 He nodded and smiled as he pulled her chair out for her. "Perfection, you look divine," he said, running his fingers gently over the lacy choker that clung to her neck before pushing her toward the table. "Now what would you desire to eat?" he asked, lifting his menu. "I am thinking of the stuffed mushroom caps as our appetizer, and the shrimp alfredo pasta for myself, as well as a lemon iced tea."

 she smiled and watched him as he walked back to his seat. "That's sounds good, I think the seafood salad sounds nice, something light for tonight." She said with a little tease ping her voice and a giggle "don't want to be tired a feel gross for you." She hung her bag on the side of her chair then grabbed her napkin and placed it on her lap "Anything new today?" She asked trying to make small talk

"Not too much. I finally heard back about the food stamp situation, and it looks good from here," he replied as he gave the order to their waiter. "It's a good thing we're using protection, our money is stretched thin as things are now."

Marry smiled at the waiter then took a sip of water while listening to Nikolai "I've been thinking of taking so,e extra shifts at the library to help out more." She said a little bit quietly but she wasn't sure how he would like that cause it meant less time with him but I did mean more money

Marry blushed a little bit as he stroked her chin and spoke to her. Marry looked around at the other people eating here she went from coupled to families. "You know you are sort of a mysterious man Nikolai." she said taking another sip of her water. she folded her hands on the table in front of herself. she wast too sure on what he would want to talk about

Nikolai sipped his tea and looked into Marry's eyes. "I know it isn't glamorous to rely upon food stamps to get by, but I have been giving it a lot of thought, and I think I am ready to go to college and pursue higher education so that I may be able to provide for you, my pet," he cooed, not worried about the connotation of that phrase. Around here, that was merely a term of endearment to younger couples, as well as some more romantically inclined older ones.

Marry looked at Nikola a little upset but also happy."but that means you will be very busy,a-and I won't see you alot." She could help but smile when he called her pet. She knew it was probably a good idea for him to go back to school but she felt like her efforts in taking extra shifts were just looked over. "So how long would you be at school?" She asked curious of if she would still get to see him

He continued to rub her cheek softly. "I will take my courses during your extra shifts. Our schedules will be largely unchanged. Does my sweet pet feel underappreciated?" He chuckled, kissing the back of her hand. "I guess that means I am not fulfilling your needs adequately. I will have to rectify that when we return home."

Marry smiled knowing she would still be able to see him like usual. She blushed at the mention of what he would do when they were home. She was normally a shy one but, maybe it was her reading too many romance novels but she thought she would try at being 'naughty' if that's what you want to call it "And hoe will you do that? What are we gonna do when we get home?" She asked in her cute soft voice and gave him a sweet smile

"Mayhap I bind you in leather and cover your eyes, and see where the evening takes us," he replied, narrowing his eyes lustfully. He gripped her hand firmly and flashed his teeth at her with an almost wicked grin as their waiter arrived with their dinner. He relinquished her hand to her and started on the mushroom caps, eyeing his platter of pasta as he delicately sliced the appetizers.

Blushing hard Marry tried to hide her face with her other hand, just thinking about this while he spoke about it got her all frazzled, his voice was just so tantalizing. She put her hands in her lap when she got the other one back and their food was set down "Thank you." she replied to the waiter who smiled at her and not to sneakily took a peak a little further down than he should have, as her breast were a tad bit exposed. She cut at her salad not noticing or caring to notice what the waiter had done. "Well this is lovely." she said after she was done chewing, not wanting to be rude and talk with her mouth full, she knew better.

Nikolai didn't shift his gaze even slightly, but he did noticeably clear his throat in warning to the fresh gentleman taking peeks at something that didn't belong to him. "We are fine for now, please tend to another table," he said, very curtly. As soon as the waiter had departed, he gave a stubborn snort. "Poor service right off the bat. I do not see a generous tip at the end of the meal if that is what we can expect from our server."

Marry tilted her head a little confused then shrugged it off as she ate her salad, she was always excited when he would take her out before the nights events. She ate and sipped her water quietly observing others, when she looked at the family's there was an ache at her heart a little. She always imagined herself getting married and having childern, not what she was doing now. She loved the relationship she had though with Nikolai though it made her happy it made her feel wanted and desired.

Nikolai finished his meal, wiping his mouth, before waiting on Marry to finish hers. "I am thinking of becoming a doctor, though I am unsure what field to specialize in. I am leaving to obstetrics or pediatrics."
