Ethan gave her a reassuring smile when she left to go make the call but he sat down a bit worried. His mind racing as he began to fear for her more then her pregnancy. He had smelled the scent of the test and it had hormones he had smelled in biology class and his parents taught him about what to expect with his species in mating. He knew she was pregnant but hoped that he hadn't just painted a target on her back with this war going on in his home country.

Ethan was worried the entire weekend but as she spoke to him on monday, he sighed, not sure what to do but with them having very little time, he looked at her, "How about we meet at my apartment after school, you can tell your parents that you have a study thing you wanted to do with a friend." he said thinking that talking about it after school seemed a bit better then trying to struggle with the minutes between classes.

Cody looked at her as she said that it would be okay as long as she was home by then but he nodded, glad she had a decent curfew. When she touched his arm, he shook his head, "You shouldn't have a reason to be sorry, its just as much my fault if not more. You're the one carrying the child, you're the one who is going to have a lot more trouble in your life but as I said before, I promise to help as much as I can." He said kindly to her.

Ethan looked at her gently, seeing that she had talked about not being able to go to prom but he thought it over, "Well if it means anything, I can make a special dinner night for you, still make it a magical night for you to make up for having made you miss the main prom." he offered kindly but nodded, "See you after school." He said gently but went to his next class. When the end of the day came, he went to Whitney's locker to wait for her to lead her to his apartment.

Cody looked at her when she asked if he drove but he shook his head, "No, I walked to school today." he stated as he thought over how nice it was that she would give him a lift home, "If its alright to catch a ride with you." he asked curiously, thinking that it helped with him giving direction to his home.

Ethan looked to her when she lead him to her car but he got in, a bit curious of the music selection on the radio. When he got in he nodded, "Makes sense and sure, I can pay for the food as well." He offered kindly as he got comfortable for the ride as he looked around the car, "So how long till your parents should be told... and if it means anything, I thought about this all day..." he paused a bit, "If it would help, you can come move into my apartment, their is plenty of room in my home." He said softly to her, he had thought about how she stated early that day that she didn't want to get rid of the child.

Ethan felt a bit bad because he was hearing her make comments like having a job for now and that her parents could kick her out. He felt like this was his fault but he knew that if she knew his truth, she might not fully accept him or think that he was trying to give her hand outs. He felt like it would be too soon to tell her but he looked at her, "Its fine, sometimes rambling can help just get some thoughts out." He said thinking it over himself.
