Annabelle flinched a bit when he started petting her but didn't growl, try to bite, or even move away. She was scared of that last person that had come into the shop and was making sure Johnny was okay. Something told her to stay with him, yet her experience with humans was not a good one. She also didn't want to go back out into the rain. She whimpered a bit before she followed him towards his upstairs home. Once upstairs, she started sniffing around, curious about the small living space.

Johnny walked into the kitchen and started work on cooking some food. he put some meat into a bowl on the floor and another with water. he sat down. thinking to himself and looking at her Annabelle " think I'll call you Annabelle" he said with a smile

Annabelle perked her ears as she saw him place some meat and water down. She then came over before she started eating. Once she finished, she went over to Johnny and sat on the floor before placing her head on his leg feeling she could trust him. She didn't know what was making her feel this way after all the abuse she had suffered over the years.

it was getting late around this time of the night. he looked around and find a old dog collar. he put it around Annabelle's neck. he got up petting her head and walked into his room and left the door opened for her to move around the house part of the store. and also if she needed to let him out if she need to go outside

Annabelle let him put the collar around her neck, but wasn't too sure about it. She wasn't scratching at it but it was obvious she wasn't used to wearing one. She followed him to his bed, unsure of what to do. She then got up onto the bed, making sure that he had room for himself before she turned and laid down near his part of the bed. Poor thing looked like she'd never been on a bed before, which she had not been since she was a puppy.

Johnny pet her head and take out a book on the nightstand to read the book before going to bed. he smiled at Annabelle " going to take you a bath after we get back from the vet. to check over your health" he said and felt bad for the girl. still it worried him about how could do that around with a poor little dog like her

Annabelle's tail started wagging a bit as her head was pet. She then cuddled up to Johnny a little, trying to calm herself. Annabelle had only been to the vet as a puppy, for her shots, then her owner's boyfriend moved in and started abusing her before she ran away after managing to get her collar and heavy chain off from around her neck. She then laid her head on his chest, before she fell asleep next to him that night.

Johnny fall of asleep after reading his book. in the morning the only worker had showed up and opened up the shop.he opened his eyes and looked around before getting up from the bed and get ready to take Annabelle to the vet

Annabelle stayed on the bed while the waited for her new owner. Once Johnny was ready, she followed him towards the kitchen, before she ate and drank some water. When she finished, she laid down by Johnny's feet, waiting for him to finish his breakfast.
