His fingers drummed against the table briefly before stopping. Jeremiah had gained his abilities as he had learned and progressed, working through trying to understand how the other side worked. When it came to being able to get in and out, Jeremiah still had no clue. There were more questions than answers to everything. Especially because the answers usually lead to more questions. "I suspect it has to do with the fact that we're meant to be over there in some way or another but that's merely a guess." A hand flicked through the air. "As for it being a cage, it's because it's what we've learned. There's something in there, a force, a being, whatever you want to call it. It-" he stopped and shook his head.
This was always hard to explain.
"Darkness is held back, kept from here over there. If it gets free, it takes over. Makes this place however it feels like making it and we're all put into place. Everything in it's place, all things in order."
