Matope Spell: First, you must find a tall stone... the tallest you can find that you can still climb to the top of. Second, you must gather the leaves of a plant that represents your will... Rosemary for memory, for example. Third, you must find a small bone from an animal you did NOT kill. It must not be a wishbone, or a spine bone. Lastly, climb the rock, spread the leaves in a circle around you on the rock, and crush the bone under your hoof to a fine powder. Use the powder to draw symbols of your will, and focus, imbuing it with your thoughts.

You will need a crane eggshell, frogs eggs, nectar from the honeysuckle, mangrove bark, a large amount of mud from a place in the swamp where light never touches, water from the paw print of a crane, and cattail fluff. Combine all of this into the mud you collected and blend it well into a paste while thinking hard about the kin you are in love with. Seperate the mixture into two portions and once that is finished smear one portion across your chest and eyes and place the other into a large leaf, no it doesn't matter what type at this point, and take this gift to your intended. This is where you must get creative. Convince them to allow you to spread the mud in the leaf across their own chest and eyes and after this is done simply lock eyes with them and say 'I love you.'. Matope Spell: Get a naturally fallen twig from a tree with no roots in the mud. Dip it in a clean spring without letting a drop fall off it until it dries. Leave it overnight on the nest of an eagle under a full moon. Once this is done you can snap it at any time to remove all mess from your fur, scales, and hair.

The clay will flake off and take the memories with it, returning to the ground beneath your feet and burying the thoughts below.

Matope Spell: For this spell, you need some fools gold that has been wedged tight into the fork or a dry branch and a large flake of flint glued with pine sap to a tough strip of leather. Pin the branch with the fools gold to the ground with one hoof and. Call upon the Spirits of the Stars Between Branches and strike the flint to the Gold. Doing so will summon the glittering light of the stars to the earth for a brief few seconds. Caution: the light will burn if you let it touch your skin.
