"Let's do it," she agreed, swinging around and gesturing toward the stairs. "Down we go?"

Getting this housing thing settled would make life infinitely easier, which made Ves eager to accept the rental agreement. Having roommates? Great. Having ones who seemed easy to get along with? Even better.

And with every step, it seemed like they were getting closer to sealing the deal.

"I'll go print the agreement if you'll take her back downstairs, Wil?" Nasir was smiling, fingers brushing briefly against Wil's arm before he was leaving the two of them alone.

"You can move in as soon as you want!" he added over his shoulder as he disappeared to head to the top floor of the house.

Wil nodded sleepily.

"C'mon Ves.. we got snacks while we wait." Snacks always won out. Wil made his way back to the stairs, judged them lazily, and leaned on the railing to slump his way down them and into the kitchen.
