had their victims' trading passes temporarily disabled and the transactions reversed. I wonder if this person was using this exploit in Switchem? There was this account posting threads and responses giving out codes for the exploit a few days ago. I think there was this thread where that user's mule was responding to accusations of shadowy actions a couple of nights ago. I hope there is some resolution. Too bad the staff will never let people know what they've done with that person in question due to their privacy policies. Would have loved to see what they'd say in the AtS for instance. Still, were the outrage public enough, they will have to address it somehow like they did before. If the thread got deleted, it's most likely that either the mod or staff will do an investigation to see if the user is hacking or just trolling. In addition, the staff will most likely like to keep it quiet since they don't want drama freaking out the community and wanted to deal with the issue as quickly as possible without the community questioning them as well as stressing them to answer back. After all, investigating as well as sorting out the issue takes hours and days to finish. If someone talks about exploiting in Gaia, people should have reported it to Gaia, not let it pass by. Otherwise, it will cause more trouble to the developers as well as the users.

This was the response in part of the investigating moderator. Bolded is the part where the report was not looked into due to lack of evidence. Italicized is maybe some hope that the activity was at least flagged. Quote: Thank you so much for taking the time to report this matter to us. Unfortunately, there is no evidence of a violation having occurred in the content that you provided to us. Without having proof of a site violation, we are unable to act on a complaint. We cannot provide you with information about the user's transactions because it would be violating the user's private information, but if the user is found doing fraud, the admins will be able to detect it and ban their account. We do appreciate that you tried to report an offense, and that you want to help keep Gaia a safe and fun place for all its members. Keep on reporting!

Keep on reporting! Well, hate to break the news, but the mod is right. People see the thread, but do we have proof that the user really said it? After all, it could be trolling. The only way to be certain is have the community speak up about their kin being brought as well as who brought the kin. If most of the kin were brought by the same person, especially the expensive and rare kin, then Gaia will do an investigation. Also, users need to screenshot the image of what their kin brought as well as who the user brought it.

I know of one sure member who claimed to have earned somewhere in the neighborhood of 5T from that user, but I am not sure if she'd go forward with it. She did nothing really wrong for wanting to sell her kin.

So if it in the past months ago, it doesn't really count.

All the kin were bought with a mule, and then transferred to the account that posted today. At least three accounts with one person behind them all have been in play.

That's a lot of gold to burn. sweatdrop But still, we have no proof if the gold are legit or not since gold can easily transfer from one account to another. Only way we know for sure is if the user made a thread about being banned.

Likely a lot more; that's just calculating the 70 Sakuras, many Spirited Embers, and 25trill Crimson Ember. Several trill was spent on Starlit and Ambitious Fafnirs, and the *looks at graph* 40 Pumpaes. Sure, no one can prove that the gold wasn't legit, and it's possibly legit, but to not only have that much and then spend it all at once is highly suspect. But if Gaia does investigate, they do know how to track gold transfers between mules. Update: The admins are investigating the gold trail, confirmed in the main forum.

Not gonna lie that I know an user that has like around 200T, but he has that much through exchanging items in the Exchange Forum. So I know that user made his gold legit. And may I see the link? I'm curious about what's going on in the main forum.

And it looks like that user is back to cause trouble.
Based by her thread, she claims that she's a supporter of Capture Seal... For someone who is a supporter, she shouldn't delete Crimson Ember. confused
I call her hypocrite than "Goddess of kins."

She's also planning on destroying Brilliant Cabochomps... as well as Ambitious Fafnir.. just oi... So she's pretty twisted. I think the only reason she'd support a capture seal is so she can just trash the person's Kin who she ends up sponsoring..

Why trash the kin when you can just trash the Capture Seal itself? =P That user needs to go to the looney bin.

I just don't get it x-x; She seems to not realize that not everyone will give up their capture seal Kin either. Some people worked hard to buy those Kin.
