Upon hearing Blue's hushed reply Taffy nodded. "Secret Bases, I like that. I suppose that;s what you could call," As he chatted the little tiny path opened up into a small almost dismiss-able meadow, "this." He moved to the middle of it leaving room for the other two to make their way in. Off to one side a small spring pooled, welling up from a tiny creek that sprung from the ground a few yards into the trees. On the other edge was a path that started into the trees then declined downward a bit into a small protected rock cave that was clearly inhabited and cared for.
"As for meeting the queen," he turned to smile at Bas, "I'd love to introduce you sometime. I don't know if she would be able to explore with us but it never hurts to ask. She may even make some time." He walked around the edge of the meadow.
"I don't think I've ever brought anyone else here before. Maybe it was destiny. We were destined to be the exploration friends!"

Blue found a nice little patch of green to roll in, relaxing and letting out a murmph of agreement about how nice the meadow was. After finishing up her tousle she noticed what Bas was up to and trotted up to investigate. Whuffing at the air she was extremely curious as well. "Yes, Taffy...what is in here??"

Bás álainn pranced forward excitedly "I've got plenty of time for exploring and I'd love to sate this curiosity, I'm in" she said with a wolffish grin. "What about you blue? Got some spare time for an adventure?"

"Right!" Taffy pranced a step and continued toward the cave. "It's a bit dark but that shouldn't really be a problem. " Once through the protected hole that served as a door he turned a little corner that kept most of the elements out of the main room of the cave. A little bit of sunlight filtering in showed that the first chamber was well packed but empty. On the far side was a little doorway with smoothed edges. It was through this that he went. The second chamber was lit by a little air vent against one wall. The dim light revealed a soft bed to one side and little pretty trinkets of various crystal, stone and wood sitting on rough shelves above it. On the far side again was a little passage that led into darkness. He paused and waited for the ladies to finish inspecting his quaint living quarters. As he shifted and shadow fell on his eyes and hooves they appeared to glow a bit but it was hard to tell with the way the light shifted as it dappled the chamber.

As soon as they were enveloped in the dimly lit cavr blue was at peace....comgortable in the dark.(hm I wonder why I am enjoying this dark so much)she pondered as she followed closely behind. She studied the surroundings and liked how the minimal light played on the surfaces. She watched taffys little light show and giggled a bit in appreciation. Satisfied that his liminescance didnt interfere too mich with the darkness she was absorbing happily.

"Hmm, well that's a pretty handy given gift" Bás álainn said with a smile, "it opens up so many places for you I'm sure, you must have been born to adventure." She trotted happily after down the curvy slope getting more excited by the minute, thinking to herself how happy she was to have decided to go out wandering this day.

He smiled at Blue. "I'm sure you have a marvelous talent just waiting to be revealed. Maybe it is, in fact, so great that it needs time to incubate in not being known before it reveals itself." He continued his wander down the hallway. However the further they went the smaller the passage was. "I do suppose I could have been a born adventurer. Or maybe it just so happens I was meant to meet you two. So I could light your way when needed." He chuckled to himself for being so cheesy and yet witty. It was a few minutes down the tunnel when a small rumbling could be felt underfoot. When the passage seemed as though it would become too small for passage it split and the two forks opened back up to be passable. There was enough room for the three Unis to come abreast. "Any preference ladies?"

Blue looked at bas and then the fork mulling the possibilites of what lay beyond each side over in her head. Closing her eyes she felt the air flow of magics and decided. "Right seems to....feel better." She didnt know why but she just knew. "Maybe you two will be the reason I find mine." She smiled at Bas appreciating her presence more and more.
