It was appreciated, though Dark Water was reluctant to admit this to herself. A break, here in a quiet stranger's home away from her siblings, was sorely needed -- but it was only that, a break, something temporary. She could bear the brunt of pain and sorrow they might cause each other with intermissions like this and she could bear to be apart from them if only she were certain to return to them after.

"Thank you," Dark Water bowed her head to the pegasus and gently blew on the hot tea. She rarely found herself fond of the company of adults but this one's calm demeanor and soft, dreary voice offered a certain comfort she rarely found. Perhaps she would bring White Death and Gloomy Glade here in the future for their own readings.
