Bio/ Background : The daughter of Cissie King-Jones ( Arrowette) and Conner Hawke ( Green Arrow 2) Jessica showed extreme potential from a very young age. But Cissie swearing that she'll never make the same mistake her mother made never trained her or taught her how to shoot. At age seven Jessica found some of her dad's bows and arrows in the gym. She picked them up and shoot an arrow towards a target board and hit the bullseye. Conner saw this and began training her behind Cissie's back. When Jessica was ten years old both of her parents were murdered, Jessica didn't see the murder because she was in school at the time it happenned. She was then raised by her god father, Bart Allen. Jessica still trained but she had no one to really teach her new things. She talked to Bart about this who using his contacts sent her to Gotham. Jessica trained with Tim Drake and Cassandra Cain for a year and a half. However, determined to improve her skills she sought out Roy Harper. She trained with him and fought beside him for two years before returning to Keystone and living once again under Bart's roof.
