Something impossible? Tania thought she could relate. "I don't think anything's impossible, really," she said. "But there was a time I thought everything was. Then I met Karma, and found my family."

"Yeah," Tania agreed, and smiled. The bad things that had happened really didn't ruin the good. "Do you have a family?" She asked, "You never told me what you're trying to do," she prompted.

Ephah chuckles "Nah, I don't have a family... not anymore..." Her smile fell and she just stood there. after a moment she shakes her head. "The thing i'm working on... I'm trying to bring someone back. I just want them back in my life.." She looks sadden.

Tania's smile faded, and she reached for Ephah's hand, intending to reassure her. She knew what that was like, losing someone. "My family before this, they didn't want me so they threw me out," she said. "But before that..." She hesitated. "Before that, I can't really remember. But I know I lost someone." No need to share all the details. "Do you think I can help you?" She asked.

Ephah puts her free hand over her eyes, her shoulders shaking. "You can help me if you want to" Her breath gets a bit shaky as well and she goes silent

She wipes her eyes and smiles. "Thank you for the encouragement, thank you so much" Ephah chuckles. "I bet you never fail, But I have failed and it was really big mistakes too... I-i'm sorry that i'm getting all sappy" She says chuckles quietly

Tania shook her head. "I fail all the time. I can't transform as well as I used to, and my memory fails the most. I can hardly remember my family before Daddy and Karma. And before that..." Her forehead wrinkled in concentration. "I can't remember. It's all hazy. But bad things happened. And they were because of me."
She took Ephah's had and gave it a squeeze. "But you know? Mistakes make you a better person. My sister Karma she always helps me feel better, even when I mess up. She makes bad things go away."

Ephah looked at her and held her hand gently, silent. After a moment she hugged her but not to tightly. She could feel Ephah slightly shaking. "You're lucky you know, you have a family"

"You can have a family too," Tania said, thinking a moment. They'd adopted Declan, hadn't they? But their lab was getting crowded... So maybe not their family specifically. "I can help you find one," she offered. "Someone helped me find mine when I was abandoned. I can help you find one just as good!"

Ephah chuckles softly and smiles. "I might take you up on that offer some day" She says softy, rubbing the back of her head. She leans down and picks up a few colorful stones.

Tania smiled. "You should," she said. "I was all alone because I wasn't wanted anymore, but I kept flying..." she'd worn herself out and had collapsed in front of Brennen's home. "My friend brought me to my new home."
