Chath was happy with his bandaid choice had been a approving one and gave Gabby a soft smile when she mentioned the yellow one would match his hair. Runnhing his hand through his hair he looked a bit sheepish. When Gabby's mother brought up the topic of food he felt his tummy gurgle he was getting hungry. He looked over to where his mom was sitting and she gave him a wave, but there food hadn't gotten there yet.
"I already ordered...i got escargot..." he said a bit tentitavely as he felt that Gabby might find him weird ordering slugs to eat for lunch. He felt Gabby grab his hand and then start marching towarsd his mom at first he resisted and then stopped..why wouldn't he want his mom to meet Gabby??
"Hello Chath, I see you brought a very cute friend over." Jayoku said as she placed her cup of tea down. She was astounded by the cuteness of the love bird girl.

Jayoku was a bit thrown off at first the girl intorduced herself as Gabby...what an appropriate name, she then regailed her with a breif description of Chath or in her words...Chatty had hurt himself ont he slide. She was worried for a moment until she girl raced on in her talk about how her mom fixed Chath up already.
When asked about what she ordered for lunch she gave a smile and explained. "I got a ceasar salad and some pasta." she then looked to teh dino bandaid on chath's leg and gave a smile. "It was very nice of your mother to help Chath. Once we are done lunch perhaps we can all visit together."
Chath listened to Gabby speak as it seemed he couldn't get a word in edge wise. ONce she stopped though after asking his mom all those question he intervined before his mother could answer.
"Escargot arn't big and yah they are a bit slimey but i think tha tis becaue they are covered in butter. i am nto sure if they are meat, but you can try one if you want! I mean i see birds eating worms and stuff and I like those too." he explained and then felt embaressed because he had revealed something even his mother didn't know. On rainy days he would go out worm hunting and eat them.

Gabby looked at Chath with a slightly worried expression on her face. Were birds really supposed to eat slimy stuff like that? Uh-oh. Well, she was a bird, that was something she knew for sure, so she should probably take one and taste it. Although she was a little afraid of the thought to have to put one of those things in her mouth, she nodded bravely to Chath, “If you say birds like ‘em, I’ll wanta try one! I don’t know if it’s good, but if you say so, I believe that. And mommy says you have to try new things anyway!” She grinned while she started to rock back and forth once more. Is standing still that hard, Gabby?
“Ceasar salad? That’s what mommy got too! Maybe dasomething that adults like to eat.” Giggling to herself she nodded at Chath’s mother proposal of meeting up all together after lunch. That would be fun and even for mommy though she didn’t like talking to strangers, but this woman was so nice that wouldn’t be a problem! Besides they had both red hair so they’d like each other!
“Chath? Do you have a second name too?” Was Gabby’s random question. Yep, that was typical for Gabby, randomly asking incoherent questions off and on, wandering from the one subject to the other.

Chath was very happy to hear that Gabby was interested in trying the escargot, they were his very favorite thing in the world to eat, he tried to ignore his mothers somewhat disgusted empression upon hearing he went out and ate worms. He nodded his head agreeing with Gabby about teh trying new things and watched as started to wobble back and forth.
When breached about a second name he was a bit confused. "Eh? My name is Chath, no one has ever given me a second name..." he answered and looked up to Gabby a bit worried, "Am i suppose to have a second name?"

The escargots. She was really going to try them. She smiled at Chath’s ‘approving nod’ and was happy that she had decided to give it a shot. Of course she still had to do it but their lunch would probably be there any minute now since they had ordered a while back! A long while back now Gabby thought about it; the whole slide-adventure seemed like hours ago to her! Did it always take that long before lunch was ready in restaurants?
“Supposed to?” Gabby echoed as she tilted her head and gave him a thoughtful look. Hmm. Were people supposed to have a second name? She knew that Sahra did, that her mommy did.. but Elske didn’t. Poo, what a question! She pondered for a second more, then shook her head and smiled to Chath. “Nu-uh! I don’t think we’re supposed to, I guess just some people do? I know my sister has two names as well, but Elske doesn’t! And Elske is very normal so I think it’s fine to just have one name! Especially if it’s a pretty one, like yours!”
A light frown appeared on the girls face and she bit on her bottom lip while staring at Chath. “Maybe I just have two because my first name isn’t so special? My second name is much longer too...” She fell quiet for a second, something she didn’t do too often. But well, this was a special case, this was something she had to think on!

Chath looked to her and was worried when she went silent. "Your name is very special!" he burst out loud in a sudden wanting for her voice again. "I thin you don have anything to worry about. Cause your name is super special, and tey just had to give you another name to make it even MORE special!" he went on blabbering trying to make her feel better.
It was then that the waiter came and dropped off their food and Chath looked up his mouth watering at the sight of it. He turned and took a fork and ask his ma to get a peice for Gabby.
"Looks, I know you are super special, cause you will try things!" he said offering the now escargot laden fork to Gabby, the buttery juices were dribbling down the side of the fork and onto Chath's hand, though he didn't seem to mind.
