"We're all going to die eventually," Juliet replied, poised; "and nothing matters anyways, does it? I'd rather be helpful to someone, even if I never see the results." She brushed her dress off in a quick motion, even though there was nothing visible (and even if there was, it wasn't like it'd stay). "I suppose you could call it a legacy, but that's really a much more grandiose term than I prefer...I just want to be helpful."
"Do you need any help?"

He disliked that sort of mentality; the kind of thought process that meant one's life was easily expendable. Maybe for other people it worked, but Wolfeite preferred to live, rather than be at the mercy of whatever nonsense anyone else believed in. Fate and destiny were ludicrous and useless concepts that held no merit.
"You've been helpful," he said now, keeping his voice deliberately level. Even if he disagreed with her mindset, it could prove useful in the future; there was no sense in antagonizing someone who could possibly be of some benefit to him later on. "Thank you for the assistance."
It was a little too easy to fall into the simple, smooth talk similar to when he was Archer, not Wolfeite; composed and quiet, lacking any and all traits of the wolf that he kept buried inside of him, though he felt its claws always in his chest.
"Will you get home safely, then?" he asked her, golden eyes sweeping across her slight form, a hand pressed to his newly bandaged side. "You shouldn't be out too late, it's dangerous late at night."

"I'll get home safely enough," she said, dismissively. "I got here, did I not? It's really not a bother. I'm actually very good at going unnoticed." Juliet gave a half-curtsey to Wolfeite, again, because it was what she did it was how to be respectful; and her hands clasped behind her back, and she went silent.
"...Thank you for caring about my well being, but it's really not necessary. Do have a good night, though."

He almost snorted at the curtsy, but refrained at the last moment. Instead, Wolfeite merely inclined his head towards the girl, gold eyes sweeping over her uniform one last time, imprinting the differences and the similarities to the White Moon in his mind.
"Safe travels," he said quietly, and turned away.
