"Parak, awatta, and raoti, gotcha." Bushi said, motioning to Aatos to come closer so that he could reach into one of the packs to get out an old, somewhat worn journal. He opened it up to a page with various other items listed on it and was quick to take down some notes about those names. He didn't want to forget the trio of name since he would likely want more of the furs later, "Thank you." He said, turning to another page so that he could write down what he was trading for and what he training in kind. Giving a smile Bushi said, "I might have to see about meeting with you again in the future but I won't be in Tale for too long. I am working on a bit more in the way of trading before I am heading back to Oba once more. Given it's near to Tale though I am sure we can make plans to trade once again. Unless you plan to come to Oba at some point?" It would save Bushi a lot of time but he wasn't sure about the Zenan and if it would be as useful a trip to him. He supposed that it depended on if the Zenan could make a profit or not. The last thing he wanted was to mess up the business of another person, not when he would much rather make friends with other merchants and expand his own range of contacts.

Now that the digging through the furs was completed he lifted Valek off the ground and settled him into the wagon. Almost instantly the child started to straighten them out again. Huyana chuckled and shook his head but looked toward Bushi when business talk resumed. "I plan to eventually make it to Oba. I have another traveling companion that would be interested in the beasts of that area." He just needed to return home with his deliveries and then he could head out again. Of course the young man wasn't so sure how Eirlys would feel about having to return home all the time. He should look into that. "Have any recommendations for places to stay in Oba?" His interest was piqued.

"The beasts of Oba are quite an interesting lot... though I don't have any of them myself oddly enough." He glanced toward Aatos, who was a bushi from Matori, then to Profit who was perching atop his shell, and she was a kinfa from Tale. He didn't have any Oban beasts despite that being his homeland. Something he may or may not remedy one day, it all depended on the situation he supposed, "From what I know of them I can tell you that once you make friends with them that they are very loyal. Janarim especially, provided you're able to win their respect." Gving thoughtful sound he tapped a finger against his chin before he said, "I'd suggest Sulburri, being the capital there are a lot of places to stay. There are also a lot of people that you will be able to trade with, making it a very nice place to stay and do business. I'd invite you to my home town but it's pretty far out of the way and involves a lot of backtracking to get back on the road." It was why he liked it so much personally, because it was so out of the way. Fewer people came by to bother those living there due to the fact that so much back tracking was involved to get out of the village.

He nodded his head. Huyana could understand that creatures needed to respect those they were loyal to, as well as trust them. "I'll be sure to let her know then." How bad could a Janarim be? As long as it wasn't the all white one that his friend's mother had.
"Sulburi huh?" In his mind he was pulling up a map, but sadly Oba wasn't an area that he had memorized well. He thought he knew the general location of the city, being that it was a large one, so he gave a thoughtful look. "I like the idea of having lots of business to do there." And hopefully he would have lots of business on the way there as well. "Ah, I'm sure your hometown isn't that far out of the way." Not that he really knew. But surely it couldn't be so bad.

Bushi gave a smile, then went to digging around in his packs again, giving a thoughtful sound, "Yeah, the capital, and where most of the nobles can be located. They are some of my favorite customers, the women especially. You have no idea how willing they are to over pay if it means that they able to get something that their friends and rivals cannot. If you can find something extremely rare I suggest you offer it to one of the nobles, it can only go well for you." Might as well offer a bit of advice to the boy before he went to Oba, so he'd be prepared with things that would be seen as rare, which made them more valuable to the noblewomen. Chuckling at the comment about his hometown he said, "Kind of you to say but it is, it's why I like it. It's out of the way, it involves a lot of back tracking to get out of the village and back to Sulburri, it's a place people go to only if they want to be there." No reason to go for sight seeing since it was out of the way.

A chuckle left him. "Ah, I see. Well I guess it has it's appeal then." Nothing wrong with an out of the way place. Huyana found some places like that to be charming. When the youngling that was with him finished up organizing things he popped his head up and whined a little. It seemed he wanted to go find their other companion. Huy shook his head and sighed. "Sorry, he's learning the trade." It was the only apology he could really offer on behalf of the whelp.
"Oh, yes, you mentioned directions to the nearest town? I.. well the last town I was in was some ways back but if I'm not mistaken there is one to the west. The name escapes me though." Huyana had memorized his route to the letter, what he should have done was memorized the entire area. He'd be of more use then. "From what I can recall off the top of my head it was a decent sized place." Which to Bushi would mean there would at least be a common market if not out right shops.
With a wave of his hand he summoned his Mammu over so that he could begin to hitch him back up to the wagon. Huy would need to get moving soon or Valek was going to start crying. Something he wanted to avoid at all costs if he could.

Bushi gave a smile and a nod, "Yeah, it's a really relaxing place. The fact that it's so out of the way is what makes where I come from so wonderful." He loved the place, a lot, and he would be returning there at some point soon. Turning his head toward the young boy that was helping out the merchant, giving him a glance, before turned back to Huyana, "It's no problem, everyone has to start somewhere so that they can become good merchants in the future. The more people out there to trade with the merrier. It's up to us to keep products flowing through out the world after all." First the goods of the world would be shared, then ties between tribes could be made, or at least that was how he saw it. Turning to look over at Huyana once more he smiled, "Alright, I will see about traveling in that direction to see what I can find. I am hoping to visit a few Sautian towns so that I can meet up with the people and do some good trading." Even if the young man didn't know the name of the town he at least knew where it was and that what was most important. "I thank you for the help. Send a letter ahead with a courier to Awat asking for a man named Eadenur, he will let me know you are looking for me and maybe we can chat and trade again sometime." Said letter would be going straight to Bushi but he wasn't about to say that, he didn't share his real name with anyone outside of his closest confidants after all. That way those who didn't like Bushi couldn't bother Eadenur.

Orpheus Solon We can end it here with a last post from you or leave it where it is. o uo He nodded his head. "I'll keep that in mind." Huyana would need to write that down before he forgot. Eadenur. "Hopefully I will have more to trade next time we meet." After all, this trip was his first and most of what he had were wares that he'd gotten for customers. Luckily everything that Bushi had wanted from him was extra so he didn't need to replace any items along the way. He finished up hitching his Mammu and went to attach the other animals to their carts as well. It was an easy task since he'd kept the rigging simple when he'd commissioned his wagons. With the last of them ready to go he turned to Bushi and smiled.
"Well, my little one and I will be on our way." Huy tipped his head to give a respectful nod and looked over at Valek to make sure he was seated before he started to pull his familiar. It was time they got moving again.

Heras Box Thanks for the RP! Let's have them meet again one day! <3 "I look forward to our next meeting." Bushi said, giving a happy smile and a wave as the Zenan and his little apprentice headed on their way. It was a tentative thing but he felt that this was a good start! They had the chance of becoming trade partners, something that he was quite eager for, the more contacts that he was able to make the better. Turning back to Aatos and Profit he said, "Alright you two, time for us to pack up the new stuff safely, and get going on our way. We don't want to keep our next potential trade partners waiting!" It had been a good start to his start in Sauti and here was to hoping things only got better from here!
