He felt the tingling of a nearby signature, stronger than his own, and a smirk curved Wolfeite's lips up. He took a step back and aimed a sharp, heavy blow to the man's stomach, unrelenting in his attack, fist drawing back quickly.
His fingers closed on the senshi's shoulder, Wolfeite grinning maniacally now.
"So arrogant, aren't you?"

She couldn't think because there was only one thing on her mind: Save and protect Altais.
Her sweet, naive friend who wanted to do good and only ended up getting in over his head. After this, if a hospital visit wasn't warranted, they were going to have words but until then - she needed to get that b*****d away from him.
Finally she was close enough that using her magic would get her close enough quickly and allow her to launch and attack at Wolfeite. She remembered those colors, she remembered that uniform and she was going to make sure that he never forgot what it meant to mess with her or her friends.
"Flight of the Dragonflies!," She cried as she ran, the speed boost taking over her with a familiarity that she welcomed. When she was close enough she jumped, lunging at Wolfeite's mid-section hoping to force him to the ground.kuropeco Flight of the Dragonflies! Sailor Denebola gets a speed boost in the series of a short dashes that allow her to double the force of a physical attack. The duration of this attack is one minute, or until she comes in contact with her opponent. This attack can be used twice per battle but is best to be used only once as it is very taxing and if used twice(especially if used twice in a row) can cause immobilization, or extreme vulnerability to damage.

"Nah..." Altais rolled over in pain and saw the blurry form pass over him. Denebola's colors were always so vibrant and even more so now against Wolfe's red and black. "I just know she'll take care of you!"
He laid flat on the ground, as the wind returned to him. His ribs and stomach ached painfully so, and he couldn't breathe as well as he was supposed to be.
"Denebola..." He coughed out, "Sorry..." The young man pulled himself away. trying to get away from the battle..

Wolfeite turned just in time to see the blur of a figure running towards him, heard the shout that escaped her lips - and then he was being thrown backwards as she collided with him, sending them both crashing to the ground. Stars exploded in his line of vision, head snapping painfully against the concrete.
He felt a mixture of dizziness and nausea tinging with the fury. Wolfeite shoved viciously up with one of his knees to try and force the senshi off of him, and tasted blood on his tongue, attempting to roll over and get away.
"You b***h - "

They were a tangle of limbs and suddenly there was a knee in her stomach and she gasped in a mixture of pain and shock while she tried to scramble off and away. Her chest was heaving, lightheadedness threatening to overwhelm her as she staggered to her feet with her fists raised and mismatched eyes narrowed. "And you're an a*****e," she spat inhaling sharply and she put herself between Wolfeite and Altais.
It was the douche from before and Denebola was regretting leaving him in a pile of trash instead of the dumpster with the lid slammed closed.
"Come at me a*****e because you're not touching him again," she hissed. There was no way in hell she'd let the lieutenant touch Atlais again not with the way he was struggling to breath.
"I'll dump you in the garbage just like last time."

Altais groaned, rolling on his side and pushing himself up. He could barely make out what Dene was saying but she was talking about throwing the man back in the garbage.
hah.
He was totally right to be faithful in his bestie.

She was finally off of him, which gave him enough time to scramble to his feet, Wolfeite's expression livid. He wanted to rake fingers across her face, tear her arms from her body - but as much as he was loathed to admit it, he knew how strong her power signature was in comparison to his own.
It would be impractical to allow himself to get injured so easily. The scowl on Wolfeite's face was violent, eyes flashing dangerously.
"Next time," he spat, the words grounded out between clenched teeth, "I will kill both of you."
And then he was off, running, before she could come after him and knowing she would most likely stay behind to protect her pathetic comrade anyway.

Denebola met his gaze and held it, unafraid of what might come next. She always fought harder, better when she was fighting for her friends. Her fingers pressed into the palms of her hands as she waited, breath curling in her throat waiting to be released, for him to decide if it would be fight or flight.
In the end, he chose to run even as he threatened them.
"I'd like to see you try!" She shouted after him, determination written in the way she held herself and it wasn't until he was no longer in her line of sight to turn to Altais.
Gently, she slung his arm over her shoulder and gripped him by the waist. "Come on, let's get you patched up," she murmured softly, coaxing him to his feet because he was too large for her to carry alone.
