That was an awful way to wake up, but at least you got your strange kid-bot appeased... or did you? It's finally stopped making that awful noise, one way or another. In fact it seems to be as quiet as anything. What a good little kid-bot! Sitting quietly, it eventually slips your mind. You only realize that the nasty aroma filling your hive is emanating from it after the smell has gotten quite unbearable. IT IS MID-EVENING!YOUR KID-BOT IS:Producing the smell of rotten eggs from small chest-vents, wafting it into the air. Amonee didn't like the horrible smell it was producing but it was his job to care for the kid-bot and he was going to give it his best effort. After all, this was the destiny of jadebloods before him, right? He wanted to try it at least once. Picking the bot up, he rested it on his knee and bounced it awkwardly. Maybe that would fix the weird mechanical bits inside it that were making such a bad scent. ------------------------------------ Option: 3 Event: Mon Jun 13, 2016 9:58 am Responce: Mon Jun 13, 2016 10:32 am Lusus: Flydra Dromen Life: 20 - 3 = 17 Grubling Log 3 The child was been unpacked and seems to be pre-assembled as noted in earlier entries. I left it alone in a cage for a few hours while I left the hive to do business related tasks. Upon return, it emitted a smell of rotting eggs. The vents were determined too difficult to modify/force close without damaging the robot. For now I have decided to try feeding it something else to see if the scent produced is related to what the robot consumes. I will update again after any changes. Flydra closed her notebook. The robot was such a weird object of study but it could prove useful in understanding troll/lusus relationships as well as modern machinery.

Frowning at the troll that had been making enough racket for her to need to let Mamaju out, Voscil considered what to do. Maybe if she fed it...the thing would stop smelling so damn bad? Stryke's sniff node curled at the awful scent he'd woken up to. He'd somehow managed to sleep through the squalling the thing had made. Oh it had gotten bigger! While he'd neglected the poor thing initially, he could make up for lost time..right? Stryke gently picked up the robotic troll, placing it on his knee and bouncing it. What was that smell...he'd have to figure that out after he coddled the little...robot? It seemed to want attention anyway.

Xavier woke mid evening, having stayed up far too late into the morning hours working on a few projects. Tiredly he rubbed at one of his lookstubs, only to realize something...smelled awful. He woke nearly instantly, easily finding his little robo friend. There, there...you are still great even if you smell funny. Xavier smiled awkwardly, how did his Mum keep up with everything? It had only just begun and he was already exhausted.

Eyzaak had been excited as hell to have a ROBOT in his hive. The only problem was it was noisey and he didn't really know what to do with the thing. Added to that, it smelled terribly in his hive now thanks to it. Grabbing a pillow he placed it over the robot, hoping that would lessen the smell. It made perfect sense...
