I finally bought "Pornography" by the Cure. I was very pleased. Previously, I only had their "Best of" and "Disintegration", but I think I enjoyed "Pornography" more than either of those two. Now that I've heard "Pornography", I think I'll be getting more of their albums.

The Cure is an amazing band. They're the reason I listen to 101.7
When I heard them in The Crow I was so happy! My favorite song is Apart.

SarahArden When I heard them in The Crow I was so happy! While I'm not a fan of the Crow (loved the graphic novel, hated the movies), I loved hearing "Burn" on the soundtrack. It's a pretty rare track, but in my opinion, one of their best.

I was obsessed to the maxxxx with them a few years ago. Now I just really, really like them [even though Robert Smith's hair looks like a giant spider & his lipstick is messy! domokun ]

Now that I've heard "Pornography", I think I'll be getting more of their albums. I'd recommend Bloodflowers (based on your musical tastes stated above). Disintegration is actually their favourite album of mine; Wish is a very close second.

Their stuff is fantastic, and I love his style. He's casual, and not overtly gothic, but damn do I find him my role model.
One of my favorite songs would be "Charlotte Sometime."
