Rastin MordenAs promised, Rastin arrived at In Good Company to meet up with Sephos. To be honest, he was more excited about the prospect of getting more tea to bring home after all of this, but he supposed meeting Sephos was nice. They weren't really friends, just acquaintances. Nothing more than that.
"Hello again, I apologize if you've been waiting." He said, looking to Sephos first. "Ah, I see you're already here. ... Do you mind if I just quickly pick some tea?"
Before Sephos could answer, Rastin turned for the Tea Sorting Challenge and picked his pairing. It was another non-matching pair, spicy and savory, but he was happy with getting another tea bag. After all, a booth smelling this wonderful had to have excellent wares.
"Oh, Sephos, did you answer this yet?" He asked, turning toward the Bowl of Thoughtfulness. "Where do you go to relax? Hm..."
He took a slip of paper and quickly jotted something down. This was a much easier question to answer than yesterday!
"I mainly relax at home, I can't seem to rest well enough elsewhere. If I absolutely have to take a break outside of the house, I do so under the shade of a tree or in a cafe. Unless the cafe is loud or if we're under poor weather, then I can't relax outdoors."

Punkie approached the booth. A booth with flowers was always a good sign, and she breathed in their pleasant scent. "Why hello there!" The juggalo greeted the booth owner and proceeded to look around. Where do you go to relax?Punkie stopped and thought the question over. It was a rather private question, after all. Where a troll goes to truly relax and be themselves. Punkie picked up the paper and pencil and proceeded to write. punkie The most relaxing place is deep in one's garden. The serene plants, the dirt and wind, nothing there is confusing. It is all just as it should be, quiet, and without conflict or violence.

Sephos Arbola"Picked them out myself. I thought about putting in some fern fronds, since you had them at the wreath thing and all, but I thought you might be um... theming... things or something, so I went with just flowers..." His mouth closed abruptly on the last word - was he babbling? Was this babbling? Words did not do that for him usually. It was wierd. It felt a lot like that time he'd felt all bloated and had eaten a plant and... well... It had been unpleasant. A bit like that, but with words. Really strange. And nicer. "Uhhh, purpleblood? With a square symbol thing, looks kinda like a book?" Sephos nodded, "Ja. That's Rastin." Though, Sephos had seen quite a lot of trolls with hoods. It was cold. He got that. "A community... garden? Like... a garden, but tended by... lots of trolls?" It sounded odd... but interesting. Interesting enough to clarify, anyway. Oh! Rastin was there! Sephos gave him a more emphatic nod than usual - complete with eye contact. Apparently, he was in a social mood. "Oh, hey!" he said, suddenly realizing as Rastin asked, "Theres a new question!" The question thing and the bowl of thoughtfulness had completely slipped his mind. He squinted at it, and was about to ask if someone ould read it out loud when Rastin did so. "At home. In my garden. Or my nursery, I guess. Or, uh... " No, wait, he didn't relax there. He was always busy with something. He liked being busy with his plants, but was that the question? Yes? No? He wasn't sure. The work was sort of relaxing, in a way, so the line was kind of fuzzy. Did there need to be a line at all? "Yeah." Yeah. When he thought of relaxing, he thought of working in his garden, or in the forest, or just... there. Grubbing about with his hands in dirt and vines. And here, apparently. He sat back in the relative quiet of Panili's booth and just... let some of the stress fall away into the scent-sweetened air. And then he saw Punkie. He gave her a nod in greeting, not sure whether to keep relaxing or tense up in anticipation of her overwhelming energy.

Bloodfest - Adamaz couldn't remember a time when he hadn't checked it out. And this years bloodfest was no different. He donned his sweatshirt and a little beany hat that barely contained most of his poofy mohawk, and that decidedly did not contain Papa Roach's feelers. He would stay quite warm up there though. The best part of this particular bloodfest was that a friend of his was opening up a booth. He figured he's spend most of bloodfest there, since he normally wandered aimlessly (as he was wont to do), which got quite lonely. Plus, In Good Company was going to have tea, which he had come to enjoy immensely. He'd been getting better at his readin' and 'ritin, and was ready to bust out his new "skills" at the Bowl of Thoughtfulness. He was late, as usual, but was ready for the question. Relaxing is basically all he does. " I like to go to the Fluid Redistribution Center. Except I haven't in a long time because of upsetting reasons and I have more friends now." Adamaz muttered all of this to himself as he scribbled his illegible chickenscratch on the slip of paper before putting into the bowl. Adamaz was nervous about approaching anyone currently at the booth, even Panili. He knew she was busy with her grass rooting thing, and didn't really want to get in the way. Instead, he fuddled with the tea to make something tasty. Quote: Opening up the trashkid for talkin to

Straightening her back, Malice observed the booth from a distance, debating whether it would be a good idea to approach. The aromas were divine and definitely enticed her, but... She glanced around. Shoving her hands in her pockets, she sauntered over, mouth in a straight line as she observed the sights and smells. It was okay.
Looking at the "Bowl of Thoughtfulness", Malice scoffed at the simple question. Relax? Like she ever did. Her gaze flickered to her lusus' large form in the distance. Perhaps she would humor herself. Taking a slip of paper, she paused as the tip of her pen touched. A subtle glimmer of contemplation crossed her features. Then she wrote.
"Relaxation is a state of mind and can be found anywhere if you really put your thinkpan to it. But a good place I find relaxing is a place far up in the mountains, where the air is clean, and so are your thoughts."
Dropping the pen down, Malice folded the paper multiple times and shoved it into the bowl, somewhat disgusted with herself. Maybe she should write greeting cards while she was at it. Quick to find something else, she dabbled around in the pile of smelly things. Pick something out to match, huh. She searched through and grabbed some herbs she thought might be good together. Strangely, she found this calming.
"Does this match anything." She mechanically turned to and questioned the orangeblood with raised brows, holding out what she found.

"Hello, Panili~! Oh goodness, your booth is so pretty! You have good taste in " He was a sucker for flowers. Even more so for friends!
Amonee had finally managed to get away from his booth long enough to check out what Panili had set up. He couldn't say that they were close friends but he'd seen her stand at the Harvest Festival and had stuck around afterwards to learn more about her. She was a sweet and kind troll which was really, the best type in his opinion. So he ought to give the activities she had planned here a good attempt!
Looking over her question of the night, he seemed to mull over a proper answer for a minute or two before writing his words down on a card. There were so many important places in his life, it was hard to narrow it down to just one! But he knew in his biscuit where he felt most relaxed. He scrawled it down and dropped it into the neat pile of other notes before taking a look at the tea collection. Hmm, he'd had coffee earlier but a little tea might help keep him awake for the remainder of the night!
Amonee's Answer The most relaxing place by far is in front of a fresh canvas- just waiting to take me anywhere I dare design!

Oh, yeah. Alifax hadn't stopped by here yet. Largely because he'd been put off by the flowers, but - but it was offering free stuff too. Leave no source of free things unturned.
Alifax was decidedly not interested in answering the booth-runner's question, but he knew leaf juice shoots could grow pretty expensive. Even if he didn't really know where he'd sell them. So did he just need to pick up two handfuls of smelly things? Sure, he could do that. Oh, eyes closed? He could do that, too. It wasn't even high effort, for the amount of free expensive highblood drink base he could make off with. So he closed his eyes.
When they were open again, he was holding a single cayenne pepper, and a shriveled, dried cranberry. He presented them to Synemn without comment, and accepted the jar of stalks in exchange with a nod. Score! Free stuff. "I can do this again every night?" he asked, just for clarity.

Xavier and his lusus had gone looking through the Bloodfest grounds together simply to get a feel for the layout of the place. Having a partner meant they could switch who manned the booth, or even have their lusus mind things. It made things really versatile and easy to get lost in all the fairground events and going ons. As reluctant to going to the crowded event as he'd been, Anu had insisted he attend the time honored troll traditional event. For what it was worth, he didn't regret the decision by any means now that they were in the thick of the event. One of the booths with it's flowers caught the boy's eye. The jadeblood made his way over, a curious look on his face. The aromatics reminded him of back home with his garden up on the roof top. Not only that, but the tantalizing aroma of tea was soothing. The troll running the booth wasn't sometroll he'd ever met before. However her smile was warm and inviting. "Hello there! Your booth is lovely I must say. Oh hm..I'll answer the best I can." He greeted initially before pausing as he caught himself up on what was needed to be done. Stepping forward from his lusus to greet her properly, Xavier offered the other troll a welcoming half bow. Anu's eyes traveled to the many arranged flowers. The large virgin grub's claws lightly scuttled in the snow as she moved past Xavier once he felt comfortable enough to interact She was accustomed to cold temperatures, and hardly seemed phased by the climate. Her claws gently touched one of the soft yellow petals as she leaned in to gently sniff at it. A warm smile pulled at the lusus' maw. A gently clicking noise of what might have been expressed gratitude was passed to the little orangeblood. While he spoke highly of her booth, he decided to waste no time in answering the simple question, even if that meant chatting while writing. He took hold of one of the pencil and a slip of paper. Pursing his lips in consideration, Xavier quickly began writing out the first thing that came to the boy's mind. Once done with his thoughtful input, Xavier quietly folded his piece of paper and tucked it away in the bowl with a shy smile as he returned the pencil back for another's use. Q: Where do you go to relax?A: When I want to get away and think, I like to find a place up in Busthind. Preferably somewhere that's overlooking the Four Fronds. Many places in nature are great place to forget and just relax! Morning's are fun to watch dew roll off the flowers, and usually aren't as cold as late nights. When the sun has just begun to set is my favorite. It bathes the whole sky in brilliant shades unlike those during twilight hours. It's calming and peaceful to me, and a good time to think, or play music I feel.

Quote: Where do you go to relax? At this point, Ephias had no reason to be surprised. From the Queen's booth to promote “literacy”, to a psychological help stand, to a gerbil fighting arena, Bloodfest had brought with it an endless and wide assortment of strangeness. A booth with such an uplifting message and a notable garden despite it being the middle of Alternia's dark period, was hardly that peculiar in comparison. Nevertheless, hands in his pockets, Ephias could not help but stare for just a moment. Strange or not, it had an unusually quiet atmosphere that was both relaxing and welcoming. It took a conscious effort to avoid slipping into is usual hunchbacked posture. Strolling over, Ephias picked through the booth's offerings, averting his eyes from the bubbly orangeblood sitting behind the counter. After a moment, his gaze drifted to the bowl and the papers sitting inside. “Just answer this here?” he asked, indicating the question written on the board. He rubbed at his jaw, as he had been all festival. The scruff on his chin itched like nothing else. “Do you... have something I could borrow to use to write with? Thanks.”Taking the pencil the orangeblood offered, Ephias began to write on one of the slips available. He paused though, tapping the eraser against his lip. Finally he scratched out in untidy handwriting: “Any place I can see the stars. Whatever problems we might have are insignificant in the lifespan of the universe, and a reminder of that is both humbling and comforting. Everything is connected by stardust.”When he was done, he dropped it into the bowl, and went to go examine the various herbs and flowers the orangeblood had gathered.

Stryke stopped at the flowery booth initially purely to admire how well put together it was. Then it was the tea. Even in disguise, it was something that would forevermore be the trolls tried and true weakness. While he passed on writing down anything, as he didn't feel confident in what he'd even jot down for a response he instead made himself busy with looking through the large collection of flavor combinations. His eyes scanned the different loose leaf teas, and had to admit it was more like a tea lovers paradise all splayed out and neatly arranged. Carefully selecting mint and fruity and his bases, he carefully arranged them so they could be added to what amounted to a customized little tea pouch. A warm smile creased his lips. For what it was worth, it brought a strange sense of peace of mind he had not felt since before leaving Chittentown. He use to climb up on his roof, and sit outside and watch the night sky. The glow of moonlight still danced in his dreams across the dusty desert landscape he'd learned to call home. His heart felt heavy then as he gripped the little tea bag. He pushed back those thoughts, and instead smiled. Instead, he looked at it as if it were a little peace of home. He'd be back another night he realized as he left with a polite thank you and a good evening before heading off into the crowd.

Quote: Night 3 Question: If you could change anything about Alternia, what would you change? The question today was an uncomfortable one for him. Not because it was a bad one but... because Amonee felt his answer would be seen as weird. There were plenty of things Alternia could stand to improve upon but also several that he felt ought to be left alone. In the end, who's place was it to judge? They were all simply part of a bigger collective ruled by the majestic Queen. It was her will that really mattered.
And yet still, there was just one thing that he felt everyone could benefit from without complaints...
"Your sunflowers are just wonderful, Panili, they really make this place feel magical." He dropped his card in with the rest after writing on it and gave the girl a smile. It was really lovely of her to have this booth, it felt so peaceful to simply take a moment to just think and ignore the weird snowmobile racing polevaulting events and gunfire that had taken place a few stalls down yesterday.
With that, he took one more look at her assorted tea game to see if there was anything particularly interesting he could have! Luckily, he won one that sounded absolutely perfect and he pocketed it after thanking Panili for it!
Amonee's Answer I would change Alternia so everyone could experience daylight with me. We would all be able to enjoy the gifts our planet has to share any time we wanted.
Rolling Plains - A hearty tea that reminds one of orchards on the plains, this beverage has a nutty base and fruity overtones.

Quote: If you could change anything about Alternia, what would you change? It felt nice to retreat from some of the hubbub of Bloodfest; especially after cheering on the contestants in Gerbrawl. Even if it was only gerbils battling, some of the audience members could get a little rowdy. Taking a few minutes to mull over the various flowers and herbs, Ephias picked what he thought would make a likely combo. It did not match any of existing teas, but he was not bothered. He got to take home a teabag anyway. Moving on, Ephias went to the question-and-answer bowl. The question for the evening made him pause however. Borrowing a pencil from the generous booth attendant once more, he scratched down a simple answer. “Improved formal education system.”

Rastin Morden
Well, he hadn't picked himself a matching pair again at this booth, but Rastin was still content getting another bag of random tea. He really hoped that his luck would change before the end of Bloodfest!
"If you could change anything about Alternia, what would you change?" He muttered, looming over the bowl with his paper flat against the table. "... I wonder if it would be okay if I wrote this here...?"
He raised his head, glanced about, and partially covered the paper while he wrote.
"The one thing I would change would be the need to bicker over blood color. I see absolutely no need to hurt someone, such as a blood mutant or a member of a low-blood caste, over how they were born. I believe we can't change how we were created and that it's stupid to battle over it. However, this is a very unpopular opinion, so I would rather this isn't shared. I don't want to have to fear for my life."
